Example 1
A combing and drawing combination machine for ramie, flax and wool is characterized in that 8 wool combers 1 are connected with 1 drawing frame 4 to form the combing and drawing combination machine, and ramie strips are spun. The average length of the ramie fibers is 100mm. The sliver ration fed into the wool type combing machine is 8g/m, and 22 sliver feeding is adopted. The effective output length of the wool type combing machine is 30mm, the feeding length is 8mm, and the ration of combed sliver 5 output by each wool type combing machine is 10g/m. The angle of the groove of the strip-out roller is 45 degrees, the depth of the groove 12 is 4mm, the pitch is unequal in width, the width of the tooth top is 2mm, and the diameter of the roller is 50mm. The distance between adjacent metal godet rolls 21 was 80mm, and the draft ratio between the metal godet rolls 21 and the rear roller 41 of the drawing frame 4 was 1.02. Comparative example 1
The ramie combed sliver 5 is spun on a conventional wool comber and then drawn together (needle comb). The average length of the ramie fibers is 100mm. The sliver quantity fed into the combing machine is 8g/m, and 22 sliver feeds are adopted. The effective output length of the wool comber was 30mm, the feed length was 8mm, and the basis weight of the comber bars 5 output by each wool comber was 10g/m. 8 combed slivers 5 are randomly combined and fed into a gilling machine for drafting, the output ramie sliver is quantified to be 10g/m after drawing, the sliver evenness is 3.78%, and compared with the embodiment 1, the sliver evenness of the output sliver is poor, so that the combed drawing combination machine can achieve the output sliver with better quality while reducing one drawing process.
Example 2
A combing and drawing combination machine for ramie, flax and short ramie is characterized in that 4 wool combers 1 are connected with 1 drawing frame 4 to form a combing and drawing combination machine, and flax and short ramie strips are spun. The average length of the flax staple is 80mm. The sliver ration fed into the wool type combing machine is 15g/m, and 18 sliver feeding is adopted. The effective output length of the wool type combing machine is 25mm, the feeding length is 5mm, and the ration of combed sliver 5 output by each wool type combing machine is 15g/m. The angle of the groove of the strip-out roller is 45 degrees, the depth of the groove 12 is 5mm, the pitch is unequal in width, the width of the tooth top is 2mm, and the diameter of the roller is 50mm. The distance between adjacent metal godet rolls 21 was 50mm, and the draft multiple between the metal godet rolls 21 and the rear roller 41 of the drawing frame 4 was 0.98. The drawing parameters of the drawing frame 4 were respectively 4.0 times of total draft, 1.0 times of draft of the middle roller 45 and the rear roller 41, 4.0 times of draft of the front roller 43 and the middle roller 45, 250mm of center distance between the rear roller 41 and the front roller 43, 100mm of center distance between the rear roller 41 and the middle roller 45, and 50mm of center distance between the middle roller 45 and the pressure roller 46. The upper surface of the middle roller 45 is 10mm higher than the upper surface of the rear roller 41, and the lower surface of the pressure roller 46 is leveled with the upper surface of the front roller 43. And finally, the combined combing and drawing machine outputs the short flax slivers with the ration of 15g/m, the evenness of the flax slivers is 3.1%, and the quality of the output slivers is high.
Example 3
A combed drawing combination machine for ramie, flax and short ramie is characterized in that 12 wool combers 1 are connected with 1 drawing frame 4 to form a combed drawing combination machine, and ramie strips are spun. The average length of the ramie fibers is 120mm. The sliver ration fed into the wool type combing machine is 6g/m, and 26 sliver feeding is adopted. The effective output length of the wool comber is 32mm, the feed length is 12mm, and the ration of comber sliver 5 output by each wool comber is 6g/m. The angle of the groove of the strip-out roller is 45 degrees, the depth of the groove 12 is 3mm, the pitch is unequal in width, the width of the tooth top is 2mm, and the diameter of the roller is 50mm. The distance between adjacent metal godet rolls 21 was 100mm, and the draft multiple between the metal godet rolls 21 and the rear roller 41 of the drawing frame 4 was 1.03. The drawing parameters of the drawing frame 4 were 12.0 times of total draft, 1.3 times of draft of the middle roller 45 and the rear roller 41, 7.5 times of draft of the front roller 43 and the middle roller 45, 320mm of center distance between the rear roller 41 and the front roller 43, 150mm of center distance between the rear roller 41 and the middle roller 45, and 100mm of center distance between the middle roller 45 and the pressure roller 46. The upper surface of the middle roller 45 is 10mm higher than the upper surface of the rear roller 41, and the lower surface of the pressure roller 46 is leveled with the upper surface of the front roller 43. The combing and drawing combined machine outputs the ramie stripes with the ration of 6g/m, the stripe unevenness rate of 3.53 percent and the quality of the output stripes is high.
