Background
In the packaging process, the packaging bags need to be conveyed to a filling area one by one for packaging, the packaging bag conveying continuity ensures the filling efficiency, the traditional packaging bag conveying mode generally adopts the packaging bag conveying equipment to carry out taking and conveying on the packaging bags stacked in the bag placing area, generally only a single bag placing area is used for placing the packaging bags, the bag preparing area is lacked, after the packaging bags in the bag placing area are conveyed, the packaging bags need to be re-supplemented, in the process, the packaging bag conveying equipment cannot work, the packaging bags cannot be continuously conveyed, the efficiency of the whole packaging is affected, and because the packaging bags in the bag placing area are stacked together and are not processed (the bag openings of the packaging bags are closed), when the packaging bags are taken by the packaging bag conveying equipment, the bag openings of the packaging bags cannot be directly opened, the packaging bags need to be subsequently opened, and the packaging time is prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bag preparation device of a packaging machine, which solves the problem that only a single bag placement area is used for placing packaging bags and the bag preparation area is lacking in the prior art.
The bag preparation device of the packaging machine comprises a frame, wherein a bag preparation assembly, a bag placing piece, a bag taking assembly and a bag receiving assembly are arranged on the frame;
The bag taking assembly comprises a mounting frame, a plurality of chain wheels arranged on the mounting frame, a chain driven by the plurality of chain wheels, a supporting piece arranged on the chain, a driving motor for driving the chain wheels to rotate and a bag sucking piece arranged on the mounting frame;
The standby bag assembly is used for placing standby packaging bags and conveying the packaging bags to the bag placing piece when the bag placing piece lacks bags, the bag sucking piece is used for sucking the packaging bags on the bag placing piece and enabling one end of the packaging bags to be lifted, the driving motor drives the chain wheel to rotate, so that the chain drive belt is used for moving the supporting piece, and the packaging bags with the lifted end portions are supported and conveyed to the bag receiving assembly.
Preferably, the two mounting frames are respectively provided with a chain wheel and a chain, a rotating shaft is arranged between the chain wheels of the two mounting frames, and the supporting piece comprises a plurality of connecting rods arranged between the two chains.
Preferably, the suction bag member comprises a support arm hinged on the mounting frame, a second driving member for driving the support arm to rotate, and a first suction device arranged on the support arm.
Preferably, the bag placing member includes a fifth driving member and a pallet provided on a moving end of the fifth driving member.
Preferably, the bag preparation assembly comprises a placing table, a pushing member arranged on the placing table and a first driving member for driving the pushing member to move.
Preferably, the bag receiving assembly comprises a receiving table, a bracket arranged on the receiving table, a fourth driving piece arranged on the bracket, second adsorption equipment arranged on the moving end of the fourth driving piece and third adsorption equipment arranged on the receiving table and positioned below the second adsorption equipment.
Preferably, the bearing table is provided with a guide roller, the support is hinged with a mounting frame and a third driving piece for driving the mounting frame to rotate, the mounting frame is provided with a press roller positioned above the guide roller, the press roller is positioned between the mounting frame and the second adsorption equipment, and one side of the mounting frame facing the mounting frame is provided with a guide plate.
Preferably, the bearing table is symmetrically provided with two groups of limiting parts and driving equipment for driving the two groups of limiting parts to move close to or away from each other, and the limiting parts are located between the mounting frame and the press roller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the standby packaging bags are stored through the bag preparation assembly, and are conveyed to the bag placing piece after the packaging bags on the bag placing piece are conveyed, so that the packaging bags are continuously conveyed without interruption, and the overall packaging efficiency is improved;
2. One end top of placing the packaging bag on the bearing table is sucked through the second adsorption equipment, the bottom of the packaging bag is sucked through the third adsorption equipment, the second adsorption equipment is driven to move upwards through the fourth driving piece, the bag opening of the packaging bag is opened, the subsequent equipment is not required to open the packaging bag, and the overall packaging efficiency is improved.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a bag preparing device of a packaging machine comprises a frame 1, wherein a bag taking assembly 2, a bag receiving assembly 3, a bag placing member 4 and a bag preparing assembly 5 are arranged on the frame 1;
Referring to fig. 1,2, 3 and 4, the bag taking assembly 2 includes two mounting frames 21, a plurality of sprockets 22, two chains 23, a supporting member, a rotating shaft 27 and a driving motor 26, wherein the two mounting frames 21 are symmetrically arranged on the frame 1 (the two mounting frames 21 are symmetrical in the horizontal direction), the mounting frames 21 are polygonal (as shown in fig. 1 and 2), the plurality of sprockets 22 are uniformly and rotatably arranged on a side wall of the two mounting frames 21, the two chains 23 are driven to rotate (the chains 23 are connected end to end) through the sprockets 22 on the two mounting frames 21, the supporting member includes a plurality of connecting rods 24, the plurality of connecting rods 24 are arranged between the two chains 23, the supporting member only occupies a partial area of the chains 23, so that the packaging bag cannot be blocked from moving out from between the two mounting frames 21, the rotating shaft 27 is arranged between the two opposite sprockets 22 of the two mounting frames 21, the driving motor 26 is arranged on one mounting frame 21, an output shaft of the driving motor 26 is connected with the shaft of the sprocket 22, and the bag sucking member 25 is arranged on the mounting frame 21;
referring to fig. 1,2 and 5, the bag receiving assembly 3 is located at the end of the top conveying direction of the bag taking assembly 2;
referring to fig. 1 and 4, the bag placing member 4 includes a fifth driving member 41 (e.g., an electric telescopic rod) and a pallet 42 provided on a moving end of the fifth driving member 41, the fifth driving member 41 is mounted on the frame 1, and the pallet 42 is located between the two mounting frames 21, and the height of the supporting member is higher than the height of the pallet 42 when it is transferred to the top of the mounting frame 21;
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the bag preparing assembly 5 includes a placing table 51, a pushing member 52 (the pushing member 52 corresponds to a pushing plate) and a first driving member 53 (such as an electric cylinder), the placing table 51 is installed on the frame 1, the placing table 51 is located at one side of the supporting plate 42, the pushing member 52 is slidably disposed on a top wall of the placing table 51, the first driving member 53 is disposed on the placing table 51, and a moving end of the first driving member 53 is connected with the pushing member 52.
The working process is as follows:
Feeding, namely placing the packaging bag on the top of a placing table 51 of a bag preparation assembly 5, enabling a first driving piece 53 to work, driving a pushing piece 52 to move, pushing the packaging bag into the top of a supporting plate 42 of a bag placing piece 4, enabling the first driving piece 53 to drive the pushing piece 52 to reset, and then stacking the packaging bag on the top of the placing table 51 for standby;
The fifth driving member 41 drives the pallet 42 to move upwards for pushing the package on the pallet 42 to a proper height, then the suction member 25 sucks one package on the pallet 42 and lifts one end of the package (the lifted end of the package faces the initial end of the top transmission direction of the bag taking assembly 2), the lifted height of the package is higher than the height of the supporting member at the top of the mounting frame 21), the driving motor 26 drives the chain wheel 22 to rotate, the chain 23 drives the supporting member to move until the supporting member pushes the package with the lifted end part above the supporting member and holds the package, the suction member 25 releases the package, the supporting member continues to move, the package is conveyed to the bag receiving assembly 3 and waits for the device in the next processing flow to be taken away, the fifth driving member 41 drives the pallet 42 to move downwards after the package on the pallet 42 is conveyed, the pallet 42 is aligned with the placing table 51, the first driving member 53 works, the pushing member 52 pushes the top of the pallet 42, and the package is placed on the pallet 51 after the pushing member is reset to the standby package (52 is reset to the placing the package on the pallet 51).
It should be noted that, the operation of the above devices is uniformly controlled by the PLC controller, and this mode belongs to the prior art, and will not be described in detail here.
In this embodiment, as a further optimization, referring to fig. 5 and 6, the bag sucking member 25 includes a support arm 251, a second driving member 252 (e.g. a motor telescopic rod) and a first sucking member 253 (a vacuum sucking member such as a vacuum suction cup and a device matched with the vacuum suction cup), the support arm 251 is hinged on a side wall of the mounting frame 21, a fixed end of the second driving member 252 is hinged on the mounting frame 21, a moving end of the second driving member 252 is hinged on the support arm 251, the first sucking member 253 is arranged on the support arm 251, and the first sucking member 253 is arranged above the two mounting frames 21, the second driving member 252 is contracted to enable the support arm 251 to rotate, move downwards with the first sucking member 253, contact with a packaging bag placed on top of the supporting plate 42, and suck the packaging bag, then the second driving member 252 is extended to enable the support arm 251 to rotate reversely, and enable one end of the packaging bag to be lifted up with the first sucking member 253.
In this embodiment, as a further optimized solution, referring to fig. 5 and 7, the bag receiving assembly 3 includes a receiving table 31, a support 33, a fourth driving member 38 (such as an electric telescopic rod), a second adsorbing device 39 and a third adsorbing device 311 (the second adsorbing device 39 and the third adsorbing device 311 are both the same in structure and function as the first adsorbing device 253), the receiving table 31 is mounted on the frame 1, the receiving table 31 is located at the end of the top of the bag receiving assembly 2 in the conveying direction, the support 33 is mounted on the top wall of the receiving table 31, the fourth driving member 38 is disposed on a side wall of the support 33 away from the mounting frame 21, the second adsorbing device 39 is mounted on the moving end of the fourth driving member 38, after the packaging bag is conveyed onto the receiving table 31, the fourth driving member 38 drives the second adsorbing device 39 to move downward to contact with and adsorb the top of the packaging bag, while the third adsorbing device 311 sucks the bottom, and then the fourth driving member 38 drives the second adsorbing device 39 to move upward to move away from the top of the mounting frame 21, so as to open the packaging bag without opening the packaging bag.
In this embodiment, as a further optimized scheme, referring to fig. 7, a guide roller 32 is rotatably disposed on a top wall of the receiving table 31, a mounting frame 34 is hinged on a side wall of the support 33 facing the mounting frame 21, a pillar is disposed on the top wall of the receiving table 31, a third driving member 37 (such as an electric telescopic rod) is hinged between the pillar and the mounting frame 34, a pressing roller 35 is rotatably disposed on the mounting frame 34, the pressing roller 35 is located right above the guide roller 32, the pressing roller 35 is located between the mounting frame 21 and the second adsorption device 39, a guide plate 36 is disposed on a side of the mounting frame 34 facing the mounting frame 21, after the bag taking assembly 2 transfers a part of the area of the packaging bag onto the top of the receiving table 31, the packaging bag contacts the pressing roller 35 and the guide roller 32, the pressing roller 35 and the guide roller 32 rotate to guide the packaging bag, the packaging bag on the bag taking assembly is completely pulled into the top of the receiving table 31, the guide plate 36 is used for limiting the packaging bag, two sets of limiting members 310 (corresponding to stoppers 310 are disposed on the top wall of the receiving table 31) in a sliding manner, the driving device (such as stoppers 310 are corresponding to stoppers) are disposed on the top wall of the receiving table 31, and the driving device (such as electric stoppers) are disposed on the receiving table 31), and the distance between the two sets of limiting members 310 and the driving members are connected to the two sets of limiting members 310 by the driving members are moved by the driving device, and the driving device is kept between the two sets 310 and the limiting members 310 and the distance between the two driving members 310 and the bag between the driving device is kept between the two driving device and the limiting a distance between the two limiting member and the two driving member and the limiting member and the moving device.
