The filtered liquid flows through the threaded quartz glass tube 401 through the three-way tube 402, the duration of the irradiation of the liquid by the ultraviolet lamp rod 410 is increased through the arrangement of the threaded quartz glass tube 401, the sterilization effect is improved, when dust exists on the surfaces of the threaded quartz glass tube 401 and the ultraviolet lamp rod 410, the rotating frame 405 is controlled to rotate, the double-sided dust removing brush 406 is enabled to rotationally clean the surfaces of the ultraviolet lamp rod 410 and the threaded quartz glass tube 401, and therefore the problem that the sterilization effect is reduced due to the fact that impurities are attached to the threaded quartz glass tube 401 and the ultraviolet lamp rod 410 or the irradiation of the dust shielding ultraviolet rays is effectively avoided.
