Preferably, the water supply device further comprises a water supply pump, a plurality of first water supply pipes are communicated through second water supply pipes, a water supply end of the water supply pump is communicated with one end of the second water supply pipes, and a plurality of first water discharge pipes are communicated through second water discharge pipes.

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an ultrafiltration membrane-guided filtration apparatus for municipal sewage treatment comprises a plurality of filtration tanks 1, a sealing cover 101 screwed to the upper end of the filtration tank 1, a plurality of fixed barrels 202 fixedly connected between the bottom plate 2 and the top plate 201, a filtration membrane 203 arranged outside the fixed barrels 202, a first cavity 4 arranged between the filtration tank 1 and the filtration membrane 203, a second cavity 401 arranged between the sealing cover 101 and the top plate 201, a first water supply pipe 102 communicated with the first cavity 4, a first drain pipe 105 communicated with the second cavity 401 and arranged on the sealing cover 101, a sewage disposal assembly arranged at the lower end of the filtration tank 1, a screw sleeve 304 arranged in the fixed barrels 202, an annular cavity 305 arranged in the screw sleeve 304, a driving assembly for driving the screw sleeve 304 to reciprocate in the fixed barrels 202, a plurality of nozzles 306 arranged on the screw sleeve 304, a hose 307 fixedly arranged on the screw sleeve 304, a hose 307 communicated with the annular cavity 305, a hose assembly 307 for controlling the hose and a hose assembly 404 arranged on the filtration tank 1.

The water supply assembly comprises a second sealing ring 112 which is sealed and rotated in the filter tank 1, one side of the filter tank 1 is fixedly connected with a first cleaning pipe 113 communicated with the second sealing ring 112, a plurality of first cleaning pipes 113 are communicated through a second cleaning pipe 114, one end of the second cleaning pipe 114 is provided with a cleaning water pump 115, and one end of a hose 307 is communicated with the second sealing ring 112.
In the sewage treatment process, preliminary filtration, biological treatment and other pretreatment are carried out on sewage through a large-particle filtering mechanism, then the sewage after the preliminary treatment is supplied into the first cavity 4 through the water supply pump 104, the second water supply pipe 103 and the first water supply pipe 102, and the sewage is filtered again through the filtering membrane 203 under the action of water pressure.
In the filtering process, the first motor 301 is controlled to start by the controller 404, the first motor 301 drives the threaded sleeve 304 to reciprocate in the fixed barrel 202 through the screw rod 3, water is supplied to the second sealing ring 112 through the cleaning water pump 115, the first cleaning pipe 113 and the second cleaning pipe 114, clean water in the second sealing ring 112 is supplied to the annular cavity 305 through the hose 307, and finally sprayed out through the spray nozzle 306 to circularly back wash the filtering membrane 203, so that excessive impurities attached to the filtering membrane 203 are effectively prevented from affecting the filtering effect, and meanwhile, the impurities are effectively prevented from entering into a gap of the filtering membrane 203 to affect the cleaning of the filtering membrane in the later stage due to the fact that the local excessive pressure of the filtering membrane 203 is effectively prevented.
After a period of use, wash the filtration membrane 203 in every filtration jar 1 one by one, the solenoid valve in the first delivery pipe 102 and the solenoid valve in the first drain pipe 105 on the filtration jar 1 that needs to wash at present are controlled through controller 404, and the solenoid valve in the first dirt suction pipe 109 is opened through controller 404 control, sewage in the first cavity 4 in filtration jar 1 enters into in the first sealing ring 108 through the intercommunication mouth 107, set up the pump according to the settlement rate through second dirt suction pipe 110 section port department and take away sewage, thereby discharge the higher sewage of impurity content in the filtration jar 1 effectively, wash filtration membrane 203 again through the clear water of spout 306 blowout simultaneously, impurity on the filtration membrane 203 enters into the sewage in the first cavity 4, thereby need not to dismantle and can wash filtration membrane 203, the cleaning efficiency to filtration membrane 203 has been improved effectively.

referring to fig. 1 to 7, an ultrafiltration membrane guide filtration apparatus for treating municipal sewage is basically the same as that of embodiment 1, further, a fixed pipe 204 is fixedly connected between a bottom plate 2 and a top plate 201, and the fixed pipe 204 is coaxially arranged with the bottom plate 2, a plurality of water permeable openings 205 are formed in the fixed pipe 204, the water permeable openings 205 are communicated with a first cavity 4, and a first water supply pipe 102 is communicated with the fixed pipe 204.
The first water supply pipe 102 is fixedly connected with the sealing cover 101, and one end of the first water supply pipe 102 is in threaded sealing connection with the fixing pipe 204.
When the sewage to be filtered is supplied into the filter tank 1, the sewage in the first water supply pipe 102 enters the fixed pipe 204 and is subjected to flow equalization through the water permeable opening 205 on the fixed pipe 204, so that the filter membrane 203 is effectively prevented from being blocked in a high-pressure state for a long time, and the filter membrane 203 is further conveniently cleaned subsequently.
Example 3:
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an ultrafiltration membrane guide filtration apparatus for municipal sewage treatment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1, further, a second motor 208 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the filtration tank 1, and the output end of the second motor 208 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 2, and both the bottom plate 2 and the top plate 201 are hermetically and rotatably connected to the filtration tank 1.
An inner gear 206 is fixedly connected in the filter tank 1, a plurality of outer gears 207 are rotatably arranged on the top plate 201, the inner gear 206 is meshed with the outer gears 207, and the outer gears 207 are fixedly connected with the fixed barrel 202.
The bottom plate 2 is driven to rotate in the filter tank 1 by the second motor 208, and at the moment, the fixed barrels 202 rotate in the filter tank 1 to enable water in the first cavity 4 to generate turbulence, so that impurities are effectively prevented from being excessively attached to the filter membrane 203, and meanwhile, when the top plate 201 rotates, the fixed barrels 202 drive the filter membrane 203 to rotate under the action of the inner gear 206 and the outer gear 207, so that the filter membrane 203 is enabled to be uniformly contacted with water discharged from the water permeable port 205, and further local blockage of the filter membrane 203 is effectively prevented.
Example 4:
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an ultrafiltration membrane-guided filtration apparatus for municipal sewage treatment is basically the same as that of embodiment 1, and further, a water level sensor 402 and a pressure gauge 403 are fixedly connected to the lower side of a top plate 201.
The water level in the first cavity 4 is judged in real time through the water level sensor 402, and when the sewage in the first cavity is completely discharged, the controller 404 controls the relevant electromagnetic valve to be opened and closed, so that the cleaned filter tank 1 is continuously put into use.
