Viscous waste (or referred to as sticky waste) includes waste with a certain viscosity such as soup, thick soup, porridge, tomato sauce, chocolate sauce and the like.
Other litter such as dust, floor marks, etc. are also objects of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows a cleaning device of the present invention, which includes a hand-held portion 100 and a cleaning head 200.
The hand piece 100 includes a connecting rod 110, a handle 120, a clear water tank 130. Wherein the clear water tank 130 includes a clear water tank body 131 and a clear water tank body 132. The clear water tank body 131 is detachably mounted on the clear water tank body 132 (see fig. 2). The connecting rod 110 is used to connect the handle 120 and the fresh water tank body 132. The connection rod 110 may be an aluminum rod.
Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a cleaning head 200 of a cleaning device of the present invention. In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the cleaning head 200 includes a housing 210, a drum 220, a debris box 230, a waste bin 240, and an ultraviolet lamp assembly 250. Wherein, the casing 210 is provided with a shovel bar 211, the shovel bar 211 has an arc-shaped working surface, one end of the shovel bar is contacted with the ground when working, and the other end of the shovel bar is connected with the garbage box 230. A gap (garbage passage) having a uniform distance is formed between the arc-shaped working surface and the outer circumference of the drum 220.
The drum 220 includes an inner layer of hard gelatin and a sponge layer wrapped outside the hard gelatin. The hard-faced adhesive tape may be secured to the housing 210 by a connector such as a bearing. The roller driving mechanism drives the hard adhesive to rotate around the axis of the hard adhesive through the roller driving mechanism, and drives the roller to rotate, so that the surface of the roller performs circular motion.
The housing 210 is further provided with a water pressure plate 212 and a wiper strip assembly 213. Fig. 4 and 5 illustrate a water pressure plate 212 and wiper strip assembly 213 of the present invention. The water pressure plate 212 interferes with the drum 220. The water pressure plate 212 includes a straight line segment 212a and arc segments 212b disposed at both ends of the straight line segment. During operation of the cleaning tool, the drum is continuously rotated and the water pressure plate 212 extrudes the contaminated water from the drum. The straight section 212a and the arcuate sections 212b at both ends can maintain continuous compression of the roller. By the arrangement, sewage extruded from the two ends of the roller can be gathered and drained into the primary water tank.
The wiper strip assembly 213 shown in fig. 5 includes a friction portion 213a, a drainage portion 213b, and a fixing portion 213c. Wherein, the drainage portion 213b includes a wringing strip 213b-1 and a water receiving strip 213b-2. The friction part 213a and the wringer bar 213b-1 interfere with (i.e., cause squeezing of) the drum, respectively. The water pressing plate 212, the water squeezing strip 213b-1, the water receiving strip 213b-2 and the roller 220 form a primary water tank, and the water receiving strip 213b-2 and the housing 210 form a secondary water tank. The friction portion 213a has a Y-shape. The Y-shaped tip portion interferes with the drum of the drum cleaning tool and helps to strip debris adhering to the drum during operation of the cleaning tool.
The drainage portion 213b has a similar Y-shape. The water receiving strip 213b-2 and the wringing strip 213b-1 are bifurcated in a Y-shape, respectively. The wringer bar 213b-1 interferes with the drum 220 and cooperates with the arcuate working bar 111 of the wringer plate 212 to squeeze water from the drum 220 during operation of the cleaning implement. As the drum 220 rotates, the water squeezed from the drum 220 flows toward the water storage space formed by the drainage portion 213b of the water pressure plate 212 and the drum 220. A set of drainage plates 213b-3 are disposed at both ends of the wringing strip 213 b-1. The sewage squeezed out of the drum 220 is gathered and drained into the water tank by the cooperation of the drainage plate 213b-3 and the arc-shaped section 212 b. This design allows the portion of the drum 220 that is being squeezed by the arcuate segment 212b to remain unsaturated (i.e., not fully saturated with water) and prevents water from flowing out of the ends of the drum 220.
According to an example embodiment of the application, the materials of the friction part 213a and the drainage part 213b may be soft rubber. The soft rubber not only can resist high temperature, but also can resist low temperature, and can be used in a wide temperature range. The change with temperature is small, whether chemical or physical mechanical. In addition, the soft rubber is not easy to be decomposed by ultraviolet light and ozone, so that the use performance of the cleaning tool is not affected by ultraviolet light sterilization. The soft rubber has good electrical insulation performance, and can ensure the use safety of the cleaning tool under wet working conditions.
According to an example embodiment of the application, the material of the fixing portion 213c may be hard adhesive. The hard adhesive has good thermal stability and does not cause decomposition at the molding temperature and within a certain residence time. The hard adhesive has good fluidity and can smoothly fill complex die cavities under certain problem conditions. In addition, the hard adhesive has the characteristics of good contractility, convenient demolding, good corrosion resistance and the like. Therefore, the hard rubber is suitable for cleaning tools with complex shapes and harsh working environments.
The housing 210 and the fresh water tank 130 may be connected by a hinge, but of course, may be connected by other means, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The housing 210 is provided with a water inlet (not shown) and a water outlet (not shown). Wherein, the water inlet of the water tank is connected with the clean water tank 130, and the water outlet of the water tank is connected with the sewage tank 240. The water inlet of the water tank is preferably arranged above the primary water tank. The water pump of the invention can adopt the water pump with adjustable water speed, when the flow rate of clear water is smaller, the primary water tank is in a saturated state, and water flow with stronger fluidity can be formed to flush garbage on the garbage adhered to the surface of the roller 220 into the sewage tank 240. When the clear water flow rate is relatively high or the cleaned object (such as the ground) has water, the sewage can partially enter the secondary water tank, and the secondary water tank divides the sewage to partially avoid water leakage caused by overlarge water quantity and can rapidly treat the sewage on the ground. The two-stage water tank is arranged, so that a sewage channel is enlarged, the speed of the roller can be regulated to be very high, the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning device can be greatly improved, and on the other hand, part of garbage (such as hair or small-particle dry garbage) can reach the water tank part along with the roller, and the garbage can not enter the two-stage water tank and can only stay in the first-stage water tank due to the arrangement of the water receiving strip 213b-2, so that the two-stage water tank can still keep unblocked even if the first-stage water tank is blocked by the garbage.
Alternatively, the present invention sets the positions of the primary and secondary tanks as high as possible in order to avoid the use of a sewage pump. Alternatively, the primary and secondary tanks are spaced from the surface of the object to be cleaned (e.g. the floor) by a vertical distance of greater than 25mm, in which case the diameter of the drum is preferably greater than 40mm.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the cleaning head 200 is also provided with an ultraviolet lamp assembly 250. The ultraviolet lamp assembly 250 includes a lamp housing 251 mounted on the housing 210 and an ultraviolet lamp 252 mounted within the lamp housing 251. The ultraviolet lamp 252 may be mounted on the housing 210 through a lamp mount 253. The ultraviolet lamp assembly 250 is positioned between the waste bin 240 and the waste bin 230, and the walls of the waste bin 230 and the waste bin 240 adjacent to the ultraviolet lamp assembly 250 are transparent, and ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet lamp 252 can pass through the transparent walls, so that the waste bin 230 and the waste bin 240 are sterilized and disinfected, and the waste bin 230 and the waste bin 240 are prevented from mildewing and smelling.
The waste bin 230 and the sewage tank 240 may be made to be detachable, i.e., the waste bin 230 and the sewage tank 240 are detachably mounted to the housing 210. Further, the drum 220 may be detachably provided.
During use of the cleaning device, the sewage tank 240 is in a sealed arrangement, and when sewage enters the sewage tank 240, the sewage is affected by internal air resistance, and the flow speed is slow. In order to enable sewage to smoothly flow into the sewage tank 240, the top of the sewage tank 240 may be provided with through holes, and the through holes may be one or more groups. After the through holes are provided, the air inside the sewage enters the sewage tank 240, and then the air can be discharged from the sewage tank 240 through the through holes, so that the sewage can more smoothly enter the sewage tank 240.
Since the cleaning device is constantly reciprocated during use, there is a case where the flow of sewage stored in the sewage tank 240 is agitated. The inner sloshing sewage can overflow from the through hole. To avoid such a situation, a check ring may be provided inside the sewage tank 240, and a check ring may be generally provided around the through hole on the inner wall of the ceiling thereof. The retainer ring structure form can be a circular ring or a cap with a vent. According to some embodiments of the invention, the retainer ring may be a rubber ring.
The cleaning device of the present invention may also include an ozone generator. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6 to 8, the ozone generator is installed at the lower end of the clean water tank body 132, and the ozone generator 133 is connected to the clean water tank body 131 when the clean water tank body 131 is installed to the clean water tank body 132. The fresh water flowing out of the fresh water tank 130 contains ozone, so that the drum 220 can be disinfected and sterilized, and the drum is prevented from mildewing and smelling. In addition, the water contains ozone, so that the floor can be disinfected and sterilized after the floor is towed by the roller 220.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, an ozone generator 133, an air pump 134, a water pump 135, a pump damper 136, and an interface kit 137 are installed at the lower end of the fresh water tank body 132. The ozone generator 133, the air pump 134, the water pump 135, the pump damper 136 and the interface kit 137 are connected by a pipeline, and the pipeline is preferably a silica gel pipe. In the embodiment shown in fig. 7 and 8, the pipeline includes a first silicone tube 138a connecting the ozone generator 133 and the air pump 134, a second silicone tube 138b connecting the air pump 134 and the interface kit 137, and a third silicone tube 138c connecting the water pump 135 and the interface kit 137. The ozone generator 133 is provided with two ports, a first ozone port 133a for air intake to prepare ozone, and a second ozone port 133b for connecting with a first silicone tube 138a to introduce the prepared ozone into the clean water tank 130. The water pump 135 is also provided with two ports, the first water pump port 135a is connected with the fourth silica gel pipe 138d, and clean water containing ozone flows into the primary water tank and the secondary water tank from the first water pump port 135a through the fourth silica gel pipe 138 d.
As shown in fig. 8, a sealing ring 131a, a bubble Dan Taotong b, a filter cover 131c, a first return spring 131d, a second return spring 131e, a first check valve 131f, a second check valve 131g and a connecting seat 131h are arranged at the bottom end of the clear water tank body 131. The first check valve 131f and the second check valve 131g prevent water from flowing out of the flush tank body 131 when the flush tank body 131 is taken out of the flush tank body 132. The bubble Dan Taotong b is filled with a bubble stone BS. The sparkling stone is a porous structure, and is more beneficial to the dissolution of ozone in water when ozone is blown into the water. The filter cover 131c can prevent impurities in water from blocking the pipe and the pump body. The sealing ring 131a is respectively sleeved on the bubble Dan Taotong b and the filter cover 131 c. The first return spring 131d is connected to the bubble Dan Taotong b and the first check valve 131f, respectively, and the second return spring 131e is connected to the filter cover 131c and the second check valve 131g, respectively. In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the connection base 131h is fixed to the fresh water tank body 131 using a screw 131 i. Of course, other connection methods may be used, which are not illustrated herein.
The clean water tank body 131 of the clean water tank 130 shown in fig. 8 is provided with a viewing window 131j for viewing the water level of the clean water in the clean water tank 130. Optionally, the viewing window 131j may be provided at the front and/or rear and/or side of the fresh water tank body 131. The clear water tank body 131 is provided with a water inlet, so that clear water can be conveniently injected. The clean water tank 130 may be removably designed to facilitate cleaning thereof. In addition, the clear water tank body 131 can be provided with small holes for balancing air pressure, so that the flow rate of clear water is prevented from being reduced due to pressure.
Fig. 9 shows another cleaning device according to the present invention, which is further provided with a base 300 (particularly shown in fig. 10). The base 300 may be used alone. In the embodiment shown in fig. 10, the base 300 includes a charging port 310, a charging contact pin 320, a cleaning tank 330, and a receiving tank 340. Wherein, the charging port 310 is connected with the socket, and the charging contact pin 320 is used for charging the storage battery of the cleaning device. The battery is preferably mounted within the hand-held portion 100, and may also be mounted within the housing of the cleaning head 200. The battery can be a lithium battery or any other rechargeable battery, and the invention is not limited in any way. When the cleaning head 200 is placed on the base 300, the base 300 charges the storage battery through the charging contact pins 320.
The washing tub 330 is provided with a groove portion, which is fitted with the outer surface of the drum 220, for accommodating the drum 220. When water is filled in the washing tub 330, the drum 220 is started to rotate, and when the drum 220 rotates, the water in the washing tub 330 can be sucked up, so that the drum 220 is washed.
The storage groove 340 is used for storing articles such as cleaning agent and brush, and is convenient for storage.
Fig. 11 shows a longitudinal section through a further cleaning device according to the invention. The hand-held part 100 includes a connection rod 110, a handle 120, a clear water tank 130, a first connection part 140 and a second connection part 150. The handle 120 is provided with a handle cover 121, an operation interface patch 122, a PCBA plate 123, and a battery 124. The first connection part 140 is for connecting the connection rod 110 and the handle 120, and includes a handle terminal male 141, a rod elastic buckle 142, and a first rod terminal female socket 143.
The lower end of the connecting rod 110 is provided with a clear water tank body 132, and the second connecting portion 150 is used for connecting the connecting rod 110 and the clear water tank body 132. The clear water tank body 131 is detachably installed in the clear water tank body 132. The second connection part 150 includes a second stem terminal female block 151 and a tank terminal male head 152. The clear water tank body 131 of the present embodiment has a tank take-out button 131k added to the clear water tank body shown in fig. 7 to facilitate the operation of the user.
In this embodiment, the cleaning tank body 132 is hinged to the cleaning head 200.
The cleaning head 200 of this embodiment differs in part from the cleaning head shown in figure 3. The front end of the housing 210 of the present embodiment is provided with a headlight 214, which is mounted in the lamp housing. When the floor is in a dark place such as a floor, the head lamp 214 allows the user to see the specific condition of the floor to be cleaned, so that the floor can be cleaned better. The front end of the housing 210 is also provided with a bumper strip 215 to prevent the housing 210 from being bumped during the towing sweep. In addition, in order to facilitate observation of the condition of the water in the water tank, an observation window 216 is provided above the primary water tank and the secondary water tank. The viewing window 216 is made of a transparent material, such as glass or transparent plastic. A decorative cover 217 is also provided on the sides for aesthetic purposes. The upper end of the sewage tank 240 is provided with a sewage taking-out button 241, which is convenient for a user to operate.
The base 300 of the present embodiment is the same as the base shown in fig. 10, and will not be described again.
The hand-held portion 100 of this embodiment is provided with a PCBA board 123 in which a control assembly is disposed. The control assembly may be used to control the switching of the ozone generator and/or the ultraviolet lamp. The control component can also be used for controlling the operation of the whole cleaning device, controlling the rotation of the roller, controlling the operation of the water pump and the air pump, controlling the charging of the storage battery and the like, and controlling the forward and backward movement of the roller when the roller is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning head.
The rollers comprise front wheels and rear wheels, and optionally, the lowest ends (the ends contacted with the ground) of the front wheels, the rear wheels and the shovel bars are positioned on the same horizontal plane, so that the cleaning device can be simultaneously contacted with the ground to be supported. The roller may be arranged to be somewhat lower than the ground contact surface of the blade so that the sponge layer of the roller rubs against the ground to clean the ground. But too much touchdown is not possible, otherwise the load on the drum is too great and too little touchdown will not achieve the cleaning objective.
Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
The control driving device drives the cleaning device to roll forwards and drive the roller to rotate, and the clear water pump is controlled to pump clear water from the clear water tank to the primary water tank. The roller wraps the dry garbage on the surface of the cleaned object in the rotating process, absorbs the wet garbage on the surface of the cleaned object, and adheres to the sticky garbage on the surface of the cleaned object, so that the dry garbage, the wet garbage and the sticky garbage are removed from the surface of the cleaned object. When the dry garbage rotates to the upper part of the garbage box along with the roller, the surface of the roller is deformed due to the fact that the compression of the shovel bar is lost, and the dry garbage is released and enters the garbage box. Part of dry garbage and sticky garbage are scraped off at the friction part of the scraping strip assembly and enter the garbage box. The wet garbage and the unremoved dry garbage and the sticky garbage rotate to the first water tank along with the roller. The clean water flows in the primary water tank, so that wet garbage absorbed by the roller, sticky garbage adhered to the surface of the roller and dry garbage which is not released from the surface of the roller are washed into the sewage tank.
When a base is provided, the cleaning device of the present invention may have two self-cleaning modes. The water outlet speed of the water pump is increased, the rotating speed of the roller is also increased, at the moment, the primary water tank and the secondary water tank are filled with water, the roller is flushed by water, and the roller is cleaned by matching with the extruding plate. The second is to use a base cleaning tank for cleaning. The washing tank is filled with water, the roller rotates to suck the water in the water tank, and the roller is cleaned under the combined action of water flow and the extrusion plate.
Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
the driving device is controlled to drive the roller to rotate. The roller absorbs clear water in the cleaning tank, the water pressing plate presses the roller which absorbs the clear water, so that the roller is cleaned, and sewage flows into the sewage tank through the primary water tank and the secondary water tank.
Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
the rotation speed of the drum is adjusted. The higher the rotation speed of the roller, the higher the cleaning speed, but not too high, and the cleaning speed needs to be regulated and controlled according to the type and the quantity of the cleaned garbage. Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
And controlling the clear water pump to suck clear water from the clear water tank to the primary water tank.
Wherein, the clear water flows in the first-stage basin to wash the cylinder, and the cylinder that the pressurized-water board extrusion absorbed the clear water, thereby further wash the cylinder, sewage flows into the sewage case through first-stage basin and second-stage basin.
Optionally, the control component is configured to perform the following operations:
The speed of pumping clear water from the clear water tank is regulated according to the dirt degree and the garbage type of the surface of the cleaned object. When the speed is the first suction speed, clean water flows in the first-stage water tank, so that garbage adhered to the surface of the roller is washed into the sewage tank. When the speed is the second suction speed, clean water flows in the first-stage water tank, so that garbage adhered to the surface of the roller is washed into the sewage tank, and part of sewage enters the second-stage water tank and flows into the sewage tank. The second pumping speed is greater than the first pumping speed.
When the cleaning device is used for cleaning dry garbage on the ground, when the roller 220 rolls on the ground, the particles of the dry garbage on the ground press and deform the sponge layer of the roller 220, and the sponge layer wraps the particles of the dry garbage through deformation, so that the particles of the dry garbage are separated from the ground and rotate together with the roller 220. When rotated to the position of the blade 211, the particles of dry waste leave the ground and are pressed by the blade 211 and continue to rotate with the drum 220. When the garbage box rotates to the inlet of the garbage box 230 after rotating the shovel bar 211, the sponge layer is deformed in a restoration way due to the loss of the compression of the shovel bar 211, the dry garbage particles wrapped by the sponge layer are released, and the garbage enters the garbage box 230 under the action of dead weight and elasticity.
Some small particles of dry waste may not be able to spring into the waste bin 230 by the elastic deformation of the sponge layer, and may also be scraped off by the friction portion 213a of the scraper bar assembly 213, and fall into the waste bin 230. If not removed from the drum 220, it is transferred to the primary water tank along with the rotation of the drum 220. The water flows in the primary flume creating a scouring force that also removes waste from the surface of the drum 220. In addition, the platen 212 also interferes with the drum 220, where the trash can also be scraped off. The garbage removed from the primary tank and the water pressure plate 212 flows into the sewage tank 240 with the water flow. Because the water receiving strip 213b-2 is arranged on the scraping strip assembly 213, the garbage can not reach the secondary water tank and can not block the water tank. By the arrangement, the dry garbage can be removed very cleanly from the ground without blocking the device.
When the cleaning device of the present invention is used to clean wet garbage, the sponge layer of the drum 220 absorbs the wet garbage. The wet garbage moves to the primary water tank along with the drum 220, water flows in the primary water tank, and the water pressure plate 212 presses the sponge layer of the drum 220, and the wet garbage is released from the sponge layer and enters the sewage tank 240 along with the water flow.
When the cleaning device of the present invention is used to clean the thick garbage, the thick garbage adheres to the sponge layer of the drum 220 and partially permeates into the sponge layer of the drum 220. The drum 220 continues to rotate, and the viscous garbage adhered to the surface of the drum 220 at the friction part 213a of the scraper bar assembly 213 may be hung down, and the scraped garbage enters the garbage box 230 by its own weight. The viscous garbage which cannot be scraped off reaches the first-stage water tank. The water flows in the primary water tank and can wash out the viscous waste adhered to the surface of the drum 220. And the water pressure plate 212 can scrape off the sticky garbage adhered to the surface of the drum 220. Under the combined action of the water flow and the water pressure plate 212, the viscous waste permeated into the sponge layer is released, and the viscous waste adhered to the sponge layer is also removed, and enters the sewage tank 240 along with the water flow.
In other embodiments of the invention, a toothed stripping structure 218 (see fig. 12) may also be provided at the junction of the waste bin 230 and the blade 211, which also interferes with the drum 220. The tooth peel structure 218 may be made of soft gel or may be made by rolling a flexible sheet into a strip. Thus, when the garbage exits the garbage channel, the toothed stripping structure can scrape part of the garbage off the surface of the roller 220, thereby greatly improving the garbage cleaning capability.
In the invention, clean water is injected into the clean water tank, the clean water enters the first-stage water tank from the clean water tank, after the roller is cleaned, the clean water becomes sewage, the sewage flows into the sewage tank from the first-stage water tank and the second-stage water tank, and finally the sewage tank is taken out, and the sewage is poured out. The whole process is very convenient.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13, an inclined sewage passage 219 is provided at a side portion of the housing 210, and sewage in the primary and secondary tanks flows from the sewage passage 219 into the sewage tank 240 by its own weight. Optionally, the sewage channel forms an included angle of 2-5 degrees with the horizontal plane. The sewage passage 219 may be further provided with a wall cover 219a detachably mounted on a side wall of the sewage passage 219. The arrow direction in fig. 12 is the water flow direction.
Alternatively, a control panel (as shown in fig. 14) may be provided with four control modes, a "standard" key, a "wet" key, a "dry drag" key, and a "self-cleaning" key. And when the ground is free of wet garbage, the standard key is used. When the wet land key is used, the water outlet speed of clear water can be 60-80 mL/min, and wet garbage or sticky garbage is more on the ground, the wet land key is used. The 'dry mop' button does not spray water and is only used for cleaning the dry garbage which is relatively easy to remove. In the self-cleaning button, the water outlet speed of clear water can be 200-300 mL/min, and in the mode, the roller is cleaned. The above water speeds are used by way of example only and may be set according to the actual circumstances. Optionally, a sterilization button can be arranged on the control panel for controlling the on and off of the ozone generator and/or the ultraviolet lamp.
The invention can realize self-cleaning of the roller by utilizing the water and dust circulation cleaning technology, and combines sweeping, dragging, washing and twisting together, thereby being greatly convenient for users and realizing very good cleaning effect.
It is apparent that the above examples are only illustrative of the present invention and are not limiting of the embodiments. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. It is not necessary here nor is it exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications thereof are contemplated as falling within the scope of the present invention.
