In addition, in the process that hands of workers penetrate through the elastic cloth 7 and enter the shell 1 to polish the silicon spar, in order to polish the silicon spar fully and observe the silicon spar, the hands of the workers drive the silicon spar to move in all directions such as the front-back direction, the up-down direction and the like, so that the hands between the two rubber strips 9 move, when the hands move in the front-back direction, the two rubber strips 9 are connected through the connecting spring 10, and when the hands move, the two rubber strips 9 are simultaneously driven to move synchronously, so that the elastic cloth 7 expands and contracts, and the rubber strips 9 and the hands move synchronously, so that the rubber strips 9 are always folded and wrapped in the moving process; when the hand moves up and down, for example, when the hand moves up, the upper part of the rubber strip 9 is expanded and extruded, so that the gap between the lower parts of the rubber strip 9 is enlarged, and scraps are easier to sputter outwards, therefore, when the hand moves up and down, the rubber strip 9 can be always close to each other under the action of the magnetic blocks 11, and the magnetic blocks 11 mutually attract each other, so that the gap expanded by the hand movement can be magnetically attracted and folded again, and the gap is always kept to be folded and wrapped with the hand, so that the scraps are prevented from being sputtered to the outside due to larger gap in the moving process.
When the silicon crystal stone is roughly polished, generated dust is adhered to the contact part of the rubber strip 9 and the hand and dispersed to the right side of the elastic cloth 7, when the hand moves, the dust adhered to the periphery of the hand is taken out of the environment together, and the hand is manually close to the observation part 01, the brought dust is easily sucked into the body of a worker to influence the health of the worker, therefore, when the silicon crystal stone is roughly polished, a pump is controlled to introduce water into the first connecting pipe 111 through the water pipe 5, water is sequentially introduced into the first connecting pipe 111, the second connecting pipe 112 and the hose 114, and then sprayed out from the water spraying pipe 115, the right side part of the rubber strip 9 is sprayed with water to reduce dust, the dust is prevented from being adhered to the vicinity of the rubber strip 9, the dust is taken out of the shell 1, the hand is sprayed with water through the water spraying pipe 115, and the dust on the surface of the hand and the dust reduced dust on the hand are washed down; and, after finishing the polishing of the spar, the surface of the elastic cloth 7 is adhered with the scraps and water, therefore, when finishing the polishing and cleaning the surface of the elastic cloth 7, controlling the water to flow downwards from the water outlet pipe 113, flushing the surface of the elastic cloth 7, flushing the scraps and dust on the surface of the elastic cloth 7, but the elastic cloth 7 is folded in a wave shape in order to be folded and unfolded, the scraps and dust are easy to be mixed in the elastic cloth 7, meanwhile, controlling the electric slide block 102 to drive the scraper 103 to move above the baffle 12, continuously controlling the scraper 103 to be close to the baffle 12, enabling the pressing rod 106 on the scraper 103 to jack up the movable plate 04 of the baffle 12, then controlling the pump to reverse, sequentially introducing air into the air pipe 51 and the air pipe 104, then blowing out from the air pipe 105 blows air to the surface of the elastic cloth 7 by opening the baffle 12 of the movable plate 04, under the abundant clearance of piece dust that cooperates outlet pipe 113 with elasticity cloth 7 surface mingled with, when avoiding follow-up elasticity cloth 7 activity, the staff portion can take the dust on elasticity cloth 7 surface outside to prevent that the dust from drying up at elasticity cloth 7 surface, influence follow-up elasticity cloth 7's use, and the piece dust that washes down is finally collected in collection box 2.
In consideration of the fact that water is added during polishing, polishing quality is improved through the cooling and lubricating effects of the water, so that the surface of the silicon spar is smoother, the existing mode is to add water during polishing by using a fixed water pipe, in the conventional polishing process of the silicon spar, in order to sufficiently polish the silicon spar and observe the silicon spar, a person can drive the silicon spar to move in all directions and change polishing positions, the fixed water pipe cannot move along with the hands of the person, the polished silicon spar is continuously cooled and lubricated, and chips polished on the surface of the silicon spar cannot be washed down in time, so that the observation effect and polishing effect of the silicon spar are affected; therefore, when the hands of a worker pass through the rubber strip 9 and enter the shell 1, initially, the elastic clamping hand 121 is in an open state under the action of the top block 127, the wrist of the worker is firstly moved into the open elastic clamping hand 121, then the worker manually stretches into the other hand, the elastic clamping hand 121 is taken down, the elastic clamping hand 121 is separated from the mounting clamping plate 126, the elastic clamping hand 121 loses the limiting rebound and is clamped at the wrist of the worker, the spar is polished later, when water lubrication needs to be added, water is introduced into the arc-shaped water pipe 124 by controlling the external pump, the water is introduced into the arc-shaped air pipe 122 from the water spraying port 125 to carry out flushing lubrication on the held spar surface along the hand surface, and simultaneously the external pump is controlled to introduce air into the arc-shaped air pipe 122 from the air spraying port 123 along the hand surface, at the moment, the air spraying port 123 and the water spraying port 125 surround the hand surface, so that when the worker holds the spar for movable polishing and observing, the air spraying port 123 and the water spraying port 125 can always move along with the hand to flush the surface of the spar, and the debris sputtered on the hand in time, the polishing effect of the spar is improved, and when the spar is observed, the gap control water jet 125 stops working and blows water and debris from the surface of the silica-spar through the air jet 123 so that the worker can carefully observe the silica-spar, avoiding that the water and debris from the surface can obstruct the observation.

On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 9, the silicon crystal polishing machine further comprises a supporting plate 201 and a screw 202, wherein the supporting plate 201 is connected with the shell 1 in a sliding manner, a worker can support the hands of the worker through the supporting plate 201 when the worker polishes the silicon crystal, the fatigue degree of the long-term handheld processing of the worker is reduced, the polishing stability is improved, the screw 202 is connected with the shell 1 through bolts, and the screw 202 is in contact with the bottom of the supporting plate 201.
The support plate 201 is provided with a silica gel cushion block, so that a worker can conveniently place and support the support by hand.
On the basis of the above embodiment, when a worker polishes the hand-held silicon crystal, the hand of the worker needs to be continuously kept in a suspended state for polishing, and is easy to cause fatigue for a long time, therefore, when polishing, the hand of the worker is supported on the supporting plate 201 by being placed, the fatigue degree of the long-term hand-held processing of the worker is reduced, the polishing stability is improved, and the screw 202 is rotated through the accessible, so that the height of the supporting plate 201 is adjusted to adapt to different use requirements.
