Example two
The embodiment relates to a water removal method for automobile front door glass, an exemplary control flow of which is shown in fig. 8, and the method mainly comprises the following steps:
Acquiring a water removal control signal related to removing water stains outside the window glass 70 of the front door 7, and sending a water removal instruction based on the water removal control signal;
when a water removal command is issued, air is supplied from an air source with a set pressure, and the area of the mirror 6 is observed from the outside of the front door 7 by blowing the window glass 70.
The water removal method according to the present embodiment may be configured with various water removal systems, and for convenience of understanding, the water removal method for the front door glass of the automobile according to the present embodiment will be described below with reference to the water removal system provided in the first embodiment.
Specifically, the water removal method of the present embodiment includes an automatic mode and a manual mode, and switching between the two modes can be achieved by setting an automatic switch and a manual switch, and water removal is controlled in the automatic mode when the automatic switch is closed and water removal is controlled in the manual mode when the manual switch is closed.
In the automatic mode, the water removal control signal of the present embodiment includes a rain amount signal provided by the rain amount sensor 31, a vehicle speed signal provided by the vehicle speed sensor 32, and a window closing signal provided by the window closing detection switch 34. These signals may be obtained directly from the corresponding sensor devices or read directly from the ECU on board the vehicle.
Based on the above signals, a water removal instruction is issued only when the following conditions are satisfied:
(1) The vehicle speed signal is below a set vehicle speed;
(2) The rainfall magnitude signal is above the set rainfall value;
(3) There is a window close signal (and the window glass 70 is in a closed state).
The set pressure may be a variable value. In the present embodiment, when the above-described water removal condition is satisfied, the set pressure increases as the rainfall amount signal increases. Specifically, the control unit 2 determines whether to drive the air compressor 11 to operate according to the rain level signal (the rain level signal at the moment is above the set rain level) detected by the rain level sensor 31, and establishes different system pressures in the accumulator 10 according to the detected rain level signal at the same time, so that the water removal force can be changed according to the requirement of the water removal force, the high-pressure air blowing is corresponding to the high-pressure air blowing, and the low-pressure air blowing is corresponding to the low-pressure air blowing, thereby obtaining the most suitable water removal effect. When the pressure in the accumulator tank 10 reaches the set pressure of the required level, the air compressor 11 stops working, and when the vehicle speed signal and the window closing signal of the control unit 2 are also satisfied, a water removal instruction is executed by an air source of the set pressure of the level corresponding to the rainfall amount signal, and automatic water removal of the window glass 70 is performed.
It should be noted that the above-described set vehicle speed and flexible setting within a reasonable range, for example, 40 km/h. When the vehicle speed is low or the vehicle is stopped, the air flow speed on the surface of the vehicle is low, the rainwater on the window glass 70 cannot be blown off by itself, the water removal action is required to be started at the moment, and when the vehicle speed is high, the air flow speed on the surface of the vehicle is high, the rainwater on the window glass 70 can be blown off by itself, and at the moment, the water removal instruction is not required to be executed.
In the manual mode, the water removal control signal of the embodiment includes a water removal switch signal, and a water removal instruction is sent when the water removal switch signal exists. The water removal switch signal described above may be provided by a water removal switch 33. The difference between the mode and the automatic mode is that the air supply valve 40 is not automatically opened or closed according to the speed of the vehicle, and the air supply valve 40 is controlled by a water removal switch signal at the moment, so that the subjective operation of a driver is facilitated. In the case where the rain sensor 31 is provided at the same time, the mode is divided into two cases of a rain level signal and a rain level signal, and when there is a rain level signal, the system establishes a set pressure of a corresponding level in advance according to the measured rain level, and at this time, as long as the water removal switch is pressed down and the window glass 70 is in a closed state, the air supply valve 40 can be opened to execute a water removal instruction with an air supply of the set pressure corresponding to the rain level signal. When no rainwater signal exists, the two conditions are corresponding at the moment, namely, no rain exists, and the rainfall sensor 31 fails, at the moment, the air supply unit is adjusted to the highest set pressure by default, air is supplied by an air source with the highest set pressure, and a water removal instruction is executed to cope with various rainfall conditions.
In summary, by means of the obtained water removal control signal, a reasonable water removal time can be determined, air is blown from the outside of the front door 7 to the surface of the window glass 70, and water stains on the window glass 70 can be effectively removed, so that a water removal scheme for the outside of the window glass 70 of the front door 7 is provided, and a driver can conveniently and smoothly view the mirror image on the reflective glass 61 of the rearview mirror 6 through the window glass 70, thereby being beneficial to improving the driving safety.
In the water removal method for the front door glass of the automobile of the present embodiment and the water removal system of the first embodiment, the air compressor 11 is used to provide high-speed air flow, the high-speed air flow is led to the front part of the window glass 70, and the high-speed air flow is used to wash away water stains attached to the window glass 70, so that a driver can observe mirror images in the rearview mirror 6 clearly, further, the view clarity of the rear of the automobile in a rainy day when driving at a low speed is improved, the collision and scratch accidents caused by the poor view are reduced, the driving safety in a rainy day when driving is improved from the fundamental aspect, and the problem of traffic jam caused by scratch due to the influence of the view of the rainy day is also facilitated to be improved.
Compared with a mechanical structure type wiper, the high-pressure gas water removal mode is more convenient to arrange and realize. In the overall system scheme of the embodiment, the electric control degree is higher, different system set pressures in the pressure accumulation tank 10 can be established through different rainfall, and the different set pressures correspond to different blowing wind speeds of the air outlet assembly 5, so that the change of cleaning force and automatic adaptation are realized, and the maximum system set pressure is not required to be established for the pressure accumulation tank 10 at any time, so that the energy consumption of the air compressor 11 can be reduced.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, alternatives, and improvements that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention.
