Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.
The embodiment of the invention provides a simple heliostat assembling method, which is shown in fig. 1 to 11, and comprises the following steps:
S1, positioning a plurality of purlines 11 on a mounting platform 2 in a mounting area, and assembling a supporting frame 12 in the lifting turnover area.
Before S1, the method further comprises building a mounting platform 2 in the mounting area.
The construction of the horizontal installation platform 2 takes place in the installation area. Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a structure of a mounting platform 2, and the mounting platform 2 is used for positioning and supporting heliostat components.
The basic requirements of the installation platform 2 comprise (1) an aluminum profile frame structure, right-angle component connection and detachment, (2) the installation platform 2 is required to be horizontal and stable, the diagonal height difference is smaller than 1mm, and (3) the horizontal and vertical dimension of the platform is distributed, so that the purline 11 connection of heliostats cannot be affected.
After the installation platform 2 is built, the purlines 11 are positioned and fixed. Each purline 11 is provided with 12 holes, and the plane of the mounting platform 2 is provided with corresponding bosses which are in one-to-one correspondence with the purline holes. As shown in fig. 3, when the purline 11 is assembled, the purline hole is buckled with the boss at the corresponding position on the plane of the mounting platform 2, so that the positioning and fixing of the purline 11 can be completed.
And S1, assembling a supporting frame 12 in the hoisting and overturning area, namely assembling the supporting parts of the heliostat in the hoisting and overturning area to obtain the supporting frame 12.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting seat 124, the push rod 123, the truss 122 and the main beam 121 may be assembled by means of a hoisting device in the hoisting and overturning area, so as to obtain the supporting frame 12.
A hoisting device with the maximum hoisting weight of 3T is arranged in the hoisting overturning area, and the length of a ground track is about 15m, so that the whole hoisting overturning area and the installation area are covered.
In the lifting and overturning area, holes are formed by means of lifting devices, so that the assembly of the supporting seat 124 and the main beam 121, the supporting seat 124 and the push rod 123, the main beam 121 and the truss 122 and other parts is completed, as shown in fig. 4.
In practice, the positioning of the purlins 11 and the assembly of the support frames 12 may be performed simultaneously to improve efficiency.
S2, hanging the support frame 12 to a preset position above the purline 11, and fixing the support frame 12 and the purline 11 to obtain the frame assembly 10.
The method specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) The supporting frame 12 is hung above the purlines 11, and two ends of a main beam 121 of the supporting frame 12 are lapped on the multidimensional adjusting supports 4 at two sides of the mounting platform 2.
Specifically, the support frame 12 is suspended above the purline 11, then two auxiliary arms 3 are respectively placed on the multidimensional adjusting supports 4 at two sides of the installation platform 2, then the auxiliary arms 3 are adjusted to the two ends of the main beam 121 of the support frame 12 by the multidimensional adjusting supports 4, and the two ends of the main beam 121 are respectively connected with the corresponding auxiliary arms 3.
As shown in fig. 5, the supporting frame 12 assembled by the main beam 121, the supporting seat 124, the push rod 123, the truss 122 and other components in the lifting and overturning area is lifted and suspended right above the purline 11 in the installation area.
The multidimensional adjusting support 4 is used for supporting the auxiliary arm 3 of the heliostat main beam 121, so that functions of vertical lifting, horizontal bidirectional sliding, gravity center correction and the like in a horizontal state in the assembly process of the frame assembly 10 are realized, and accurate positioning of assembly components, and the horizontal and assembly flow of a reference plane (purline 11) are reasonably realized.
As shown in fig. 6, the auxiliary arms 3 of the 2 main beams 121 are respectively placed on the multidimensional adjusting supports 4 on two sides of the mounting platform 2, and simultaneously the multidimensional adjusting supports 4 are adjusted in the horizontal and vertical directions to perform hole alignment, so that connection between the connecting flanges on two sides of the end parts of the main beams 121 and the auxiliary arms 3 is completed.
(2) The multi-dimensional adjustment support 4 is used to adjust the support frame 12 to a preset position and to fix the trusses 122 in the support frame 12 to the corresponding purlins 11 to obtain the frame assembly 10.
In practical application, the height of the support 4 is vertically lowered, and the support is adjusted in the horizontal direction until the purline 11 and the truss 122 are contacted at corresponding positions, and after confirming that the relative positions of the truss 122 and the purline 11 are correct, the purline 11 and the truss 122, and the truss 122 and the main beam 121 are connected, as shown in fig. 7, to obtain the frame assembly 10.
And S3, lifting the frame assembly 10 to a preset height, and fixing the inverted lenses 21 in the mirror structure 20 with purlins 11 in the frame assembly 10 to obtain the heliostat assembly 1.
Prior to S3, the method further comprises:
the mirror structure 20 is obtained by placing the lens 21 face down on the carrier 22.
As shown in fig. 8, the heliostat lens 21 is assembled and handled using suction cups, with the lens 21 placed face down on the cradle 22. The 12 height-adjustable supports of the bracket 22 form 12 positioning fulcra, and the cambered surface forming of the lens 21 is realized by means of the gravity of the lens 21. Then nuts and gaskets are respectively placed on the screw rods of 12 supporting points on the back surface of the lens 21 to be bolted and fixed, or leather cups are placed to be fixed by glue, so that preparation is made for connecting the subsequent lens 21 with the purline 11.
S3 specifically comprises:
(1) The frame assembly 10 is raised to a predetermined height and the mirror structure 20 is placed between the frame assembly 10 and the mounting platform 2.
In the embodiment of the invention, the multi-dimensional adjusting support 4 on two sides is vertically lifted, and the frame assembly 10 (assembled by the main beam 121, the auxiliary arm 3, the supporting seat 124, the push rod 123, the truss 122 and the purline 11) which is connected with the mounting platform 2 into a whole is lifted by a certain calculated height value, wherein the height value comprises the height of a cushion block arranged on the mounting platform 2 and the height of the mirror surface structure 20, so that a space is reserved for mounting the mirror surface structure 20.
(2) The inverted lenses 21 in the mirror structure 20 are secured to purlins 11 in the frame assembly 10 to provide the heliostat assembly 1.
Wherein the inverted lenses 21 of the mirror structure 20 are bolted or glued to the purlins 11 of the frame assembly 10.
As shown in fig. 9, the bracket 22 and the lens 21 thereon are lifted into the space reserved after the multidimensional adjusting support 4 is vertically lifted, and a cushion block is padded below the bracket 22, at this time, the screws on 12 supporting points on the back surface of the lens 21 pass through 12 corresponding purlin holes on the upper side, and nuts and gaskets are placed on the screws on 12 supporting points on the upper side of the purlin 11 to be bolted or glue is poured to be fixed. At this point the heliostat assembly 1 is fully assembled.
Further, after S3, the method further includes:
And hoisting the heliostat assembly 1 to a hoisting overturning area and overturning the heliostat body.
Specifically, the hoisting device is bound with the main beam 121, the assembled heliostat assembly 1 is hoisted to a turnover support frame with the height of 4m in a hoisting turnover area, then the hoisting device and the main beam 121 are unbound, the heliostat assembly 1 is turned over by means of ropes, manual pushing and pulling and the like, the turned heliostat assembly 1 is shown in fig. 10, then a hoisting belt is used for binding a crane with the auxiliary arm 3 through a lifting lug of the auxiliary arm 3, the heliostat assembly 1 is hoisted to a stand column 5 and a speed reducer (if the heliostat assembly 1 is far away from the stand column 5, a truck with a supporting frame is used for transferring), and the installation of the heliostat is completed, as shown in fig. 11. After the installation is completed, the auxiliary arm 3 is detached.
According to the simple heliostat assembling method provided by the invention, the continuous assembling requirement of large-scale modularization of heliostats can be realized through the matched use and accurate control of the mounting platform 2, the lifting device and the multidimensional adjusting support 4, the assembling precision and efficiency are improved, and the labor intensity is reduced. And moreover, part of heliostat components can be synchronously installed, so that the assembly efficiency is improved. The tooling system involved in the method can be conveniently disassembled, and then transported to different project sites for heliostat installation.
