Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power electronics, in particular to a frequency converter device with a heat dissipation structure.
Background
The frequency converter is used as key equipment in an electric transmission system and plays a vital role in the fields of industrial automation, motor control and the like. The rotating speed of the motor is controlled by changing the frequency of the power supply, so that the motor is efficiently and accurately controlled. However, during operation of the frequency converter, a large amount of heat is generated because internal electronic components such as rectifiers, inverters, etc. operate in a high frequency switching state. If the heat cannot be timely dissipated, the temperature inside the frequency converter is increased, the performance and stability of electronic elements are affected, and even equipment failure or damage can be caused. Therefore, an efficient heat dissipation design is critical to ensure long-term stable operation of the frequency converter.
The Chinese patent with the publication number of CN217336275U discloses a heat dissipation mechanism for a frequency converter, and the mechanism realizes the simultaneous blowing and heat dissipation treatment of the top and the side of the frequency converter through a top heat dissipation hole, a side heat dissipation hole, a ventilation hole and a plurality of heat dissipation fans which are arranged on the outer side of the frequency converter, so that the heat dissipation effect is improved to a certain extent. However, in practical application, such a heat dissipation structure gradually exposes a series of obvious technical problems.
Because the hot air has rising characteristic, the heat dissipation mechanism performs blowing treatment on the top of the frequency converter, so that hot air generated by the operation of electronic components in the frequency converter is easily covered around the electronic components again after being blown away, and heat circulation is formed, thereby greatly reducing heat dissipation efficiency. In addition, when the frequency converter is in a non-working state, a plurality of groups of radiating holes are formed in the periphery to improve the air inlet efficiency, so that dust and impurities in the air can invade the frequency converter while the frequency converter is in a non-working state, adhere to electronic components, and the radiating effect and the working life of the electronic components can be seriously affected after long-term accumulation.
Therefore, aiming at the problems of low heat dissipation efficiency and insufficient dustproof performance in the existing heat dissipation technology of the frequency converter, a frequency converter device with a heat dissipation structure is urgently needed. The equipment can effectively solve the problems of hot gas circulation and dust invasion, realize a more efficient and reliable heat dissipation effect and provide powerful guarantee for long-term stable operation of the frequency converter.

The working principle of the invention is that during the working process of the frequency converter 1, a great amount of heat is generated by electronic elements on the internal circuit main board 7, such as a rectifier, an inverter and the like, due to the high-frequency switching state. These heat energy are firstly absorbed by the heat conducting end of the double-state ventilation assembly 4, which is attached to the circuit board 7, ensuring rapid conduction of heat. In the inverter device with the heat dissipation structure of the present embodiment, when the temperature inside the inverter 1 increases, the electronic components on the internal circuit board 7 continuously generate a large amount of heat when the inverter 1 is operated. This heat is first quickly absorbed by the thermally conductive end of the dual-state ventilation assembly 4, i.e., the thermally conductive cylinder 405. The extension of the first memory metal spring 411 drives the air inlet barrel 401 to slide in the ventilation opening 8, so that the air inlet slot 407 is in contact with external air, and external cold air is allowed to enter the frequency converter 1, so that convection is formed, and heat dissipation is enhanced. At this time, the dust-proof plate 408 prevents dust from entering with air, and the guide cylinder 410 and the guide post 409 ensure the stability of the extension and retraction of the air inlet cylinder 401. Meanwhile, the extension of the second memory metal spring 413 pushes the piston plate 404 to move away from the circuit board 7, so that the internal space of the heat conduction tube 405 is expanded, and liquid paraffin is spread in the heat conduction tube 405, thereby facilitating subsequent heat conduction and heat dissipation.
At the same time, the cooling fan 5 is started, generating a strong air flow, which is directed orderly into the conversion wind bin 6. The effect of enhancing the air inlet filtering effect and prolonging the service life of equipment is achieved.

Further, the heat conducting tube 405, the supporting plate 901, the connecting frame 902 and the heat dissipation plate 903 are all made of heat conducting materials, the heat conducting materials are copper or aluminum, the shape of the supporting plate 901 is arc-shaped, the diameter of the supporting plate 901 is the same as the radius of the heat conducting tube 405, specifically, the arc-shaped supporting plate 901 increases the contact area with the heat conducting tube 405, and the heat conducting materials ensure that heat is uniformly transferred to the heat dissipation plate 903. The effects of optimizing heat distribution and improving heat dissipation uniformity are achieved.
In the frequency converter equipment with the heat dissipation structure, when the internal temperature of the frequency converter 1 is recovered to be normal, the first memory metal spring 411 and the second memory metal spring 413 are cooled, recovered and shortened. The first memory metal spring 411 drives the air inlet barrel 401 to retract, and the sealing plate 10 and the sealing ring 406 are tightly attached to the ventilation opening 8, so that dust and impurities are effectively prevented from entering. The second memory metal spring 413 drives the piston plate 404 to quickly restore to the original position under the assistance of the return spring 412, extrudes air in the heat conduction cylinder 405, and simultaneously enables solid paraffin to be accumulated at the end part of the heat conduction cylinder 405 so as to prepare for absorbing heat next time.
