In the air defense system, in order to facilitate normal life of people in a pre-war or war time tunnel, the tunnel mouth 11, the pedestrian crossing 12 and the vehicular crossing 13 of the traffic tunnel 1 are reserved in advance to be provided with water pipes, cables and communication pipelines, and the water pipes, the cables and the communication pipelines take corresponding protective airtight measures (such as arranging a bidirectional stress protective airtight door 18 in the pedestrian crossing 12 and the vehicular crossing 13, arranging a closed gate or an isolation net in a corresponding ditch or pipeline and the like) when penetrating through a protective airtight wall body so as to ensure that the air defense space formed in the traffic tunnel 1 reaches a relatively safe protection level before war or in war time, thereby meeting the normal life of people in the traffic tunnel 1 and simultaneously keeping normal information communication outside if necessary.

In the air defense system, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the extreme disaster problem of urban waterlogging is considered, and the flood prevention requirement is comprehensively considered when equipment is developed, so that the developed clean exhaust protective airtight door 16 is also designed in such a way that the clean exhaust protective airtight door 16 is provided with a small flood prevention door system 2 for people to conveniently drain outwards simultaneously so as to achieve the flood prevention effect in the air defense system (namely, the inside of the traffic tunnel 1). The small flood gate system 2 comprises small gates 21 and flood gates 22 which are arranged below the door leaves 20 of the clean exhaust protective airtight door 16, the number of the small gates 21 can be set on one or two door leaves 20 according to actual needs, the flood gates 22 are hinged on the door frames 19 of the small gates 21 and can hermetically close the small gates 21, and the flood gates 22 facilitate timely drainage when flooding occurs so as to prevent flooding in the traffic tunnel 1.
Regarding the locking function of the flood gate 22, a spanner type door lock 23 is arranged on the flood gate 22, the spanner type door lock 23 is provided with a spanner and a lock head, and the lock head is directly controlled to be closed through the spanner. Meanwhile, the inner wall of the small gate 21 is also provided with a boss, a sealing ring is arranged on the boss, a groove matched with the boss is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the flood gate 22, and the sealing ring is also arranged in the groove. Therefore, after the flood gate 22 is closed, the groove of the flood gate 22 can be well matched with the boss of the small gate 21 to play a role in primary waterproof sealing, and meanwhile, the sealing ring of the flood gate 22 and the sealing ring of the small gate 21 can be mutually extruded, so that secondary waterproof sealing is achieved. Thus, after the flood gate 22 is closed, good sealing and waterproof effects can be achieved.
In the air defense system, as shown in fig. 4 to 9, the tunnel portal 11, the pedestrian crossing 12 and the pedestrian crossing 13 of the traffic tunnel 1 can be used for passing vehicles or pedestrians after opening the airtight doors, so that the clean air exhaust protection airtight doors 16, the air intake and exhaust fan airtight doors 17 and the installation ground corresponding to the bidirectional stress protection airtight doors 18 adopted by the system are designed without threshold so as to facilitate the barrier-free passing of pedestrians or vehicles. Based on this, in order to further improve the tightness between the airtight door and the ground after closing in the traffic tunnel 1 and achieve the waterproof effect, the clean exhaust protection airtight door 16, the intake and exhaust fan airtight door 17 and the bidirectional stress protection airtight door 18 are designed such that the clean exhaust protection airtight door 16, the intake and exhaust fan airtight door 17 and the bidirectional stress protection airtight door 18 each comprise a door frame 19 and a split door leaf 20 arranged on the door frame 19, the bottom of the door frame 19 is provided with a lifting bottom beam mechanism 3, the lifting bottom beam mechanism 3 comprises a rotating member 31, a crank connecting rod 32 and a bottom beam, the rotating member 31 can be a manual operating member (such as a manual wrench or a hand wheel 72) or an electric operating member (such as a servo motor or a speed reducing motor), the rotating member 31 is arranged on the door frame 19, the crank end of the crank connecting rod 32 is connected with the rotating end of the rotating member 31, the bottom beam 33 is arranged at the connecting rod end of the crank connecting rod 32, and the bottom beam 33 is arranged between the vertical beams on both sides of the door frame 19. Therefore, under the limiting action of the two vertical beams, the rotating piece 31 drives the bottom beam 33 to press down through the crank connecting rod 32 when rotating, and then the bottom beam is abutted against the ground (the ground can be the geographic ground in the traffic tunnel 1 or the steel or metal plate at the bottom end of the door frame 19), so that the tightness between the bottom beam 33 and the ground is improved.
Regarding the lifting/lowering sill mechanism 3, in order to improve the stability of the lifting/lowering movement of the sill 33, the number of the rotating members 31 may be plural, and the plurality of rotating members 31 may be uniformly distributed on the sill 33, so that when the plurality of rotating members 31 operate synchronously, the plurality of crank links 32 may generate a downward force on the sill 33 to be uniformly distributed on the sill 33, thereby improving the stability of the downward movement of the sill 33, and reducing the occurrence of motion jamming. In addition, the bottom surface of the bottom beam 33 is simultaneously provided with the hollow rubber strip, and the section of the hollow rubber strip is wedge-shaped, so that in the downward movement process of the bottom beam 33, the hollow rubber strip can deform by itself to improve the tightness between the bottom beam 33 and the ground, and meanwhile, the wedge-shaped surface of the hollow rubber strip can improve the contact area between the bottom beam 33 and the ground to further improve the tightness, thereby improving the waterproof effect of the airtight door after installation.
In the air defense system, as shown in fig. 4 to 10, ventilation and exhaust functions in the traffic tunnel 1 are mainly realized by means of a clean exhaust protection airtight door 16 and an air intake and exhaust fan airtight door 17, wherein the air intake and exhaust fan airtight door 17 mainly enables the traffic tunnel 1 to internally orient air through an air intake fan and/or an exhaust fan, and the clean exhaust protection airtight door 16 can be switched into a clean ventilation mode or an isolated protection mode.
The following description is made about a structure of the clean type exhaust protective airtight door 16 for realizing switching of the clean type ventilation form or the isolated type protection, wherein a door leaf 20 of the clean type exhaust protective airtight door 16 is provided with a ventilation window 4 and an electric protective airtight door 5, and the electric protective airtight door 5 is used for opening or closing the ventilation window 4 so as to control the ventilation condition of the traffic tunnel 1. The electric protection sealing door 5 comprises a rotation driving piece 51, a rotating shaft 52, a transmission rod 53, a pull rod 54, a sliding block 55, a sliding rail 56 and a sealing plate 57, wherein the rotation driving piece 51 adopts a motor base and a motor arranged on the motor base, the rotation driving piece 51 is arranged on the door leaf 20, the rotating shaft 52 and the driving end of the rotation driving piece 51 rotate coaxially, the rotating shaft 52 and the door leaf 20 are relatively parallel and vertically arranged, the transmission rod 53 is connected with the rotating shaft 52 (the connection can be in a welding fixation or bolt fixation mode, etc.), the sliding rail 56 is mounted on the sealing plate 57 through screw locking, the sliding rail 56 is transversely distributed, the sliding block 55 is in sliding connection with the sliding rail 56, one end of the pull rod 54 is hinged with the tail end of the transmission rod 53, and the other end of the pull rod 54 is hinged with the sliding block 55. Therefore, the rotation driving member 51 works to drive the rotation shaft 52 and the transmission rod 53 to rotate synchronously, and the pull rod 54 pulls or pushes the slider 55 to slide adaptively on the slide rail 56, and simultaneously drives the sealing plate 57 to rotate to open or close the ventilation window 4.
Regarding the electric protection airtight door structure, in order to improve the stability of the overturning motion of the driving sealing plate 57, and simultaneously improve the wind resistance effect of the sealing plate 57, the electric protection airtight door structure further comprises two transversely distributed reinforcing rods 58, sliding blocks 59 which are slidably matched with the reinforcing rods 58, and a linkage rod 60 with two ends respectively connected with the sliding blocks 59 and the sliding blocks 55, so that when the rotation driving piece 51 works, under the rotation traction action of the pull rod 54, the sliding blocks 59 and the linkage rod 60 can slide simultaneously along with the sliding blocks 55, and the stability of the overturning motion of the sealing plate 57 is improved. The traction mechanism formed by the transmission rod 53, the pull rod 54, the sliding block 55, the sliding rail 56 and the reinforcing rod 58 can be one or more according to the design of the height adaptability of the sealing plate 57, so that the traction force born by the sealing plate 57 is uniform, the stability of driving the overturning sealing plate 57 is further improved, the wind resistance effect of the sealing plate 57 can be better improved due to the design of the reinforcing rod 58, and the protection effect of the clean exhaust protective airtight door 16 is improved.
In the air-defense system, the ventilation window 4 is directly exposed to the outside, so that the explosion-proof wave condition in the war is required to be considered in the design, and the invention also has the following structural design that the ventilation window 4 is provided with an explosion-proof wave valve assembly 41, the explosion-proof wave valve assembly 41 is used for improving the protection performance of the clean exhaust protective airtight door 16, the explosion-proof wave valve assembly 41 comprises a plurality of explosion-proof wave valve units integrated on the ventilation window 4, the explosion-proof wave valve units comprise an air supply channel and a wave-absorbing pipe arranged in the air supply channel, the air supply channel and the wave-absorbing pipe are in a frustum shape, the tail end of the air supply channel, which is close to the tail end of the traffic tunnel 1, is provided with an elastic piece, the tail end of the elastic piece is connected with the tail end of the wave-absorbing pipe, the spring is in a natural state, when the air flow rate in the air supply channel is not greater than a threshold value, the explosion-absorbing pipe is not closed to the air supply channel under the elastic action of the elastic piece, so that the gap between the wave-absorbing pipe and the air supply channel is used for improving the protection performance of the clean exhaust protective airtight door 16, and when the air flow rate in the air supply channel is greater than the threshold value, the air flow rate in the air supply channel is acted by the elastic piece, and the elastic piece is acted by the air flow and is in the air channel and is well acted by the air channel, and the elastic piece is arranged in the air channel and the air channel, which is closed by the air channel and the air channel.
Therefore, when explosion waves are generated outside the war traffic tunnel 1 by arranging the explosion-proof wave unit on the ventilation window 4, the ventilation window 4 of the clean exhaust protective airtight door 16 can rapidly close the air supply channel, has high wave-absorbing rate and high reaction speed, and is tested according to experiments, the pressure peak wave-absorbing rate of the airtight door is 91%, the energy wave-absorbing rate is more than 99%, and the residual pressure behind the valve is less than 0.03MPa.
In the air defense system, as shown in fig. 4 to 11, since the traffic tunnel 1 is usually constructed according to the actual topography, the tunnel portal 11, the pedestrian crossing 12 and the vehicular crossing 13 have the condition of up-down slopes, so that when the opening direction of the airtight door has an up slope, the airtight door can be blocked by mistake when the opening direction of the airtight door has an up slope, and because the airtight door developed by the system also needs to consider the problem that the opening direction has an up slope. In this regard, the invention is designed for the airtight door, namely, the cleaning type exhaust protective airtight door 16, the air inlet and outlet fan airtight door 17, the door leaf 20 of the bidirectional stress protective airtight door 18 and the door frame 19 are respectively provided with the liftable door shaft mechanism 6, and the liftable door shaft mechanism 6 can synchronously lift the door leaf 20 through the liftable door shaft 62, so that the problem that the door opening direction has an ascending slope is overcome, the door opening is smooth, the door opening or closing efficiency can be improved before or during a war, and the operation is convenient.
The liftable door shaft mechanism 6 comprises a plurality of door frame connecting seats 61, door shafts 62 and door leaf connecting seats 64, the door frame connecting seats 61 and the door frames 19 are connected, the door shafts 62 are multi-section door shafts 62, the multi-section door shafts 62 are connected through sleeves 63, the door shafts 62 are fixedly connected with the door frame connecting seats 61 (the fixed connection mode can be welding fixation or bolt fixation), the door leaf connecting seats 64 are connected with side edges of the door leaf 20 through bolts in a locking mode, the door leaf connecting seats 64 are provided with a plurality of sliding supports 65, the sliding supports 65 are sleeved on the surfaces of the door shafts 62, the sliding supports 65 and the door frame connecting seats 61 are distributed in a staggered mode, and when the ground of the tunnel mouth 11, the pedestrian crossing 12 and the vehicle crossing 13 of the traffic tunnel 1 is an up-down slope, when the clean exhaust protection airtight door 16, the air inlet and exhaust fan airtight door 17 and/or the bidirectional forced protection airtight door 18 are opened, the door 20 and the door shafts 62 are lifted along with rising slopes so as to reduce the occurrence of blocking during door opening.
Since the door spindle 62 of the present invention is connected in a plurality of stages by the sleeve 63, it is also considered that the sliding support 65 slides out of the door spindle 62 or has collision interference with the sleeve 63. The liftable door shaft mechanism 6 further comprises a limiting roller 66 mechanism, wherein the limiting rollers 66 are respectively arranged on the door frame connecting seat 61 at the tail end and the door frame connecting seat 61 close to the sleeve 63, the wheel surface of the limiting roller 66 is made of rubber materials, the wheel surface of the limiting roller 66 is propped against the outer peripheral surface of the door shaft 62, the wheel shaft of the limiting roller 66 is vertical to the door shaft 62, and meanwhile, limiting grooves are formed on the surface of the door shaft 62 on two sides of the limiting roller 66, when the door is opened or closed, when the door leaf 20 moves up and down in a gradient manner, when the limiting grooves are matched with the limiting roller 66, the continuous lifting movement of the door leaf 20 can be limited, so that the situation that the sliding support 65 slides out of the door shaft 62 or collides with the sleeve 63 is prevented, and the limiting and protecting effects are achieved.
In the air defense system, as shown in fig. 4 to 14, the clean type air exhaust protective airtight door 16, the air inlet and outlet fan airtight door 17 and the bidirectional stress protective airtight door 18 are all provided with the door leaf locking mechanism 7, and when the clean type air exhaust protective airtight door 16, the air inlet and outlet fan airtight door 17 and the bidirectional stress protective airtight door 18 are closed before a war, the door leaf 20 is manually or automatically closed through the door leaf locking mechanism 7, so that the door closing efficiency can be improved and the operation is convenient.
The door leaf locking mechanism 7 comprises a first reverser 71, a hand wheel 72, a first rotating rod 73, a second reverser 74, an upper sleeve assembly 75, an upper plug pin 76, a lower sleeve assembly 77 and a lower plug pin 78, wherein the first reverser 71 and the second reverser 74 are worm and gear reversers, the first reverser 71 and the second reverser 74 are arranged on a door leaf 20, the hand wheel 72 is connected with the turbine end of the first reverser 71, one end of the first rotating rod 73 is connected with the worm end of the first reverser 71, the other end of the first rotating rod 73 is connected with the turbine end of the second reverser 74, the upper sleeve assembly 75 and the lower sleeve assembly 77 are respectively connected with the two worm ends of the second reverser 74, the upper plug pin 76 is connected with the tail end of the upper sleeve assembly 75, and the lower plug pin 78 is connected with the tail end of the lower sleeve assembly 77. Therefore, when the hand wheel 72 is rotated, the first reverser 71 can vertically transfer the rotation direction of the hand wheel 72 to the first rotating rod 73 through the internal worm and gear structure, and likewise, when the first rotating rod 73 is rotated, the second reverser 74 can vertically transfer the rotation direction of the first rotating rod 73 to the upper sleeve assembly 75 and the lower sleeve assembly 77 through the internal worm and gear structure, and the telescopic functions of the upper sleeve assembly 75 and the lower sleeve assembly 77 are utilized, so that the upper bolt member 76 and the lower bolt member 78 are adjusted to move upwards and downwards respectively so as to be spliced with the door frame 19 to realize locking, and the locking can be realized through a small number of operators when the airtight door is closed before a war, thereby having the functions of simplicity and convenience in operation, high efficiency and saving people.
In order to improve stability of the door locking mechanism 7 in locking a closed door, two sets of upper latch members 76 and lower latch members 78 are symmetrically arranged on two worm ends of a first reverser 71, each set of upper latch members 76 and lower latch members 78 are two, in order to drive four upper latch members 76 to move up and down synchronously by utilizing a hand wheel 72, the door locking mechanism 7 further comprises a second rotating rod 79, a third reverser 80, a fourth reverser 82 and a third rotating rod 81, the third reverser 80 and the fourth reverser 82 are arranged on a door leaf 20, two ends of the second rotating rod 79 are respectively connected with worm ends of the second reverser 74 and worm ends of the third reverser 80, the other worm end of the third reverser 80 is connected with the upper latch members 76 through an upper sleeve assembly 75, and two ends of the third rotating rod 81 are respectively connected with a turbine end of the third reverser 80 and a turbine end of the fourth reverser 82, and the two worm ends of the fourth latch members 82 are respectively connected with the upper latch members 76 and the lower latch members 78 through the upper sleeve assembly 75 and the lower sleeve assembly 77. Therefore, when the hand wheel 72 is rotated, the functions of lifting and locking the upper plug pin 76 and the lower plug pin 78 are simultaneously realized through the first reverser 71, the first rotating rod 73, the second reverser 74, the second rotating rod 79, the third reverser 80, the third rotating rod 81 and the fourth reverser 82, so that the door closing action can be realized by a small number of operators when the door is closed before a war, and the door closing device has the functions of convenient operation and high efficiency.
Regarding the upper sleeve assembly 75 and the lower sleeve assembly 77 of the present invention, the upper sleeve assembly 75 and the lower sleeve assembly 77 have the same structure, the upper sleeve assembly 75 includes a threaded sleeve 751 and a threaded rod 752 in threaded engagement, the end of the threaded rod 752 is connected with the worm end of the commutator (which may be the second commutator 74, the third commutator 80, and the fourth commutator 82), the threaded sleeve 751 is connected with the upper latch 76, and under the limiting action of the upper latch 76 and/or the lower latch 78, when the worm end of the commutator (which may be the second commutator 74, the third commutator 80, and the fourth commutator 82) rotates, the lifting function of the upper latch 76 and/or the lower latch 78 can be controlled by the principle of threaded adjustment.
Regarding the upper latch member 76 of the present invention, the top surface of the door frame 19 is provided with a plurality of lock holes corresponding to the upper latch member 76, and the upper latch member 76 cooperates with the corresponding lock holes through lifting movement under the driving action of the hand wheel 72, thereby achieving the function of locking the door. The upper latch 76 includes a door top support 761, a driving rod 762, a lever 763, and an inserting rod 764, where the door top support 761 is disposed at the top of the door leaf 20, the door top support 761 has an inner cavity, an inserting hole corresponding to the lock hole is formed in an inner bottom surface of the inner cavity, one end of the driving rod 762 is connected with the upper sleeve assembly 75, the other end of the driving rod 762 is inserted into the bottom surface of the door top support 761 and located in the inner cavity, the middle part of the lever 763 is rotatably connected with an inner wall of the inner cavity, the lever 763 is located between the inserting hole and the driving rod 762, one end of the lever 763 is hinged with an end of the driving rod 762, the other end of the lever 763 is glued with one end of the inserting rod 764, and the other end of the inserting rod 764 is opposite to the inserting hole. Therefore, according to the principle of the lever 763, when the driving rod 762 is lifted, the lever 763 drives the inserting rod 764 to be inserted into the jack and simultaneously matched with the corresponding lock hole on the door frame 19, so that the locking function of the door lock is achieved, otherwise, when the driving rod 762 is lifted, the lever 763 drives the inserting rod 764 to move upwards to be contained in the inner cavity, and meanwhile, the locking function of the door lock is contacted, so that the door lock has the functions of simplicity, convenience and high efficiency in operation.
In summary, the urban traffic tunnel 1 of the invention gives consideration to the people's air defense system and has the following beneficial effects:
1. The air defense system can meet urgent requirements of civil air defense construction on the civil air defense technology of the traffic tunnel 1, and can ensure that the underground traffic tunnel 1 engineering can play a protection function of the civil air defense engineering in the war on the premise of not influencing the underground traffic tunnel 1 engineering to be used as a traffic main road at ordinary times.
2. The air defense system disclosed by the invention is used for comprehensively and effectively utilizing research results aiming at the characteristics of the underground traffic tunnel 1 engineering, guiding the underground traffic tunnel 1 engineering civil air defense system design and carrying out optimization design.
