When the worm 3121 drives the worm wheel 3122 to rotate, the screw 321 can be kept rotating in synchronization with the worm wheel 3122.
In order to prevent the connecting rod 323 from being stable after being extended out of the telescopic housing 324 by a certain length, the connection mechanism 3 may further include a guide portion 34 provided at a side of the connecting rod 323 extending out of the telescopic housing 324 (right side of the connecting rod 323 shown in fig. 7), the guide portion 34 being simultaneously connected to the right end of the connecting rod 323 and the first burner 2 through the connection member 253, so that the extension and retraction of the connecting rod 323 through the guide portion 34 plays a guiding role and a role of supporting the first burner 2. Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the guide 34 includes a plurality of balls 341, and first, second, and ball support plates 342, 343, 344. The cross section of the first rail 342 is in a "concave" shape with the opening facing the side away from the bottom case 1 (the opening of the first rail 342 shown in fig. 8 faces the top of the bottom case 1). The cross section of the second sliding rail 343 is concave and the opening covers the top of the first sliding rail 342 downwards, so that the two side walls of the second sliding rail 343 can be arranged corresponding to the two side walls of the first sliding rail 342 and have overlapping parts (the side walls of the second sliding rail 343 are arranged on the inner sides of the side walls of the first sliding rail 342 as shown in fig. 8), and the second sliding rail 343 is directly connected to the first burner 2 or indirectly connected to the first burner 2 and the connecting rod 323 through the connecting piece 253. The annular fire cover 45 may completely cover the top of the first gas mixing portion 41, and a plurality of fire holes 451 may be provided at intervals along the axial direction of the fire cover 45, so that the gas mixture of the first gas mixing portion 41 is ignited when reaching the fire holes 451 through the first openings 411. The air entering the fire hole 451 through the air passage 43 supplements a sufficient amount of secondary air to the mixture, thereby enabling the second burner 4 of the single jet pipe structure to obtain a large heat load.
According to a preferred embodiment of the air passage 43, as shown in fig. 9, the extending angle of the air passage 43 in the circumferential direction along the first air mixing portion 41 is 90 ° or more, so that the air around the second air mixing portion 42 can smoothly enter the inside of the second burner 4 by more than a quarter of the angle of the cross section of the second burner 4 occupied by the inlet of the air passage 43, and further flows to each fire hole 451 on the fire cover 45, particularly the fire hole 451 on the inner side wall of the fire cover 45, to provide sufficient secondary air for the combustion of the mixture gas at the fire hole 451, so that the combustion is more sufficient and the CO emission is lower.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the first air mixing section 41, as shown in fig. 11, the first air mixing section 41 includes a first outer wall 412, a first inner wall 413, and a first bottom wall 414 that are disposed opposite to each other. The first bottom wall 414 is connected between the first outer wall 412 and the first inner wall 413 and is disposed corresponding to the top of the air passage 43, so that a second opening 416 is formed between the first outer wall 412 and the first inner wall 413 at a position where the first bottom wall 414 is not disposed. The top of the first outer wall 412 and the top of the first inner wall 413 are spaced apart from each other by a distance to form a first opening 411 such that a first mixing chamber 415 is formed between the first outer wall 412 and the first inner wall 413.
According to one exemplary embodiment of the second air mixing section 42, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the second air mixing section 42 includes a second bottom wall 421, a second outer wall 422, a second inner wall 423, a first side wall 424, and a second side wall 425. The second bottom wall 421 is provided at the bottom of the second air mixing portion 42, and is provided with a fourth opening 4211. The second outer wall 422 and the second inner wall 423 are respectively provided with a ring shape with a notch (i.e. are in a shape of a C) and are arranged at intervals, wherein the second outer wall 422 is connected with the first outer wall 412, and the second inner wall 423 is connected with the first inner wall 413. The first side wall 424 and the second side wall 425 are provided at both end portions of the second outer wall 422 in the circumferential direction thereof, respectively, and extend inward to the second inner wall 423 in the radial direction of the second air mixing portion 42, thereby forming the air passage 43 between the first side wall 424 and the second side wall 425. Such that a third opening 426 is formed between the top of the second outer wall 422, the top of the second inner wall 423, the top of the first side wall 424, and the top of the second side wall 425, the third opening 426 and the second opening 416 corresponding and communicating. The second bottom wall 421 is provided with a fourth opening 4211 for communicating with the second injection portion 44. In a further preferred embodiment, the first air mixing part 41 and the second air mixing part 42 are integrally formed into one body by some process, for example, by die casting or integral casting of a metal material.
In the above embodiment, in order to enable the mixture gas entering the second gas mixing portion 42 through the fourth opening 4211 to be uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the second gas mixing portion 42, the connection portion between the second outer wall 422 and the first outer wall 412 is provided with the baffle 4221 extending inward along the circumferential direction of the two. As shown in fig. 11 to 13, the two ends of the deflector 4221 in the circumferential direction have a certain gap with the first sidewall 424 and the second sidewall 425, respectively, the outer end of the deflector 4221 is connected to the second outer wall 422, the inner end has a certain gap with the second inner wall 423, and a plurality of air guide holes 42211 are formed in the deflector 4221 at intervals along the circumferential direction. After the mixed gas flows into the second mixed gas cavity 427 from the fourth opening 4211, the mixed gas guided by the guide plate 4221 can uniformly flow into the first mixed gas cavity 415, and further mixed in the first mixed gas cavity 415, so that the pressure of the mixed gas is more uniform, and then the mixed gas flows into each fire hole 451 on the fire cover 45, so that the flame at the fire cover 455 is more uniform. In other embodiments, the baffle 4221 may also be connected to the second inner wall 423 with a gap between the baffle and the second outer wall 422.
In order to support the first air mixing portion 41 and the second air mixing portion 42 on the bottom case 1 of the kitchen range and further keep the balance of the second burner 4 from shaking, as shown in fig. 9, the second bottom wall 421 is circular, and at least one first fixing leg 4212 extending toward one end of the second bottom wall 421 away from the fire cover 45 is provided at intervals at the bottom of the second bottom wall 421. At least one second fastening leg 441 is provided at the bottom of the second injection portion 44, the second fastening leg 441 and the first fastening leg 4212 being configured to cooperate with the support fastening of the second burner 4. For example, the second burner 4 is fixed to the bottom shell 1 of the hob.
According to a further exemplary embodiment of the second air mixing part 42, as shown in fig. 9 to 13, a mounting block 4213 for mounting the ignition needle 46 is provided on the second bottom wall 421 of the second air mixing part 42 corresponding to the inside of the second inner wall 423, at least a part of the fire holes 451 are provided on the inside of the fire cover 45, and at least a part of the fire holes 451 correspond to the needle head portion of the ignition needle 46. In other specific embodiments, the mounting block 4213 may also be disposed on the outside of the second bottom wall 421 corresponding to the second inner wall 423, such that at least a portion of the fire hole 451 may also be disposed on the outside of the fire cover 45 and corresponding to the needle portion of the ignition needle 46.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the second ejector 44, as shown in fig. 13, the second ejector 44 encloses a second ejector cavity 442, and the second ejector cavity 442 may include a constriction 4421, a throat 4422, a primary diffuser 4423, and a secondary diffuser 4424 distributed along the gas flow direction (right-to-left direction in fig. 13). A nozzle mounting plate 47 is provided at the end of the convergent section 4421 remote from the throat section 4422 for mounting the nozzle 23, and a part of air is sucked by negative pressure to form a mixture gas when the gas enters the convergent section 4421 from the indoor gas supply line. The secondary diffuser 4424 is a larger cavity structure than the primary expansion section and communicates with the fourth opening 4211 of the second air mixing section 42. As the initial gas enters the constriction 4421, the cross-sectional area of the constriction 4421 gradually decreases, the gas forming jet creates entrainment flow, and a negative pressure zone occurs due to the gas flow being at a high velocity, thereby absorbing a portion of the air from the nozzle 23 into the constriction 4421 along with the gas to create a mixture. After the mixed gas enters the throat section 4422, the cross-sectional area of the throat section 4422 is kept unchanged along with the flow of the gas, so that the mixed gas can exchange kinetic energy in the throat section 4422, and the velocity field of the mixed gas is gradually and uniformly distributed in the flowing process. Then the mixed gas enters the primary diffusion section 4423, the pressure is increased due to the reduction of the flow velocity, and partial dynamic pressure of the mixed gas is changed into static pressure, so that the pressure of the mixed gas is higher than the pressure of the injection fluid just entering the contraction section 4421, the flow velocity of the mixed gas is reduced, and the gas and the air are uniformly mixed at the moment. After the mixed gas enters the secondary diffusion section 4424, the static pressure is further increased, the flow speed of the mixed gas is further reduced, and the mixed gas is more uniformly mixed at the moment. The design of the primary diffusion section 4423 and the secondary diffusion section 4424 ensures that the fuel gas and the air are mixed more uniformly, and the flow speed of the mixed gas is also greatly reduced. It will be appreciated that the pressure of the fluid acting perpendicularly on the wall is referred to as static pressure and the pressure resulting from the velocity as the mixture flows within the second eductor part 44 of the conduit structure is referred to as dynamic pressure.
Preferably, the second ejector portion 44 is integrally formed with the second gas-mixing portion 42 by processes such as die casting or integral casting of a metallic material. The second injection portion 44 is provided with a second fixing leg 441 corresponding to the throat section 4422, and cooperates with two first fixing legs 4212 provided at an interval on the second bottom wall 421 to form a tripod shape for supporting and fixing the second burner 4.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the fire cover 45, as shown in fig. 11, the fire cover 45 includes a fire cover outer wall 452 connected to the first outer wall 412, respectively, a fire cover top wall 453 connected to the fire cover outer wall 452, a fire cover inner wall 454 connected to the first inner wall 413, and a fire cover inclined wall 455 extending from the fire cover top wall 453 obliquely toward the fire cover inner wall 454, the fire cover inclined wall 455 and the fire cover outer wall 452 are provided with a plurality of fire holes 451, respectively, at intervals along a circumferential direction of the fire cover 45, so that an outer ring flame and an inner ring flame may be formed at an outer circumference of the fire cover 45 and an inner circumference of the fire cover 45, respectively. And a igniting groove 456 corresponding to the ignition needle 46 is provided at the ignition cover top wall 453, the igniting groove 456 extends from the ignition cover inclined wall 455 to the ignition cover outer wall 452, and the mixture at the fire hole 451 on the ignition cover inclined wall 455 or the ignition cover outer wall 452 can be ignited and the mixture at the fire hole 451 on the ignition cover outer wall 452 or the ignition cover inclined wall 455 can be ignited by the igniting groove 456, regardless of whether the needle portion of the ignition needle 46 is provided inside or outside the ignition cover 45.
The invention also provides a kitchen range. Fig. 1 and 2 show partial perspective views of the hob. The hob comprises a connection mechanism 3 as described above, a first burner 2, a second burner 4 and a panel 5. The panel 5 is connected with the bottom shell 1 to form a kitchen range cavity in a surrounding mode. The first burner 2 can be driven by the connecting mechanism 3 to slide between a first position and a second position, so that the first burner 2 can be used alone in the first position, and can form a combined burner together with the second burner 4 in the second position, as shown in fig. 14.
