The invention discloses a technical scheme that an adjustable thin plate short side bending tool comprises a punch and a base, wherein the bottom of the punch is of a V-shaped angle structure, a mounting hole is formed in the upper portion of the punch, a V-shaped groove corresponding to the punch is formed in the base, a T-shaped groove is formed in the base in the direction perpendicular to the V-shaped groove, and a screw rod, a gasket and a nut are installed in the T-shaped groove.
Furthermore, the angle bottom of the V-shaped angle at the bottom of the punch is a round angle R0.3-R0.5, and the root of the V-shaped groove of the base is a round angle R0.3-R0.5.
Further, the angle between the bottom of the V-shaped angle on the punch and the root of the V-shaped groove on the base is 30-50 degrees.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an adjustable sheet short side bending tool comprises a punch 1 and a base 2, wherein the bottom of the punch 1 is of a V-shaped angle structure and is used for bending a sheet, a mounting hole is formed in the upper portion of the punch, the punch 1 is conveniently mounted on the punch, a V-shaped groove corresponding to the punch 1 is formed in the base 2 and matched with the punch 1 to bend the sheet, a T-shaped groove is formed in the base 2 in the vertical direction of the V-shaped groove, a screw 3, a gasket 4 and a nut 5 are mounted in the T-shaped groove and are used for positioning the bent short side of the sheet, the short side size is accurate, and the position of the screw 3 can be adjusted according to short sides of different lengths.

When the punching machine is used, the punching head 1 is arranged on the punching machine, the base 2 is arranged on the workbench of the punching machine, the V-shaped groove of the base 2 corresponds to the V-shaped angle position of the punching head 1, the position of the screw rod 3 is adjusted according to the short side size which is required to be bent, the sheet part is placed on the base 2 to be abutted against the edge of the gasket 4, the punching machine is started, the punching head 1 moves downwards, the sheet part can be bent, the tool is convenient to operate, the bent short side size is accurate, the product percent of pass is high, and the manual labor intensity is reduced.
