1. The upper part of the fixing seat (1) is provided with a fixing mechanism (11), and the fixing mechanism (11) is used for fixing the upper part of the fixing seat (1) and the shoulder and neck of a patient.

The post-operation fixing device of claim 3, wherein the inner side end of the base (17) is fixedly provided with a sliding seat (22) through a connecting rod (21), the outer wall of the fixed seat (1) is fixedly provided with a limiting frame (23) relative to the inner side end of the sliding seat (22), the inner side end of the limiting frame (23) and the inner side end of the sliding seat (22) are of T-shaped structures and are in sliding connection, the outer side end of the sliding seat (22) is provided with a shaft groove (24), the inner wall of the shaft groove (24) is coaxially and slidably connected with a rotating shaft (25), the outer wall of the rotating shaft (25) is provided with a spiral groove (26), and the inner wall of the shaft groove (24) is fixedly provided with a guide block (27) which is in sliding fit with the spiral groove (26).

The post-operation spinal fixation device as claimed in claim 4, wherein a neck plate (28) is arranged between the two shoulder plates (16), the neck plate (28) is of a two-thirds elliptical ring structure with a forward opening end, two protection pads (29) are symmetrically sleeved on the inner wall of the neck plate (28), the protection pads (29) are of arc structures with U-shaped cross sections, and two elastic ropes (30) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the protection pads (29) at positions opposite to the outer side of the neck plate (28).

The post-operation spinal fixation device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the back wall of the neck plate (28) is fixedly provided with a lifting seat (31), the middle part of the bottom surface of the lifting seat (31) is slidably connected with a guide rod (32), the lower end of the guide rod (32) is coaxially and fixedly connected with a rotating ball (33), the top surface of the fixing seat (1) is provided with a ball groove (34) which is in rotating fit with the rotating ball (33), and a rotating rod (35) is hinged between the middle part of the top surface of the sliding seat (22) and the side wall of the lifting seat (31).

The post-operation fixing device of claim 6, wherein the binding mechanism (2) comprises two waist plates (36) symmetrically and fixedly arranged at the lower ends of the outer walls of the two sides of the fixing seat (1), the waist plates (36) are of L-shaped structures, the lower ends of the rotating shafts (25) are rotatably connected with the outer side ends of the waist plates (36), the lower ends of the rotating shafts (25) are coaxially and fixedly connected with a hand wheel turntable (37), and the waist plates (36) are of arc-shaped structures and correspond to the waist of a patient.

The post-operation spinal fixation device as recited in claim 7, wherein two binding bands (38) are provided at the outer ends of the waist plates (36), the rear ends of the two binding bands (38) at the rear are fixedly connected with the adjacent waist plates (36), elastic bands (39) are fixedly provided between the two binding bands (38) at the same side, a supporting plate (40) is fixedly provided at the middle part of the outer wall of the binding band (38), and the supporting plate (40) is in a grid-shaped arrangement.

The post-operation spinal fixation device as claimed in claim 8, wherein one of the binding bands (38) on the front side is provided with a velcro patch (41) on the front wall, the other binding band (38) on the front side is provided with a velcro patch (42) which is in adhesive fit with the velcro patch (41) on the rear wall, the two binding bands (38) on the front side are provided with safety buckle female buckles (43) which are in clamping fit with the safety buckle sub buckles (19) on the upper side, and the two safety buckle female buckles (43) are respectively connected and fixed with the binding bands (38) on the two front sides.
