The terms "first," "second," and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features. The meaning of "a plurality of" is two or more, unless specifically defined otherwise.
In the prior art, clamping grooves are formed in the side faces of the partition wall veneer, the side connection of the wallboard is realized by utilizing the cooperation of the mounting component and the clamping grooves, then the visible seam of the surface layer is filled, and for the internal corner position of a building, two wallboards are respectively fixed by adopting double clamping pieces, and then joint filling and joint beautifying treatment are carried out.
However, the existing installation member only meets butt connection or 90-degree angle connection, and for corners other than 90-degree angles, the installation member cannot conduct angle adjustment, and cannot meet the installation of partition wall veneer at corners other than 90-degree angles, so that the application range of the installation member is limited.
To this end, in a first aspect of the present application, there is provided a mounting member for a partition wall veneer capable of satisfying the mounting of the partition wall veneer at a corner other than 90 degrees, and a mounting member for a partition wall veneer according to an embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a mounting member of a partition veneer according to the present application.
The mounting member 1 is used for being mounted on the partition wall veneer 4, referring to fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 and 3 are schematic structural diagrams of the mounting member 1 and the partition wall veneer 4 after being mounted in a matched manner, a clamping groove 41 is formed in the side surface of the partition wall veneer 4, the clamping groove 41 is located between the top surface 42 and the bottom surface 43 of the partition wall veneer 4, the mounting member 1 comprises an elastic adhesive tape member 2 and closing-in members 3 symmetrically arranged on two sides of the adhesive tape member 2, and each closing-in member 3 comprises a clamping edge 31, a fixed bottom edge 32 and a supporting plate 33.
Specifically, the clamping edge 31 is suitable for being inserted into the clamping groove 41, the fixed bottom edge 32 is parallel to the clamping edge 31 and is arranged at intervals, the fixed bottom edge 32 is suitable for being abutted against the bottom surface 43 of the partition wall veneer 4, the supporting plate 33 is connected between the clamping edge 31 and the fixed bottom edge 32, the supporting plate 33 is connected to the same end of the clamping edge 31 and the fixed bottom edge 32 along the length direction, a first included angle which is not right angle is formed between the supporting plate 33 and the clamping edge 31, and the supporting plate 33 is provided with a connecting groove 331.
Further, the adhesive tape member 2 includes a fixing adhesive tape and a caulking adhesive tape 24, the fixing adhesive tape is connected to the connecting grooves 331 of the adjacent two support plates 33, and the caulking adhesive tape 24 extends from between the adjacent two support plates 33 to the outside of one end of the joint edge 31.
When the wall corner is installed, the wall corner comprises an internal corner which is not 90 degrees and an external corner which is not 90 degrees, when the wall corner is not 90 degrees, referring to fig. 2, one of the two closing-in members 3 is fixedly connected to a base plate of the wall body through the fixed bottom edge 32, and when the base plate is not arranged on the wall body, the fixed bottom edge 32 of the closing-in member 3 is fixed to the wall body, and in the embodiment of the application, the base plate is arranged on the wall body.
Then, the clamping groove 41 on one partition wall veneer 4 is matched with the clamping edge 31 inserted on the closing-in member 3, and meanwhile, the partition wall veneer 4 can be fixedly adhered on the base layer plate through structural adhesive.
Then the angle of the other closing-in member 3 is adjusted through the elastic characteristic of the adhesive tape structural member, at the moment, the adhesive tape structure is stretched, the fixed bottom edge 32 of the closing-in member 3 is tightly attached to the partition wall veneer 4 on the other side of the external corner, the fixed bottom edge 32 is fixedly connected to a wall body or a base plate of the wall body, and finally the clamping groove 41 on the other partition wall veneer 4 is matched and spliced with the clamping edge 31 on the closing-in member 3, and the caulking adhesive tape 24 is clamped between the two partition wall veneers 4 at the moment.
Referring to fig. 3, when the corner is a non-90 degree external corner, one of the two closing-in members 3 is fixedly connected to the base plate of the wall body through the fixing bottom edge 32.
Then, the clamping groove 41 on one partition wall veneer 4 is matched with the clamping edge 31 inserted on the closing-in member 3, and meanwhile, the partition wall veneer 4 is fixedly adhered on the base layer plate through structural adhesive.
Then the angle of the other closing-in member 3 is adjusted through the elastic characteristic of the adhesive tape structural member, the adhesive tape structure is extruded at the moment, the fixed bottom edge 32 of the closing-in member 3 is tightly attached to the partition wall veneer 4 on the other side of the external corner, the fixed bottom edge 32 is fixedly connected to a wall body or a base plate of the wall body, finally the clamping groove 41 on the other partition wall veneer 4 is matched and spliced with the clamping edge 31 on the closing-in member 3, and the caulking adhesive tape 24 is clamped between the two partition wall veneers 4 at the moment.
It can be seen that, due to the certain elasticity of the strip structure, it can be stretched and extruded, so that the two closing-in members 3 can be relatively adjusted in angle, thereby enabling the installation member 1 to be applied to both non-right angle external and internal corner walls. The mounting member 1 is not limited to a corner fitting only at one angle, and the mounting member 1 can be fitted to a corner fitting other than a right angle within a certain range by adjusting the elasticity of the two closing members 3 and the rubber strip structure.
Meanwhile, because the supporting plate 33 and the clamping edge 31 have a first non-right angle therebetween, the two closing-in members 3 can mutually avoid when adjusting the angle, and a moving space is provided for angle adjustment.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 4, the fixing adhesive tape includes a first adhesive tape 21 and a second adhesive tape 22 parallel to the clamping edge 31 and spaced on the caulking adhesive tape 24, both ends of the first adhesive tape 21 and the second adhesive tape 22 are provided with an enlarged portion 23 clamped in the connecting groove 331, and the diameter of the enlarged portion 23 is larger than the diameters of the first adhesive tape 21 and the second adhesive tape 22.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the caulking strips 24 are perpendicular to the fixing strips, and both ends of the fixing strips are symmetrical to the caulking strips 24.
The first and second glue strips 21 and 22 and the caulking glue strip 24 are constructed in a 'soil' type structure, and the 'soil' type fixing glue strip increases the contact area of the supporting plate 33 through its unique shape, thereby improving the stability of the overall structure. It can firmly combine two backup pads 33 together effectively, prevents not hard up or shift for the fixed adhesive tape has stronger structural strength, and when stretching or squeezing the fixed adhesive tape, the fixed adhesive tape is less easy to damage.
The "earth" type fixing strips also can well conceal the gaps between the panels, and the caulking strips 24 are extruded between two adjacent partition wall veneer panels 4, providing a smooth and professional finish for the surfaces of the partition wall veneer panels 4. This not only improves the visual effect, but also reduces the unsafe feel due to the exposed seams.
Meanwhile, compared with other complex connection modes, the 'soil' -type fixed adhesive tape is easier to install, and only the enlarged part 23 of the adhesive tape is required to be inserted into the pre-cut connection groove 331, so that the installation time is greatly shortened and the difficulty is reduced.
The "earth" type fixing strip has a certain elasticity, and can form an effective sealing barrier between the support plates 33, preventing moisture and dust from entering, which is important for keeping the internal environment clean and prolonging the service life of the structure. And the elastic fixing strip allows a certain degree of expansion and contraction, which helps to reduce the problem of stress concentration due to temperature changes, and thus protects the whole structure from damage, and the design of the fixing strip makes disassembly and reinstallation relatively simple if it is necessary to repair or update some part of the mounting member 1 in the future.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, a first angle α between the support plate 33 and the clamping edge 31 is an acute angle, and a second angle β between the support plate 33 and the fixed bottom edge 32 is an obtuse angle.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, the supporting plate 33 is vertically connected between the clamping edge 31 and the fixed bottom edge 32, if the structure in the prior art is adopted, when the two closing members 3 are close to each other, the supporting plates 33 on the two closing members 3 will abut against each other, so that the two closing members 3 cannot be considered continuously, the adjustable angle is very limited, and the installation requirement of the external corner of non-90 degrees cannot be satisfied.
In this embodiment, the supporting plate 33 is obliquely disposed between the clamping edge 31 and the fixed bottom edge 32, and as can be seen from the above embodiment, two ends of the supporting plate 33 are connected to the ends of the same side of the clamping edge 31 and the supporting plate 33, so that the closing-in member 3 is configured as shown in fig. 1, in this way, when the mounting member 1 is used for mounting at an external corner as shown in fig. 3, the two closing-in members 3 are close to each other, the supporting plates 33 on the two closing-in members 3 will not abut against each other, an adjustment space is provided for adjusting the angle between the closing-in members 3, the adjustable angle range of the closing-in members 3 is improved, and the application range is wider.
Further, the mounting member 1 of the present embodiment is applicable not only to a certain range of external corner corners but also to a certain range of internal corner corners, and the mounting member 1 can be applied to, for example, internal corner corners γ of 100 °, 110 °, 120 °, 130 °, 140 °, 150 °, 160 °, 170 °, and also to external corner corners δ of 190 °, 210 °, 220 °, 230 °, 240 °, 250 °, 260 °, 270 °. Wherein the inside corner angle gamma and the outside corner angle delta are shown in fig. 2 and 3.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the inner diameter of the connection groove 331 is gradually narrowed from the groove bottom to the notch, and thus, the connection groove 331 of the present embodiment is also referred to as a "wedge groove" or a "cone groove".
Since the inside of the coupling groove 331 has a tapered shape, the enlarged portion 23 is tightly fixed by the pressure of both sides after entering the coupling groove 331, providing a natural locking effect, enhancing the stability of coupling,
The gradual inner diameter ensures close contact between the enlarged portion 23 and the connection groove 331, reduces the possibility of loosening, and contributes to the strength and durability of the overall structure.
When the enlarged portion 23 is pulled out, the enlarged portion 23 slides from the wider end of the connecting groove 331 to the notch, and the gradually narrowing design allows the enlarged portion 23 to be automatically centered and tightly fitted with the sliding, so that the structural stability after installation is enhanced, and of course, although the wedge-shaped connecting groove 331 provides good locking performance, the enlarged portion 23 can still be taken out of the connecting groove 331 by applying appropriate force when needed, thereby facilitating maintenance or replacement of components.
At the same time, this design allows a certain degree of positional adjustment so that a correct assembly can be achieved even under slight angular deviations, and the wedge-shaped connecting groove 331 can create an effective barrier by pressing the enlarged portion 23, preventing invasion of foreign substances, keeping the inside of the connecting groove 331 clean and tidy, improving sealing effects such as waterproofing, dust proofing, etc.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the joint of the clamping edge 31 and the support plate 33 is provided with a chamfer 34.
It will be appreciated that when the two necking members 3 are angularly adjusted, the two clamping edges 31 are easily abutted against each other, the edges of the untreated sheet are usually very sharp, and when the edges of the two clamping edges 31 are abutted against each other, cracks or other forms of damage are easily generated.
The joint between the clamping edge 31 and the supporting plate 33 is rounded after being processed by the chamfer 34, the chamfer 34 can protect the plate from corner damage caused by accidental collision in the process of carrying and installing, interference possibly generated between the plates is reduced due to the chamfer 34, and the chamfer 34 can help to disperse pressure applied to the joint, namely pressure existing at the contact position when the two clamping edges 31 are abutted, so that cracks or other damage caused by concentrated stress are reduced, and the whole service life of the plate and the joint part is prolonged.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the end surface of the fixing bottom edge 32 facing the clamping edge 31 is an upper end surface 321, the upper end surface 321 is provided with a countersunk nail groove 322, and the bottom of the countersunk nail groove 322 is lower than the upper end surface 321 and is provided with a screw hole.
When the fixed bottom edge 32 is connected to the wall body, the screw is screwed into the screw hole of the countersunk nail groove 322, the countersunk nail groove 322 can enable the head of the screw to be completely embedded below the upper end surface 321 of the fixed bottom edge 32, and the nail head is prevented from being exposed, so that a smoother and tidier appearance is provided.
In addition, when nails or screws are directly driven onto the surface of the fixed bottom edge 32, cracks or damages may occur in the material around the fixed bottom edge 32, and the countersunk nail grooves 322 may disperse stress, so as to reduce the risk, ensure that the surface of the fixed bottom edge 32 is intact, and the countersunk nail grooves 322 also help to ensure that the nails or screws are firmly fixed in the correct position, so that the possibility of loosening caused by vibration or other external forces is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the fixed bottom edge 32 is disposed with equal thickness, and one end of the fixed bottom edge 32 away from the supporting plate 33 is bent towards the side away from the clamping edge 31 to form a bending part 323, and the bending part 323 is flush with the bottom of the countersunk nail groove 322.
For the structural strength of the fixed base 32, set the fixed base 32 to the structure of equithickness, therefore, the bottom of heavy nail groove 322 is protruding in the region of fixed base 32 non-heavy nail groove 322, for the stability of improving the laminating of fixed base 32 when the wall, form kink 323 on fixed base 32, so, when fixed base 32 butt on the wall, the bottom of heavy nail groove 322 and kink 323 can play the effect of support simultaneously, and then improve the stability of fixed base 32, reduced the risk that fixed base 32 rocked after the installation.
Further, referring to fig. 5, since the fixing base 32 is used for being connected to the wall, the length of the fixing base 32 is longer than that of the clamping edge 31, so that the stability of the closing-in member 3 connected to the wall can be improved.
In a second aspect of the present application, there is provided a mounting method of a mounting member 1, applied to the mounting member 1 of a partition wall veneer 4 in the above-described embodiment, the mounting member 1 including a first mounting member 1 and a second mounting member 1, the partition wall veneer 4 including a first wall plate and a second wall plate, referring to fig. 6, the mounting method including the steps of:
Step S1, fixing a first mounting member 1, and matching and inserting a clamping groove 41 on a first wallboard with a clamping edge 31 on the first mounting member 1;
And S2, adjusting the angle between the second mounting member 1 and the first mounting member 1, fixing the second mounting member 1, and matching and inserting the clamping groove 41 on the second wallboard with the clamping edge 31 on the second mounting member 1.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the application is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the application.
