Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of electric automobile charging, in particular to a direct-current output module of a battery-changing charger and the battery-changing charger.
Background
With the high-speed development of the new energy industry in China, the market share of electric automobiles is rapidly improved. In order to meet the rapid and convenient electricity supplementing requirement of electric automobile users, the construction of electric automobile supporting facilities becomes particularly important. Charging piles in the current market are gradually developed to a high-power charging direction, but the charging speed is still not as high as that of the charging. Therefore, the development of the battery exchange station is particularly critical, and particularly, a battery exchange charger capable of simultaneously charging a plurality of battery packs is required.
The current common multi-output battery-changing machine in the market is usually designed in a way that output power loops are arranged side by side or layered up and down. The power, control, and metering devices are often stacked on two sides or distributed in other locations due to the limited cabinet space. As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional battery charger is a common layout, wherein a charging module is arranged at the uppermost layer, a controller for outputting direct current in each path is arranged at the lower layer of the charging module, a copper bar connected with a direct current contactor and a current divider is arranged at the lower layer of the controller, and a copper bar connected with the direct current contactor and a fuse is arranged at the lowermost layer.
However, the design of the power exchange station is limited by the size and arrangement of other devices such as a battery compartment, a mechanical arm and the like, and strict requirements are imposed on the size of the devices. Existing designs of dc output loop arrangements or stacked arrangements can lead to increased equipment size, contrary to the compact design requirements of the equipment. In addition, the position arrangement of power supply, control and metering devices in the cabinet is disordered, the early design difficulty is high, the input cost is high, the equipment wiring is complex, and the later maintenance and fault investigation are not facilitated.
Therefore, a new design scheme of the multi-output battery-changing machine is required to be provided, so that the problems of increased size, complex design, difficult maintenance and the like in the existing design scheme are solved, and the strict requirements of a battery-changing station on the equipment size and layout are met.
