The existing mass-produced gearbox hydraulic system generally adopts a mechanical pump as an executive pump to control the combination and separation of the clutch by establishing oil pressure through the mechanical pump, but the existing gearbox hydraulic system is difficult to meet the cooling and lubrication requirements of a motor, shaft teeth and the clutch, and has low cooling and lubrication efficiency.
Based on this, the present application proposes a hydraulic system 100 for a gearbox, where the hydraulic system 100 can use the electronic pump 31 to separately provide oil to the cooling and lubrication oil path 2, can use the mechanical pump 41 to separately provide oil to the cooling and lubrication oil path 2, and can use the electronic pump 31 and the mechanical pump 41 to simultaneously provide oil to the cooling and lubrication oil path 2, thereby not only meeting the cooling and lubrication requirements of the motor, the shaft teeth and the clutch under various working conditions, but also being beneficial to improving the cooling and lubrication efficiency by simultaneously providing oil to the electronic pump 31 and the mechanical pump 41.
The transmission hydraulic system 100 and the oil control method according to the embodiment of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a transmission hydraulic system 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the application includes an oil reservoir 1, a cooling-lubrication oil passage 2, a first oil passage 3, a second oil passage 4, and a control oil passage 5.
The cooling and lubricating oil path 2 is used for providing oil for a motor, shaft teeth and a clutch, the first oil path 3 comprises an electronic pump 31 and a first one-way valve 32, a first oil inlet 311 of the electronic pump 31 is communicated with the oil storage tank 1, a first oil outlet 312 of the electronic pump 31 is in one-way conduction with the cooling and lubricating oil path 2 through the first one-way valve 32, the second oil path 4 comprises a mechanical pump 41, a first pressure regulating valve 42 and a second one-way valve 43, a second oil inlet 411 of the mechanical pump 41 is communicated with the oil storage tank 1, a second oil outlet 412 of the mechanical pump 41 is communicated with a third oil inlet 421 and a pilot oil inlet 423 of the first pressure regulating valve 42, and the pilot oil inlet 423 is suitable for providing pilot oil into the first pressure regulating valve 42 so that the third oil inlet 421 is in one-way conduction with a third oil outlet 422 of the first pressure regulating valve 42, and the third oil outlet 422 is in one-way conduction with the cooling and lubricating oil path 2 through the second one-way valve 43.
It should be noted that, in hybrid vehicles, the shaft teeth, the motor (such as the P1 motor and the P3 motor) and the clutch are commonly used for transmitting power and changing speed, so friction and abrasion are generated during operation, and a large amount of heat is also generated, so that the shaft teeth, the clutch and the motor need to be cooled and lubricated.
Based on the above, the cooling and lubricating oil way 2 is used for providing cooling and lubricating oil for the motor, the shaft teeth and the clutch, so that the shaft teeth are lubricated by the oil, the direct contact between the tooth surfaces of the shaft teeth can be reduced, the shaft teeth can be prevented from being stuck and stuck, the smooth engagement and operation of the shaft teeth are ensured, the oil can also take away the heat generated in the high-speed operation process of the shaft teeth, the abrasion and the metal fatigue of the shaft teeth are reduced, and the mechanical performance and the service life are improved.
Simultaneously, cool down the motor through fluid, be favorable to reducing motor temperature, ensure that it runs under safe, efficient operating temperature, avoided the motor to damage because of overheated, compare in water-cooling, the specific heat capacity of fluid is great, consequently can absorb more heat, and because the steam temperature of fluid is usually higher than water, the fluid cooling is better stable and lasting under high temperature environment, simultaneously, bearing and other moving parts in the motor need use fluid to carry out suitable lubrication, with reduction friction and wearing and tearing, thereby make motor operation more steady and high-efficient, noise and vibration of motor have been reduced, be favorable to promoting riding comfort and driving experience.
Similarly, the clutch is lubricated by oil, so that friction and abrasion of the clutch are reduced, the clutch is prevented from being overheated to influence the service performance, the service life of the clutch is prolonged, and maintenance times and frequency of replacing parts are reduced.
Further, in some embodiments of the present application, the first oil passage 3 and the second oil passage 4 of the hydraulic system 100 of the transmission may be selectively communicated between the oil reservoir 1 and the cooling and lubrication oil passage 2, so as to supply oil to the cooling and lubrication oil passage 2 through the first oil passage 3 alone, to supply oil to the cooling and lubrication oil passage 2 through the second oil passage 4 alone, or to supply oil to the cooling and lubrication oil passage 2 through both the first oil passage 3 and the second oil passage 4.
Specifically, the mechanical pump 41 of the second oil path 4 is driven by the engine, when the hybrid vehicle runs in the pure electric mode, the electronic pump 31 in the first oil path 3 runs, the electronic pump 31 pumps oil from the oil storage tank 1, the oil flows into the electronic pump 31 from the first oil inlet 311 and flows out from the first oil outlet 312, so that the first one-way valve 32 conducts the first oil outlet 312 and the cooling and lubricating oil path 2 in one way under the pushing of the oil, the oil in the oil storage tank 1 enters the cooling and lubricating oil path 2, and the first oil path 3 is independently used for supplying oil to the cooling and lubricating oil path 2.
It should be noted that, when the electronic pump 31 is running, the running temperature of the motor can be obtained in real time through the temperature sensor, and when the running temperature of the motor is higher or the temperature rising speed is faster, the oil supply amount to the cooling and lubricating oil circuit 2 can be increased by increasing the rotation speed of the electronic pump 31, so as to improve the cooling effect on the motor and prevent the motor from being damaged due to overheating.
When the hybrid vehicle is operated in a non-pure electric mode, such as when the hybrid vehicle is operated in a parallel, direct drive or series mode, the engine is operated, the engine drives the mechanical pump 41 in the second oil path 4 to operate, the mechanical pump 41 pumps oil from the oil tank 1, the oil flows out from the second oil outlet 412 of the mechanical pump 41, wherein a part of the oil flowing out from the second oil outlet 412 flows into the pilot oil inlet 423 of the first pressure regulating valve 42, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the pilot oil inlet 423 can provide pilot pressure to a valve core in the first pressure regulating valve 42 to drive the valve core to move, so that the third oil inlet 421 of the first pressure regulating valve 42 is communicated with the third oil outlet 422, and further, another part of the oil flowing out from the second oil outlet 412 flows into the first pressure regulating valve 42 from the third oil outlet 422, so that the second one-way valve 43 is communicated with the third oil path 422 in a one-way under the pushing of the oil, thereby enabling the oil in the oil tank 1 to enter the cooling and lubricating oil path 2, and the second oil path 4 is independently supplied with the cooling and lubricating oil path 2.
It should be noted that, because the mechanical pump 41 is connected with the engine input shaft, the rotation speed of the mechanical pump 41 is controlled by the rotation speed of the engine, so that the oil supply amount cannot be controlled independently, when the temperature sensor detects that the running temperature of the motor is higher or the temperature rising speed is higher, the first oil way 3 and the second oil way 4 can be used for supplying oil to the cooling and lubricating oil way 2 by starting the electronic pump 31, so that the cooling efficiency is improved, the rotation speed of the electronic pump 31 can be flexibly adjusted according to the running temperature of the motor, and the lubrication requirements of the motor, the shaft teeth and the clutch under different working conditions can be met.
In summary, in the gearbox hydraulic system 100 according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, the electronic pump 31 may be used to provide oil to the cooling and lubrication oil path 2 alone, the mechanical pump 41 may be used to provide oil to the cooling and lubrication oil path 2 alone, and the electronic pump 31 and the mechanical pump 41 may be used to provide oil to the cooling and lubrication oil path 2 simultaneously, so that not only the cooling and lubrication requirements of the motor, the shaft teeth and the clutch under various working conditions are satisfied, but also the cooling and lubrication efficiency is improved by providing oil to the electronic pump 31 and the mechanical pump 41 simultaneously.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in FIG. 1, the transmission hydraulic system 100 further includes a control oil circuit 5, the control oil circuit 5 including a first control valve 51 and a relief valve 52, the relief valve 52 having a fourth oil inlet 521 and a fourth oil outlet 522 in communication, the fourth oil inlet 521 in communication with the second oil outlet 412, the first control valve 51 in communication with both the fourth oil outlet 522 and the first pressure regulating valve 42, the first control valve 51 selectively providing pressurized oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42.
Specifically, a part of the oil flowing out from the second oil outlet 412 flows into the relief valve 52 through the fourth oil inlet 521, and then flows into the first control valve 51 from the fourth oil outlet 522 of the relief valve 52, and the first control valve 51 selectively supplies the pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42, and it is noted that the oil pressure of the control oil passage 5 can be reduced by the relief valve 52 so that the oil pressure of the control oil passage 5 is smaller than the oil pressure of the second oil passage 4, thereby reducing the loss of the main oil pressure of the second oil passage 4.
When the hybrid vehicle is operated in the series mode, the engine does not directly drive the vehicle, so that the clutch oil pressure is not required to be established, the first control valve 51 is controlled to supply pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42, and at this time, the oil inlet pressure of the first pressure regulating valve 42 can be reduced, so that pressure damage is reduced, and the efficiency of the gearbox is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the first control valve 51 may be configured as a normally high solenoid valve and the first pressure regulating valve 42 may be configured as a pilot proportional relief valve, the first control valve 51 providing pressurized oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42 when the first control valve 51 is de-energized.
In some embodiments of the present application, the transmission hydraulic system 100 further includes a third oil passage 6 and a fourth oil passage 7, as shown in fig. 1.
The third oil path 6 includes a second pressure regulating valve 61, a fifth oil inlet 611 of the second pressure regulating valve 61 is communicated with a second oil outlet 412, a fifth oil outlet 612 of the second pressure regulating valve 61 is communicated with a first executing oil path 8, the first executing oil path 8 is used for conveying oil to the first clutch 9, the fourth oil path 7 includes a third pressure regulating valve 71, a sixth oil inlet 711 of the third pressure regulating valve 71 is communicated with the second oil outlet 412, a sixth oil outlet 712 of the third pressure regulating valve 71 is communicated with the second executing oil path 10, the second executing oil path 10 is used for conveying oil to the second clutch 11, the control oil path 5 further includes a second control valve 53 and a third control valve 54, the second control valve 53 is communicated with both the second oil outlet 412 and the second pressure regulating valve 61, the second control valve 53 is used for selectively providing pilot oil to the second oil outlet 61 to make the fifth oil inlet 611 be on or off, the third control valve 54 is communicated with both the second oil outlet 412 and the third pressure regulating valve 71, and the third control valve 54 is used for selectively providing pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71 to make the sixth oil inlet 712 be on or off.
Specifically, the transmission hydraulic system 100 may further control the engagement of the first clutch 9 through the third oil passage 6 and the engagement of the second clutch 11 through the fourth oil passage 7, and when the hybrid vehicle is operated in the parallel or direct drive mode, the engine is operated and is used to drive the vehicle, so that the main oil pressure needs to be established in the second oil passage 2, that is, the first control valve 51 is controlled to stop supplying the pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42, the second pressure regulating valve 61 and the third pressure regulating valve 71 may output the pressure, for example, the first control valve 51 may be configured as a normally high solenoid valve, the first pressure regulating valve 42 may be configured as a pilot proportional relief valve, and when the first control valve 51 is energized, the first control valve 51 is stopped to supply the pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42, and the main oil pressure is established in the second oil passage 4, and then the clutch oil pressure may be established.
Further, when the mechanical pump 41 is operated, the mechanical pump 41 draws oil from the oil storage tank 1 and delivers the oil to the second oil outlet 412, wherein a part of the oil flowing out from the second oil outlet 412 flows into the control oil path 5, when the second control valve 53 in the control oil path 5 supplies pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, the fifth oil inlet 611 of the second pressure regulating valve 61 is conducted with the fifth oil outlet 612, so that a part of the oil flowing out from the second oil outlet 412 can flow into the first executing oil path 8 through the third oil path 6, the first executing oil path 8 can supply oil to the first clutch 9 to drive the first clutch 9 to be combined, when the second control valve 53 in the control oil path 5 stops supplying pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, the fifth oil inlet 611 of the second pressure regulating valve 61 is disconnected from the fifth oil outlet 612, so that the first executing oil path 8 stops supplying oil to the first clutch 9, and similarly, when the third control valve 54 in the control oil path 5 supplies pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, the sixth oil inlet 71 can flow into the first clutch 11 through the sixth oil path 11, so that the sixth oil inlet 712 can flow into the third clutch 11 through the third oil path 11, so that the fifth oil inlet 611 and the sixth clutch 11 can be disconnected from the third clutch 11, so that the fifth oil inlet 11 is disconnected from the fifth oil outlet 11, and the sixth clutch 11 is connected.
Further, in order to better understand the present solution by those skilled in the art, the second control valve 53 and the third control valve 54 in the present application are both configured as a normally low solenoid valve, the second pressure regulating valve 61 and the third pressure regulating valve 71 are both configured as the pilot proportional pressure reducing valve 52, the second control valve 53 is energized, the second control valve 53 provides the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, the second control valve 53 is de-energized, the second control valve 53 stops providing the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, similarly, the third control valve 54 is energized, the third control valve 54 provides the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, the third control valve 54 stops providing the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, assuming that the second clutch 11 corresponds to a higher vehicle speed relative to the first clutch 9, when the hybrid vehicle is operated in the parallel or direct drive mode, the engine is operated, the first control valve 51 (normally high solenoid valve) is energized, the first pressure regulating valve 42 establishes the main oil pressure in the second oil path 4, and the second oil path 4 provides the cooling oil path 2.
Meanwhile, the vehicle controller controls the second control valve 53 to supply the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61 and controls the third control valve 54 to stop supplying the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71 according to the vehicle speed or the accelerator pedal angle, or controls the second control valve 53 to stop supplying the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61 and controls the third control valve 54 to supply the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, for example, when the vehicle speed or the accelerator pedal angle is small, the second control valve 53 is energized, the third control valve 54 is deenergized, the second control valve 53 supplies the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, the third control valve 54 stops supplying the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, that is, the first execution oil passage 8 is the first clutch 9 to drive the first clutch 9 in the transmission to be engaged, and the second execution oil passage 10 stops supplying the second clutch 11 to open the second clutch 11, that is, the first clutch 9 drives the vehicle to operate so that the vehicle is in a low gear, when the vehicle speed or the accelerator pedal angle is large, the second control valve 53 is powered off, the third control valve 54 is powered on, the second control valve 53 stops supplying the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, the third control valve 54 supplies the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, that is, the second execution oil path 10 supplies the oil to the second clutch 11 to drive the second clutch 11 in the transmission to be combined, and the first execution oil path 8 stops supplying the oil to the first clutch 9 so that the first clutch 9 is opened, that is, the second clutch 11 drives the vehicle to operate so that the vehicle is in a high gear, so that the mechanical valve can also supply the gear shifting flow, the two-gear shifting function of the transmission is realized, and simultaneously the oil can also be supplied to the cooling lubrication oil path 2 through the second oil path 4 so as to drive the motor, the gear shaft, the first clutch 9, and the second clutch 11 supply cooling lubricating oil. It should be noted that, when the temperature sensor detects that the motor operating temperature is higher or the temperature rising speed is faster, the first oil circuit 3 and the second oil circuit 4 can be realized by starting the electronic pump 31 to supply oil to the cooling and lubricating oil circuit 2 at the same time, so that the cooling efficiency is improved, and the rotating speed of the electronic pump 31 can be flexibly adjusted according to the motor operating temperature, so that the lubrication requirements of the motor, the shaft teeth, the first clutch 9 and the second clutch 11 under different working conditions can be met.

FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a method of controlling oil according to a first embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the oil control method includes:
step S101, determining an operation mode of the gearbox.
Specifically, what mode of operation the transmission is in is determined based on the operating modes of the hybrid vehicle, wherein the hybrid vehicle has an electric-only mode and a non-electric-only mode (parallel, direct drive, series).
And step S102, if the gearbox is in a pure electric mode, controlling the electronic pump to operate.
When the hybrid vehicle runs in the pure electric mode, the gearbox is in the pure electric mode, the vehicle controller controls the electronic pump 31 in the first oil way 3 to run, the electronic pump 31 pumps oil from the oil storage tank 1, the oil flows into the electronic pump 31 from the first oil inlet 311 and flows out from the first oil outlet 312, so that the first one-way valve 32 is used for conducting the first oil outlet 312 and the cooling and lubricating oil way 2 in a one-way under the pushing of the oil, the oil in the oil storage tank 1 enters the cooling and lubricating oil way 2, and the first oil way 3 is used for independently supplying oil to the cooling and lubricating oil way 2.
Step S103, if the gearbox is in a non-pure electric mode, controlling the mechanical pump to operate, acquiring the temperature of the motor, and if the temperature of the motor is greater than the preset temperature, controlling the electronic pump to operate.
When the hybrid vehicle is operated in the non-pure electric mode, for example, the transmission is operated in the parallel, direct drive or series mode, the engine is operated, the engine drives the mechanical pump 41 in the second oil path 4 to operate, the mechanical pump 41 pumps oil from the oil tank 1, the oil flows out from the second oil outlet 412 of the mechanical pump 41, wherein a part of the oil flowing out from the second oil outlet 412 flows into the pilot oil inlet 423 of the first pressure regulating valve 42, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the pilot oil inlet 423 can provide pilot pressure for a valve core in the first pressure regulating valve 42 to drive the valve core to move, so that the third oil inlet 421 of the first pressure regulating valve 42 is communicated with the third oil outlet 422, and further, another part of the oil flowing out from the second oil outlet 412 flows into the first pressure regulating valve 42 from the third oil inlet 421 and flows out from the third oil outlet 422, so that the second one-way valve 43 is communicated with the third oil outlet 422 in one way under the pushing of the oil, so that the oil in the oil tank 1 enters the cooling and lubricating oil path 2, and the second oil path 4 is independently supplied with the cooling and lubricating oil path 2.
It should be noted that, can detect motor temperature through temperature sensor in real time, when motor temperature is greater than preset temperature or temperature rising speed is faster, can realize through the mode of starting electronic pump 31 that first oil circuit 3, second oil circuit 4 are the cooling lubrication oil circuit 2 fuel feeding simultaneously, so, improved cooling efficiency, and the electronic pump 31 rotational speed can be nimble the regulation according to motor operating temperature, can satisfy the lubrication demand of motor, axle tooth, clutch under the different operating modes.
According to the oil control method provided by the embodiment of the second aspect of the application, when the gearbox is in the pure electric mode, the electronic pump 31 can be used for independently providing oil to the cooling and lubricating oil circuit 2, when the gearbox is in the non-pure electric mode, the mechanical pump 41 can be used for independently providing oil to the cooling and lubricating oil circuit 2, and when the temperature of the motor is higher than a preset temperature, the electronic pump 31 and the mechanical pump 41 can be used for simultaneously providing oil to the cooling and lubricating oil circuit 2, so that the cooling and lubricating requirements of the motor, the shaft teeth and the clutch under various working conditions are met, and the electronic pump 31 and the mechanical pump 41 can be used for simultaneously providing oil to be beneficial to improving the cooling and lubricating efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the transmission is in the pure electric mode, as shown in fig. 3, the method further comprises:
Step S201, a motor temperature is acquired.
Step S202, if the temperature of the motor is greater than the preset temperature, the rotating speed of the electronic pump is increased.
Specifically, when the gearbox is in pure mode, through temperature sensor real-time detection motor temperature, when motor temperature is greater than preset temperature or temperature rising speed is faster, can increase the oil feed quantity to cooling lubrication oil circuit 2 through the mode that improves electron pump 31 rotational speed to improve the cooling effect to the motor, prevent that the motor from damaging because of overheated.
In some embodiments of the present application, the method further includes controlling the first control valve to provide pressurized oil to the first pressure regulating valve if the transmission is in the non-electric-only mode.
Specifically, the first control valve 51 selectively provides pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42, and when the hybrid vehicle is operating in the series mode, the engine does not directly drive the vehicle, so that the clutch oil pressure is not required to be established, and the first control valve 51 is controlled to provide pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42, at this time, the oil inlet pressure of the first pressure regulating valve 42 can be reduced, thereby facilitating reduction of pressure damage and further improving the efficiency of the transmission.
In some embodiments of the present application, if the transmission is in a non-pure electric mode, as shown in fig. 4, the method further comprises:
In step S301, if the transmission is in the direct drive mode or the parallel mode, the first control valve is controlled to stop supplying the pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve, and the vehicle speed or the accelerator pedal angle is obtained.
Step S302, controlling the second control valve to supply the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve and controlling the third control valve to stop supplying the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve, or controlling the second control valve to stop supplying the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve and controlling the third control valve to supply the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve, according to the vehicle speed or the accelerator pedal angle.
Specifically, when the hybrid vehicle is operated in the parallel or direct drive mode, the engine is operated and used to drive the vehicle, so that it is necessary to establish the main oil pressure in the second oil passage 2, that is, to control the first control valve 51 to stop supplying the pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42, the second pressure regulating valve 61, the third pressure regulating valve 71 may output the pressure, for example, the first control valve 51 may be configured as a normally high solenoid valve, the first pressure regulating valve 42 may be configured as a pilot proportional relief valve, the first control valve 51 stops supplying the pressure oil to the first pressure regulating valve 42 when the first control valve 51 is energized, the second oil passage 4 establishes the main oil pressure, and the second oil passage 4 supplies the oil to the cooling lubrication oil passage 2, and then the clutch oil pressure may be established.
Further, in the present application, assuming that the second control valve 53 and the third control valve 54 are each configured as a normally low solenoid valve, the second pressure regulating valve 61 and the third pressure regulating valve 71 are each configured as the pilot proportional pressure reducing valve 52, and the second control valve 53 is energized, the second control valve 53 supplies the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, and the second control valve 53 is de-energized, the second control valve 53 stops supplying the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, and similarly, the third control valve 54 is energized, the third control valve 54 supplies the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, and the third control valve 54 stops supplying the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, and assuming that the second clutch 11 corresponds to a higher vehicle speed relative to the first clutch 9.
Further, the vehicle controller controls the second control valve 53 to supply the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61 and controls the third control valve 54 to stop supplying the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71 according to the vehicle speed or the accelerator pedal angle, or controls the second control valve 53 to stop supplying the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61 and controls the third control valve 54 to supply the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, for example, when the vehicle speed or the accelerator pedal angle is small, the second control valve 53 is energized, the third control valve 54 is deenergized, the second control valve 53 supplies the pilot oil to the second pressure regulating valve 61, the third control valve 54 stops supplying the pilot oil to the third pressure regulating valve 71, that is, the first execution oil passage 8 is the first clutch 9 to drive the first clutch 9 in the transmission, and the second execution oil passage 10 is stopped to supply the second clutch 11, so that the second clutch 11 is opened, that is the vehicle is driven by the first clutch 9 to drive the first clutch 9, and when the vehicle speed or the accelerator pedal angle is small, for example, the second control valve 53 is energized, the third control valve 54 is energized, the second clutch valve 54 is stopped to stop the second clutch 11 to supply the pilot oil to the second clutch 11 in the transmission, that the second clutch 11 is driven by the first clutch 9 to drive the first clutch.
So set up, the mechanical valve still can provide the flow of shifting, has realized the two keeps off the function of shifting of gearbox, still can provide fluid to cooling lubrication oil circuit 2 through second oil circuit 4 simultaneously to provide cooling lubricating oil for motor, tooth axle, first clutch 9, second clutch 11.
