As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the portable repairing and reinforcing device for asphalt pavement cracks provided by the invention, the air suction assembly 3 comprises an air suction inner pipe 31, an air suction hose 32 and an air suction rod 33, one end of the air suction inner pipe 31 is communicated with one end of the air filter chamber 21 through an air suction check valve 34, the other end of the air suction inner pipe 31 extends out of the isolation working bin 2 and is connected with the air suction hose 32, and the air suction hose 32 is connected with the air suction rod 33. In the portable asphalt pavement crack repairing and reinforcing device provided by the invention, the air injection assembly 4 comprises an air injection inner pipe 41, an air injection hose 42 and an air injection core rod 43, one end of the air injection inner pipe 41 is communicated with the other end of the air filtering chamber 21 through an air injection check valve 44, the other end of the air injection inner pipe 41 extends out of the isolation working bin 2 and is connected with the air injection hose 42, the air injection hose 42 is connected with the air injection core rod 43, the air injection core rod 43 is embedded into the air suction rod 33, specifically, the air injection core rod 43 is embedded into the air suction rod 33 after passing through the air injection hose 42, a supporting rod (not shown in the drawing) is arranged on the inner wall of the air suction rod 33 and the outer wall of the air injection core rod 43 at intervals, so as to ensure that the air injection core rod 43 keeps stable and does not shake in the air suction rod 33, as shown in fig. 6, 8 and 9, the tail end of the air injection core rod 43 is detachably provided with an air injection nozzle 45, and the air injection nozzle 45 is contracted in the hood 35. The suction hood 35 can be made of transparent materials, so that the air injection range and the air injection intensity condition of the air injection nozzle 45 at the tail end of the air injection core rod 43 can be conveniently observed, and the air flow intensity is regulated and controlled by the fan speed regulating switch 224.

In addition, as shown in fig. 3-5, a fan 211 and a filter residue collecting drawer 212 are disposed in the air filtering chamber 21, the fan 211 is disposed near one end of the air injection check valve 44, the filter residue collecting drawer 212 is disposed near one end of the air suction check valve 34 and is capable of being pulled, a pull ring 213 is disposed on the filter residue collecting drawer 212, a macroporous air filter screen 214, a mesoporous air filter screen 215 and a microporous air filter screen 216 are sequentially disposed in an inner cavity of the filter residue collecting drawer 212 along a direction far away from the air suction check valve 34, and the macroporous air filter screen 214, the mesoporous air filter screen 215 and the microporous air filter screen 216 are detachably disposed. The right side of the filter residue collecting drawer 212 is closely attached to the air suction inner pipe 31 through the air suction check valve 34, the left side wall of the filter residue collecting drawer 212 is close to the fan 211, the filter residue collecting drawer 212 is sequentially embedded with a macroporous air filter screen 214, a mesoporous air filter screen 215 and a microporous air filter screen 216 from the right side to the left side wall of the inner cavity, large-particle-diameter dust, medium-particle-diameter dust and particle-diameter dust in gas are sequentially filtered, and the filter residue collecting drawer 212 can be pulled out from the air filter chamber 21, so that filter residue can be conveniently collected and the filter screen can be conveniently replaced and cleaned. Specifically, a cross plate is fixed in the middle of the air filtering chamber 21, a rotating fan 211 is installed on the cross plate, the fan 211 is driven by a motor fixed on the cross plate, and blades of the fan 211 are obliquely arranged, so that a certain strength air flow is formed when the fan 211 rotates, and the air filtering chamber is shown in fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 11. The suction rod 33, the suction check valve 34, the blower 211, the air injection check valve 44, and the air injection core rod 43 form a circulating air flow, as shown with reference to fig. 5.

By arranging the trowelling baffle 54 on the side wall of the spray rod 52 close to the spray head 53, along with the movement of the spray rod 52, the crack filling solution is gradually injected into asphalt cracks, and the crack filling solution staying on the crack road surface is trowelled by the trowelling baffle 54, so that the problem that the crack filling solution staying on the road surface is formed into bumps after being solidified and molded to endanger driving safety, comfort level and flatness is avoided, the potential traffic safety hazard is reduced, automatic trowelling is realized, manual scraping plate operation is not needed, labor is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the portable repairing and reinforcing device for asphalt pavement cracks provided by the invention, the spray bar 52 is provided with a speed regulating handle power switch 55 electrically connected with the return pump 231.
