Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more comprehensible, the technical solutions according to the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
A first embodiment;
as shown in fig. 2A, a connection structure for a door or window according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a window fixing plate 2, a link portion 31, a first connection member 4, and a second connection member 5.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the window fixing plate 2 is mounted at the bottom of the window, and the window fixing plate 2 is provided with a first connection hole 21. The link portion 31 is provided at a side of the window fixing plate 2 away from the window sash (i.e., a lower side in fig. 2A), and a second connection hole 311 is opened at a position of the link portion 31 corresponding to the first connection hole 21. The first connecting piece 4 is penetrated into the first connecting hole 21 and the second connecting hole 311 to hinge the window fixing plate 2 with the link portion 31. The first connector 4 has a center hole 41 at the center, and the second connector 5 is inserted into the center hole 41 to fixedly connect the window fixing plate 2 to the window.
In the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 2A, the center hole 41 is a threaded hole, and accordingly, the second connection member 5 is a screw. The screw 5 is screwed with the screw hole 41, and one end of the screw 5 is screwed into the window sash. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2B, the central hole 41 is a through hole and, correspondingly, the second connector 5 is a self-tapping screw, which self-tapping screw 5 passes through the through hole 41 and self-taps into the sash. The two structural forms are only two preferred embodiments, but do not limit the invention, and a user can adaptively adjust a specific connecting structure according to needs, so that the requirements of hinging the hinge and fixing connection of the window sash fixing plate 2 and the window sash are met at the same time.
It will be appreciated that with this connection structure, on the one hand, the hinging of the sash fixing plate 2 to the link portion 31 may be achieved by the first connector 4 itself, to form a stable hinge structure. And, through the mutually supporting of first connecting piece 4 and second connecting piece 5, realized the fixed connection of casement fixed plate and casement to need not additionally increase the screw hole on the casement fixed plate, avoid subtracting the intensity that the material leads to and reduce.
Second embodiment:
As shown in fig. 3, a hinge structure for a door or window according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a frame fixing plate 1, a window sash fixing plate 2, a link assembly 3, a first connector 4, and a second connector 5. Wherein, window frame fixed plate 1 and casement fixed plate 2 are installed on window frame and casement respectively, and link assembly 3 is connected between window frame fixed plate 1 and casement fixed plate 2 to make casement fixed plate 2 can rotate for window frame fixed plate 1. The first connecting piece 4 is connected between the window sash fixing plate 2 and the connecting rod assembly 3 so as to realize the mutual hinging of the window sash fixing plate 2 and the connecting rod assembly 3, and a stable hinge structure is formed. The second connecting piece 5 is connected to the first connecting piece 4 to be matched with the first connecting piece 4, so that the fixed connection between the window sash fixing plate 2 and the window sash is realized.
As shown in fig. 3, in the above embodiment, the window frame fixing plate 1 is mounted on the window frame in a substantially rectangular plate-like structure. The window frame fixing plate 1 is in sliding fit with a sliding block 11, the window frame fixing plate 1 is also provided with a fixing block 12, and the fixing block 12 and the sliding block 11 are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the window frame fixing plate 1.
As shown in fig. 3, in the above embodiment, the window fixing plate 2 is fixed to the window sash at one side of the window frame fixing plate 1. The window fixing plate 2 has a rectangular plate structure, and a first connecting hole 21 is formed at one end of the window fixing plate 2 near the window frame fixing plate for hinging with the connecting rod assembly 3.
As shown in fig. 3, in the above embodiment, the link assembly 3 is connected between the window frame fixing plate 1 and the window sash fixing plate 2 so that the window sash fixing plate 2 can rotate around the window frame fixing plate 1. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the link assembly 3 includes a link portion 31, a first link 32, and a second link 33. One end (i.e., the left end in fig. 3) of the link portion 31 is hinged to the fixed block 12, and the other end (i.e., the right end in fig. 3) is provided with a second connection hole 311, where the second connection hole 311 corresponds to the first connection hole 21, so that the first connector 4 can be inserted into the first connection hole 21 and the second connection hole 311, thereby hinging the window fixing plate 2 to the right end of the link portion 31. One end (i.e., the left end in fig. 3) of the first link 32 is hinged to the slider 11, and the other end (i.e., the right end in fig. 3) is hinged to the middle of the window fixing plate 2. One end (i.e., the left end in fig. 3) of the second link 33 is hinged to the fixed block 12, and the other end (i.e., the right end in fig. 3) is hinged to the middle of the first link 32. The three connecting rods form a connecting rod assembly 3 together, so that the window frame fixing plate 1 and the window sash fixing plate 2 are in transmission connection.
As shown in fig. 2, in the above embodiment, the first connection member 4 is penetrated into the first connection hole 21 and the second connection hole 311 to hinge the window fixing plate 2 with the link assembly 3. And, the center of the first connecting piece 4 has a center hole 41, and correspondingly, the second connecting piece 5 is connected in the center hole 41 of the first connecting piece 4, and one end of the second connecting piece 5 protrudes out of the center hole 41 for fixedly connecting with the window sash. Thereby, on the one hand, the mutual hinging of the window sash fixing plate 2 and the connecting rod assembly 3 is realized through the first connecting piece 4, so that a stable hinge structure is formed, the fixing position of the hinge and the window is close to the hinge side, and when wind pressure is resisted, the wind pressure resistance can be provided for the window sash. On the other hand, through the mutual cooperation of the first connecting piece 4 and the second connecting piece 5, the fixed connection of the window sash fixing plate 2 and the window sash is realized, so that a screw hole is not additionally added on the window sash fixing plate 2, and the strength reduction caused by material reduction is avoided.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the first connection hole 21 is a bar-shaped hole provided along the length direction of the window fixing plate 2 to adjust the installation position of the window fixing plate 2 and the link assembly 3 within a preset range. It can be appreciated that by setting the first connection hole 21 as a bar-shaped hole, the mounting position of the window sash can be adaptively adjusted according to different mounting scenes during actual mounting, thereby improving the convenience of window sash mounting.
As shown in fig. 3, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that the window sash fixing plate 2 is provided with a stopper post 22, and correspondingly, the middle of the link portion 31 is provided with a stopper 312 (i.e., a portion protruding from the middle of the link portion 31). When the window fixing plate 2 rotates a preset angle relative to the window frame fixing plate 1, the limiting post 22 abuts against the limiting portion 312 to limit the rotation of the window fixing plate 2. Specifically, in this embodiment, the limiting post 22 includes a large-diameter section 221 and a small-diameter section 222, wherein the large-diameter section 221 is used for abutting against the limiting portion 312, and the small-diameter section 222 is fixed on the window sash fixing plate 2.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, in the above-described embodiment, it is preferable that the window fixing plate 2 is provided with a fixing hole 23, and the fixing hole 23 is fixedly coupled with the window sash by a fixing piece 24, thereby improving the stability of the installation of the window fixing plate 2.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, a third embodiment of the present invention provides another hinge structure for a door or window, including a frame fixing plate 1, a window fixing plate 2, a link assembly 3, a first link 4, and a second link 5, on the basis of the above-described second embodiment. The present embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that the structure of the link assembly 3 is different.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the link assembly 3 includes the seal 34 in addition to the link portion 31, the first link 32, and the second link 33 in the first embodiment described above. The sealing member 34 is disposed between the connecting rod portion 31 and the window sash fixing plate 2, and a third connecting hole 341 is formed in the sealing member 34 at a position corresponding to the second connecting hole 311, and the second connecting member 5 is connected and fixed to the first connecting member 4 after passing through the second connecting hole 311 and the third connecting hole 341 in sequence. In addition, a fourth connecting hole 342 is formed in the middle of the sealing member 34, and the thick-diameter section 221 of the limiting post 22 is inserted into the fourth connecting hole 342, so that the sealing member 34 is positioned and mounted.
In addition, in this embodiment, an end of the sealing member 34, which is far away from the first connecting member 4, forms a tip end 343 with a preset shape, so as to be matched with the end wrap angle 13 of the window frame fixing plate 1, thereby playing a role in guiding and sealing the closing of the window sash and improving the closing effect of the window sash.
