The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and, by way of example, are intended to be illustrative, and not to be construed as limiting, of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-6, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a fresh air structure 100. The fresh air structure 100 is applied to the fabric treatment apparatus 10,
The fabric treatment apparatus 10 may include, but is not limited to, a washing machine, which may include, but is not limited to, a washing and care all-in-one machine, a washing and drying all-in-one machine, and the like. For example, the washing machine may be a drum washing machine or pulsator washing machine having a drying function, etc., and of course, the washing machine may be other types of full-automatic washing machines.
Or the fabric treating apparatus 10 may also be a clothes dryer, which may include, but is not limited to, a direct-drain clothes dryer, a condensing clothes dryer, a heat pump clothes dryer, or the like. In this example and the following examples, the fabric treating apparatus 10 is exemplified as a tumble dryer having a drying function.
The fabric treating apparatus 10 has an inner cylinder (not shown) and an outer cylinder (not shown) which are coaxially disposed, i.e., the outer cylinder is sleeved on the inner cylinder and both are coaxially disposed. The fabric treating apparatus 10 further includes a drying duct 11.
Wherein, the air outlet and the air inlet of the drying channel 11 are both communicated with the inner part of the inner cylinder, and a drying fan (not shown in the figure) and a drying piece (not shown in the figure) are arranged in the drying channel 11. The drying piece is configured to dehumidify and heat the hot and humid air led out from the inner cylinder to form a drying air flow so as to realize drying treatment of the fabric.
The drying member may be directly fixed in the drying duct or may be fixed in the drying duct by other fasteners such as screws, etc. The drying part may be disposed at a position near the air outlet of the drying duct.
The drying member may include, but is not limited to, an electric heating wire or a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient, positive temperature coefficient thermistor) heater, etc. for heating air.
Along the flow direction of the drying air flow, a drying blower may be disposed upstream of the drying member. Through the rotation of drying fan, on the one hand can be with the damp and hot gas guide who draws forth in the inner tube in forming the stoving air current in the stoving spare, on the other hand can also drive the stoving air current in the inner tube, provide suitable stoving air current for the inner tube to satisfy the demand of the stoving air current when the inner tube carries out the stoving operation. Or in the process of air-drying the fabric or cooling the inner cylinder or the fabric in the later stage of the drying treatment, the air quantity is provided to meet the air-drying treatment requirement of the fabric and the cooling requirement of the inner cylinder.
Wherein, the fan in the prior art, such as draught fan or axial fan, etc. can be adopted for the drying fan.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the fresh air structure 100 includes an air intake assembly 110 and an air outlet assembly 120. The air inlet assembly 110 and the air outlet assembly 120 have opening and closing functions, that is, the position of the air inlet in the air inlet assembly 110 can be provided with a baffle, and the cross section area of the air inlet is covered by the baffle, so that the air inlet quantity of the air inlet is changed, and the air inlet assembly 110 can be matched with the air inlet quantity required at different stages in the drying process.
And, a baffle may be disposed at the air outlet of the air outlet assembly 120, and the baffle is used to cover the cross-sectional area of the air outlet, so as to change the air outlet of the air outlet, so that the air outlet assembly 120 can be adapted to the air outlet required at different stages in the drying procedure.
It should be noted that, when the baffles in the air outlet assembly 120 and the air inlet assembly 110 completely cover the corresponding air port positions, the air outlet assembly 120 and the air inlet assembly 110 may be completely closed.
Not only is heat required during the drying of the fabric by the fabric treatment apparatus 10, but also proper air circulation is required to ensure that the fabric is dried quickly and evenly and maintains good quality. Fresh air is introduced into the fresh air structure 100 in a proper drying stage through the air inlet assembly 110, and wet and hot air is discharged from the air outlet assembly 120 in a proper drying stage, so that the update of air and the effective control of humidity in a drying environment are realized, the condensation efficiency of the wet and hot air can be always kept in a high-efficiency stage in the drying stage, and the drying efficiency of fabrics is greatly improved.
The air intake assembly 110 is disposed on the drying duct 11. One end of the air inlet assembly 110 is communicated with the outside, so that outside fresh air can enter the inner cylinder in a controlled manner in different drying stages, and the other end of the air inlet assembly 110 is communicated with the drying channel 11, so that the introduced fresh air can participate in the drying process of the fabric. The above connection mode ensures that fresh air can directly enter the drying channel 11 and be mixed with hot air for drying or replace part of hot air, thereby ensuring and improving the drying effect. Wherein, the air inlet subassembly 110 is located directly over the stoving fan in the stoving passageway, it should be noted that, in the stoving passageway, the stoving fan is the power supply of air flow in the inner tube, in this example, sets up the air inlet subassembly 110 directly over the stoving fan, can guarantee that the volume of induced drafting of air inlet subassembly 110 is sufficient, need not to increase extra structure and increase the air current velocity, can effectively simplify the structure of air inlet subassembly 110.
In one example, the structure of the air intake assembly 110 may include an air intake duct, a valve, and possibly a filter device, among others. The air inlet pipeline is used as an air circulation channel, the valve is used for realizing the opening and closing functions of the air inlet pipeline, and the filtering device can prevent foreign matters such as external dust and the like from entering the drying channel and protect fabrics from being polluted.
The air intake assembly 110 is controlled to introduce fresh air as the fabric treatment apparatus 10 runs a drying program. The fresh air can regulate the temperature and humidity of the air in the drying passage 11. If the air in the drying passage 11 is too dry or too humid, the proper fresh air is introduced to restore it to a state more advantageous for drying. For example, when the humidity in the drying passage 11 is too high, the introduction of the dry fresh air can reduce the humidity and accelerate the drying rate of the fabric.
One end of the air outlet assembly 120 is arranged on the outer cylinder and is communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder, and the other end of the air outlet assembly is communicated with the outside, so that the hot and humid air in the inner cylinder can be directly discharged to the outside.
The air outlet component 120 has an opening and closing function, and is allowed to be opened only when the hot and humid air in the inner cylinder meets the preset condition. In one example, the drying procedure includes a first heating stage, and after the first heating stage is finished, the hot and humid air in the inner cylinder meets a preset condition, and at this time, the air outlet assembly 120 is allowed to be conducted with the outside, so that the hot and humid air in the inner cylinder can be directly discharged to the outside. Based on this, the hot and humid air with high humidity in the drying process can be directly discharged to the outside by using the air outlet assembly 120, so that the hot and humid air with high humidity in the part does not enter the drying channel, that is, does not participate in the condensation and heating process in the drying channel, thereby reducing the humidity of the drying air flow entering the drying channel 11, effectively reducing the working power of the condenser and the evaporator, and further enabling the condensation efficiency of the drying air flow to be always kept in a high-efficiency stage, thereby accelerating the drying rate of the fabric.
In addition, during the controlled opening of the air outlet assembly 120, the air outlet cross-sectional area of the air outlet assembly 120 is proportionally opened. For example, after the first temperature raising stage is finished, the temperature in the inner cylinder is in the raising stage, the humidity value in the inner cylinder is gradually increased, at this time, the air outlet cross section area of the air outlet assembly 120 can be opened according to the proportion of 70% to 100%, and as the humidity value in the inner cylinder is continuously reduced, the air outlet cross section area of the air outlet assembly 120 can be gradually adjusted to be opened according to the proportion of 30% to 50%. Meanwhile, when the fabric in the inner drum is in a dry state during the cooling stage of the drying program, and the cooling treatment is required in the inner drum, the air outlet cross section area of the air outlet assembly 120 is controlled to be opened according to the proportion of 50% to 100%.
In one example, the structure of the air outlet assembly 120 may include an air outlet duct, a fan, a valve, and the like. The air outlet pipeline is responsible for guiding the discharge of the hot and humid air, the fan can enhance the power of the discharge of the air, ensure the air to be discharged rapidly and effectively, and the valve is used for controlling the opening and closing of the air outlet component 120. When the humidity in the inner cylinder is higher, the air output of the air outlet assembly 120 can be increased along with the increase of the opening of the valve, so as to increase the discharge speed of the hot and humid air. And when the humidity gradually decreases to be close to the normal range, the opening degree of the valve can be correspondingly reduced, so that energy is saved and the drying environment is kept stable.
In this example, the air inlet assembly 110 and the air outlet assembly 120 with the opening and closing functions are utilized to effectively adjust the air inlet and air outlet in the drying procedure, so that the condensation efficiency of the fabric is always in a high-efficiency stage, the drying time of the fabric is effectively shortened, and the use experience of a user is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and in conjunction with fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments, the air outlet assembly 120 includes a connection pipe 121 and an air outlet pipe 122, where the connection pipe 121 and the air outlet pipe 122 are disposed perpendicular to each other and are communicated with each other, so as to implement an air discharge process of hot and humid air.
One end of the connection tube 121 has an adaptation end surface 1211 connected to the inner cylinder such that the connection tube 121 communicates with the inner cylinder interior.
One end of the air outlet pipe 122, which is far away from the connecting pipe 121, passes through the fabric treatment equipment 10 and is communicated with the outside, so that the effect that part of hot and humid air in the inner cylinder is discharged to the outside through the air outlet assembly 120 in each drying treatment stage is realized, the dehumidification is not required to be completely dependent on a water condensation mode, and water is saved while the drying efficiency is improved.
Reinforcing ribs 125 are provided between the connection pipe 121 and the fitting end surface 1211, and between the connection pipe 121 and the air outlet pipe 122, to increase the strength of the connection structure.
In one example, the connection pipe 121 and the air outlet pipe 122 are integrally formed, and are both injection-molded or cast aluminum. The connection pipe 121 is a circular hollow pipe, and the air outlet pipe 122 is a square hollow pipe, so that the connection strength between the air outlet pipe 122 and the fabric treatment apparatus 10 is high, and shaking of the air outlet pipe 122 due to vibration of the apparatus is prevented.
Wherein the diameter of the connection pipe 121 is between 23mm and 30mm, and the air outlet pipe 122 is a square hollow pipe, and the length or width of the air outlet pipe 122 is between 23mm and 30 mm.
Or may be connected to the air outlet pipe 122 by a rubber hose that is provided through the housing of the fabric treating apparatus 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 5 and 6 in combination, in some embodiments, a second baffle 123 and a second motor 124 that drives the second baffle 123 to move are disposed on the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 122. The second motor 124 may include, but is not limited to, a stepper motor.
The second baffle 123 is used for opening or closing the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 122 to complete the opening and closing function of the air outlet assembly 120.
The cross-sectional shape of the second baffle 123 includes a square shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 122 is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the second baffle 123.
When the fabric treatment apparatus 10 runs the drying program, the second motor 124 is controlled to rotate to control the second baffle 123 to cover the air outlet cross section of the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 122, and the coverage rate of the second baffle 123 to the air outlet cross section of the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 122 is 0-100%, that is, the second baffle 123 can flexibly adjust the shielding position of the second baffle 123 according to the discharge amount of hot and humid air required in each drying stage, thereby matching with the drying air flow in the drying channel 11 to efficiently complete the drying treatment process of the fabric.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments, the air intake assembly 110 includes a connection body 111, a connection channel for air circulation is formed in the connection body 111, and an air outlet 112 communicating with the drying channel 11 and an air inlet 113 communicating with the outside are formed at two ends of the connection channel, respectively.
The air outlet 112 is located at the other end of the connection channel and is communicated with the drying channel 11, wherein the cross-sectional area of the air outlet 112 may include, but is not limited to, a circle or a square, so as to ensure that the introduced fresh air can smoothly enter the drying channel 11 and be uniformly dispersed in the drying channel 11. The connection position of the air outlet 112 and the drying channel 11 can be close to the position of the drum opening of the inner drum or on the central axis of the drying channel 11, so that fresh air can be fully mixed with original air in the drying channel 11, and factors such as fresh oxygen, proper temperature and humidity brought by the fresh air can promote moisture on the surface of the fabric to evaporate more quickly, and the drying rate is improved, thereby being beneficial to improving the efficiency and quality of drying the fabric.
It should be noted that, the setting position of the air outlet 112 may be located upstream or downstream of the drying member in the drying channel 11, so that the drying member may also heat the introduced fresh air, or directly introduce the unheated fresh air into the inner cylinder to participate in the drying process of the fabric.
The air inlet 113 is located at one end of the connection passage and communicates with the outside to ensure sufficient intake of the outside air. The air inlet 113 may be located on the side or top of the fabric treatment apparatus 10, and may be remote from sources of interference that may occur during operation of the apparatus, such as to avoid drawing in hot and humid air from the apparatus itself. The air inlet 113 serves to introduce fresh air from the outside into the connection channel. The quality and characteristics of the outside air (e.g., temperature, humidity, etc.) directly affect the drying process. For example, in an environment with low humidity, the drying air introduced through the air inlet 113 can effectively reduce the humidity in the drying passage 11, and accelerate the drying of the fabric.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments, a mounting end face 1121 adapted to the drying tunnel 11 is formed at the air outlet 112, so as to ensure that the connection body 111 can be connected to the drying tunnel 11 in a sealing manner, ensure the structural strength and sealing performance of the connection between the two, ensure that fresh air can enter the drying tunnel 11 from the air inlet assembly 110 accurately, and avoid problems such as air leakage.
In addition, the adapted mounting end face 1121 can ensure that the position and direction of the air outlet 112 are coordinated with the structure of the drying passage 11. For example, when a particular air flow direction is desired within the drying tunnel 11, the adapted mounting end 1121 may allow fresh air to enter the drying tunnel in a desired direction to better participate in the drying process of the fabric.
A plurality of connection protrusions 1122 are provided on the mounting end face 1121, and the plurality of connection protrusions 1122 are uniformly distributed on the side edges of the mounting end face 1121 to ensure the stability and the stress uniformity of the connection. The connection protrusions 1122 may be connected with the drying path 11 by fasteners. Wherein the fasteners may include, but are not limited to, fastening bolts or the like.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments, the direction of the air inlet 113 and the direction of the air outlet 112 are perpendicular to each other, so that when the external air enters from the air inlet 113, the entering air is diverted in the connecting body 111 due to the perpendicular relationship between the air inlet 113 and the air outlet 112, and the diversion helps to mix and buffer the subsequent air.
At the same time, this perpendicular orientation helps to optimize air flow. When the air of the air inlet 113 is introduced, the flow rate and pressure distribution of the air are changed due to the change of the direction. The air entering the drying channel 11 can be more fully mixed with the drying air flow in the channel, so that oxygen, heat and the like carried by the mixed air flow can be more uniformly distributed, and the drying efficiency of fabrics is ensured and improved.
The air inlet 113 has an air inlet cross-sectional area less than or equal to the air outlet cross-sectional area of the air outlet 112. When air flows in from the air inlet 113, the smaller air inlet cross-sectional area can relatively increase the flow rate of the air. According to Bernoulli's principle, air with an increased flow rate increases the pressure energy to some extent when entering the connecting channel and the outlet 112.
The increase in pressure energy helps to push air more smoothly from the air outlet 112 into the drying passage 11. For example, if the cross-sectional area of the air inlet 113 is too large, the flow rate of the incoming air may be too low, and an effective pressure difference may not be formed in the connection channel to push the air to flow toward the air outlet, thereby affecting the fresh air supply efficiency.
In one example, along the flow direction from the air inlet 113 to the air outlet 112, the cross-sectional area of the connecting channel may be a structural design of large and small, and then small and large, where the cross-sectional area of the air inlet aperture, the cross-sectional area of the middle aperture, and the cross-sectional area of the air outlet aperture are larger than the cross-sectional area of the middle aperture, and the cross-sectional area of the air inlet aperture is smaller than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the air outlet aperture.
And the diameter cross-sectional area of the air inlet is at least 1.5-2 times of the cross-sectional area of the middle caliber, so that the flow rate of fresh air in the connecting channel is effectively improved.
The cross-sectional shape of the air inlet 113 may be an irregular polygonal structure, so as to meet the fresh air demand and improve the strength of the connection structure between the connection body 111 and the fabric treatment apparatus 10.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments, the air inlet 113 is provided with a first baffle 114 and a first motor 115 that drives the first baffle 114 to move. The first motor 115 may include, but is not limited to, a stepper motor.
The first baffle 114 is used for opening or closing the air inlet 113 to complete the opening and closing function of the air inlet assembly 110.
The direction from the first end to the second end of the first baffle 114 is a gradually-expanding plate structure, and the first motor 115 is connected with the first end of the first baffle 114, wherein the cross-sectional shape of the air inlet 113 is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the first baffle 114.
When the fabric treatment apparatus 10 runs the drying program, the first motor 115 is controlled to rotate to control the first baffle 114 to cover the air inlet cross section of the air inlet 113, and the coverage rate of the first baffle 114 to the air inlet cross section of the air inlet 113 is 0-100%, that is, the first baffle 114 can flexibly adjust the shielding position of the first baffle 114 according to the air volume of fresh air required in each drying stage, so as to match with the drying air flow in the drying channel 11, and efficiently complete the drying treatment process of the fabric.
As shown in fig. 1, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a fabric treatment apparatus 10. The fabric treating apparatus 10 has an inner cylinder (not shown) and an outer cylinder (not shown) coaxially disposed, i.e., the outer cylinder is sleeved over the inner cylinder and both are coaxially disposed. The fabric treating apparatus 10 further includes a drying duct 11. Wherein, the air outlet and the air inlet of the drying channel 11 are communicated with the inside of the inner cylinder.
And, the fabric treatment apparatus 10 further includes the fresh air structure 100 of any of the above embodiments, and the air intake assembly 110 in the fresh air structure 100 is disposed on the drying duct 11 and communicates with the drying duct 11.
The air outlet component 120 in the fresh air structure 100 is disposed on the outer cylinder and is communicated with the interior of the inner cylinder. Wherein, air inlet subassembly 110 and air-out subassembly 120 cooperate to when fabric treatment facility 10 operation stoving procedure, adjust fresh air or moist hot air in the inner tube, thereby guarantee that the condensation efficiency of fabric is in the high-efficient stage all the time, effectively shortened the stoving time of fabric, improved user's use experience and felt.
As shown in fig. 7, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of a fabric treating apparatus. The control method is used to control the fabric treatment apparatus 10 of the above-described embodiment.
Wherein, the control method comprises the following steps:
and step 100, when the fabric treatment equipment runs a drying program, controlling the air inlet assembly and the air outlet assembly in the fresh air structure to be in a closed state, and controlling the inner cylinder in the fabric treatment equipment to complete a first temperature rising stage.
And step 200, after the first temperature rising stage is finished, controlling the opening of the air inlet assembly and/or the air outlet assembly based on the temperature and humidity parameter change in the inner cylinder.
In step S100, when the fabric treatment apparatus 10 runs the drying program to perform the drying treatment on the fabric, the temperature in the initial drum of the first temperature raising stage in the drying process of the inner drum is low, and the moisture in the fabric needs to be evaporated to steam at a high temperature, so the temperature in the inner drum needs to be raised to 55 ℃ to 60 ℃ in the first temperature raising stage, so the corresponding stepping motor needs to be controlled to rotate before the first temperature raising stage starts, so that the air inlet 113 and the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 122 are completely closed by the baffle plate. If the baffle is in an open state at the initial stage of the first heating stage, fresh air can be blown into the inner cylinder, so that the temperature in the inner cylinder can not reach 55-60 ℃ all the time, the drying time of the fabric can be prolonged, and the drying treatment of the fabric is not facilitated.
In step S200, the drying procedure generally includes a first temperature raising stage, a drying and dehumidifying stage, a drying judging stage, a cooling stage, and the like. Wherein, during the first temperature rising stage, condensed water is not generated. After the first temperature rising stage is finished, condensed water starts to be generated in the drying channel 11, namely, the drying and dehumidification stage is started. After the drying and dehumidifying stage is finished, the fabric in the inner cylinder begins to dry, and the drying stage is started. After the drying judging stage is finished, the fabric is dried, then enters a cooling stage, and after the temperature in the cylinder is reduced to a proper temperature, the drying is finished.
Therefore, after the first temperature rising period is finished, when the inner cylinder is in the drying and dehumidifying period, the rate of the air inlet amount of the air inlet assembly 110 and the rate of the air outlet amount of the air outlet assembly 120 are controlled to gradually increase along with the increase of the humidity and the temperature in the inner cylinder, that is, the shielding area of the first baffle 114 at the position of the air inlet 113 and the shielding area of the second baffle 123 at the position of the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 122 gradually change from 0% to 100% until the air inlet assembly 110 and the air outlet assembly 120 are in the completely opened state.
When the inner cylinder is in the drying stage, or when the inner cylinder is in the drying stage and the cooling stage, the speed of the air inlet assembly 110 and the speed of the air outlet assembly 120 are controlled to gradually decrease along with the increase of the humidity and the temperature reduction speed in the inner cylinder, that is, the shielding area of the first baffle 114 at the position of the air inlet 113 and the shielding area of the second baffle 123 at the position of the air outlet end of the air outlet pipe 122 gradually change from 100% to 0% until the air inlet assembly 110 and the air outlet assembly 120 are in a completely closed state.
In this example, utilize air inlet subassembly and the air-out subassembly that has the function of opening and close, carry out effective adjustment to the intake and the air-out volume in the stoving procedure to guarantee that the condensation efficiency of fabric is in the high-efficient stage all the time, effectively shortened the stoving time of fabric, improved user's use experience and felt.
