Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the present invention will be further specifically described by means of specific examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 11, a wheelchair for rehabilitation comprises a wheelchair frame 1, a cushion cloth 11, a backrest cloth 12, a handle 13, a running wheel 14 and an auxiliary wheel 15, wherein the cushion cloth 11 and the backrest cloth 12 are provided with an anti-slip mechanism 2, the anti-slip mechanism 2 comprises a chest and abdomen position supporting vest 21, a thigh position limiting ring sleeve 22 and a plurality of strip-shaped anti-slip supporting bags 23, the side surface of the wheelchair frame 1 is provided with a leg fixing mechanism 3, the wheelchair frame 1 is provided with a modularized supporting plate 4, and the modularized supporting plate 4 is provided with an auxiliary training assembly 5.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the chest and abdomen position supporting vest 21 includes a front vest panel 211, a rear vest panel 212 and a shoulder vest panel 213, wherein a plurality of velcro connection sides are arranged at the opening of the front vest panel 211, a tubular three-side connecting cloth 214 is arranged at the outer side of the rear vest panel 212, one side of the three-side connecting cloth 214 is sewed with the back cloth 12, one corner of the three-side connecting cloth 214 is sewed with the rear vest panel 212, the shoulder vest panel 213 and the front vest panel 211 are in split design, and the shoulder vest panel 213 and the front vest panel 211 are connected by a hasp.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the thigh position limiting collar 22 includes an endless belt 221, the bottom of the endless belt 221 is connected with the cushion cloth 11 through a velcro, and the endless belt 221 adopts a general cuff of an enlarged type of sphygmomanometer.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the strip-shaped anti-slip support bag 23 is made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, and the bottom of the strip-shaped anti-slip support bag 23 is connected with the cushion cloth 11 by sewing.
As shown in fig. 6, the leg fixing mechanism 3 comprises a middle shaft rod 31, one end of the middle shaft rod 31 is provided with two splicing brackets 32 which are connected through screws, the two splicing brackets 32 are respectively clamped at two sides of a part of the wheelchair skeleton 1, the two splicing brackets 32 are connected through screws, the other end of the middle shaft rod 31 is provided with a circular limiting block 33 and connected, the outer side of the middle shaft rod 31 is provided with a mounting sleeve 34, the mounting sleeve 34 is rotationally connected with the middle shaft rod 31, a mounting ring 35 is slidably arranged on the mounting sleeve 34, an arc-shaped strip 36 is arranged on the mounting ring 35 and the mounting sleeve 34, and the two arc-shaped strips 36 are connected through a hasp.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the modularized support plate 4 includes a tray plate 41, lifting lugs are fixed at two ends of the tray plate 41, a U-shaped connecting piece 411 with a downward opening is fixed at two ends of the bottom of the tray plate 41, an anti-displacement ring 412 is arranged at two ends of the U-shaped connecting piece 411, the anti-displacement ring 412 is installed on a round rod of the wheelchair skeleton 1, the U-shaped connecting piece 411 forks on the outer side of the round rod of the wheelchair skeleton 1, a heating pad 42 is paved on the tray plate 41, a USB port 413 is arranged on one end side of the tray plate 41, the USB port 413 is electrically connected with the heating pad 42, a plastic isolation piece 43 is paved above the heating pad 42, a cylindrical bowl supporting groove 44 is fixed at the top of the tray plate 41, the heating pad 42 and the plastic isolation piece 43 are penetrated by the cylindrical bowl supporting groove 44, a groove design is arranged on the inner side of the cylindrical bowl supporting groove 44, and a plurality of anti-slip strips 441 are arranged on the groove.
Referring to fig. 8, the auxiliary training assembly 5 includes a hollow silica gel ball 51, the hollow silica gel ball 51 is placed inside the cylindrical bowl supporting groove 44 and is connected by being tethered by a string, a massage device 52 is disposed on one side of the hollow silica gel ball 51, a drum-shaped vibrating membrane 521 is disposed on the surface of the massage device 52, a sucker 522 is disposed at the bottom of the massage device 52 and is connected with the plastic spacer 43, a vibrating motor 523 is disposed on the side of the massage device 52, the vibrating motor 523 drives the drum-shaped vibrating membrane 521 to form a vibrating effect through an eccentric wheel, a bearing and a connecting rod, and the massage device 52 takes electricity from the outside.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the auxiliary training assembly 5 further includes a support base 53, connectors 54 are disposed above two ends of the support base 53, metal rods 541 are fixedly disposed on two sides of a bottom of each connector 54, a magnet sleeve 531 is disposed at a relative position of each metal rod 541 on an inner side of the support base 53, each metal rod 541 is inserted into an inner side of each magnet sleeve 531, a plurality of transverse strips 532 are disposed on the bottom of the support base 53, rubber anti-slip strips 533 are embedded on the bottoms of the transverse strips 532, four pairs of finger sleeves 534 made of elastic cloth are disposed on tops of the transverse strips 532, an inverted L-shaped connecting block 535 is fixedly disposed at one end of the support base 53, one end of each inverted L-shaped connecting block 535 is inserted into an inner side of a lifting lug, and a pressing device 55 is disposed between the support base 53 and the connectors 54.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a pressing air bag 551 is installed at the bottom of the pressing device 55, the air bag 551 is located right above the fingerstall 534, an air pump and a compressor are installed at the inner side of the pressing device 55, an air inlet 552 with the surface covering the gauze is arranged at the top of the pressing device 55, air inlets 553 are fixedly arranged at two sides of the pressing device 55, and the pressing device 55 takes electricity from the outside.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, the replacing assembly of the pressing device 55 includes a massage roller 56 with a plurality of acupoints pressing balls on the surface and a friction roller 57 with a plurality of transverse semi-cylindrical grooves on the surface, positioning round rods 58 are fixedly arranged at two ends of the pressing device 55, the massage roller 56 and the friction roller 57, and the positioning round rods 58 at two ends of the massage roller 56 and the friction roller 57 are inserted between the supporting base 53 and the plug-in connector 54 and connected through a rotating shaft.
