The driving assembly 4 is shown in fig. 7 and is a power source for cleaning the filter screen 56 and the impurities adhered to the inner wall of the waste collecting hopper 55;
The driving assembly 4 comprises a hydraulic cylinder 41, a motor 42 and a connecting plate 43, the connecting plate 43 is rotationally connected with the waste discharge pipe 6 through a bearing seat, the motor 42 is installed on the connecting plate 43, the motor 42 drives the waste discharge pipe 6 to rotate in a waste collection hopper 55 through a gear set 44, the gear set 44 comprises a driving gear and a transmission gear, the driving gear is installed at the output end of the motor 42, the transmission gear is installed on the waste discharge pipe 6, the hydraulic cylinder 41 for driving the motor 42 to move in the vertical direction is further arranged below the motor 42, and the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder 41 is installed on the ground.
The working principle of the device is that when lubricating oil is processed, the device is firstly powered on and connected with an external PLC control unit, lubricating oil is input from a feed pipeline 13 and enters a feed chamber 16 of a shell 1, the lubricating oil enters a filter cartridge 5 and is filtered by a filter screen 56, enters a discharge chamber 17, and then is discharged out of the shell 1 through a discharge pipeline 14, so that the primary impurity removal processing of the lubricating oil is finished, the lubricating oil at the discharge pipeline 14 is extracted for detection, if the detected product is qualified, the detected product is stored, and if the detected product is unqualified, the detected product is input into the shell 1 from the feed pipeline 13 again, and the impurity removal processing is carried out again until the detected product is qualified;
When impurities in the lubricating oil are intercepted by the filter screen 56, the impurities adhere to the filter screen 56, the meshes on the filter screen 56 are gradually blocked along with the increase of the processing time, the pressure difference between the feeding chamber 16 and the discharging chamber 17 occurs, the pressure in the feeding chamber 16 is gradually increased, the sliding chamber is a closed chamber, when the impurity removing equipment does not work, the sliding chamber is consistent with the pressure in the feeding chamber 16, but along with the increase of the pressure in the feeding chamber 16, the pressure receiving plate 534 is pushed to slide in the brush plate 531, the space of the closed chamber is reduced, the pressure in the closed chamber is consistent with the pressure in the feeding chamber 16, the connecting rod 535 is driven to slide on the mounting plate 533, the spring 536 is compressed, the brush plate 531 is pushed to slide in the plate frame 532, bristles on the brush plate 531 are contacted with the mounting frame 51 in the filter cartridge 5, the bristles are bent, along with the increase of the pressure in the feeding chamber 16, the pressure sensor 3 on the sealing head 12 transmits a pressure signal to the PLC control unit, and the PLC control unit controls the driving assembly 4 to work, so that the filter screen 56 in the filter cartridge 5 is cleaned;
The hydraulic cylinder 41 is controlled to work and shrink to drive the motor 42 and the connecting plate 43 to move downwards, meanwhile, the waste discharge pipe 6 is driven to move downwards, an oil seal is arranged between the waste discharge pipe 6 and the waste collection bucket 55, oil leakage is avoided, meanwhile, sliding and rotation of the waste discharge pipe 6 are not affected, the waste discharge pipe 6 is driven to move downwards, meanwhile, the cleaning rod 7 is driven to move downwards, as the cleaning part 72 of the cleaning rod 7 is attached to the inner wall of the waste collection bucket 55 and cannot move downwards, the cleaning part 72 and the clamping part 71 are enabled to rotate by taking the connection part of the cleaning part 72 and the hinge part 73 as a supporting point, the torsion spring between the hinge part 73 and the waste discharge pipe 6 is accumulated, meanwhile, the cleaning part 72 and the inner wall of the waste collection bucket 55 are not attached, so that the clamping part 71 is embedded into the groove 57 on the lower annular plate 54, the work of the hydraulic cylinder 41 is stopped, the motor 42 is controlled to rotate, the waste discharge pipe 6 is driven to rotate by the gear set 44, the cleaning rod 7 and the lower annular plate 54 are driven to rotate, the cleaning plate 53 is not only driven to brush the filter cloth 56, but also enabled to move to the filter cloth 56, and the impurity collection equipment is not to be continuously cleaned, and impurities are not accumulated, and the impurity collection equipment is not moved, and the impurity collection equipment is not carried out under the action of the filter cloth is continuously;
When the filter screen 56 is cleaned, as the pressure on two sides of the filter cartridge 5 is gradually balanced, the brush plate 531 is retracted in the plate frame 532, the pressure receiving plate 534 is reset under the action of the spring 536 and the pressure in the sealing chamber, the cleaning plate 53 is reset under the drive of the driving component 4, the hydraulic cylinder 41 is controlled to work and extend, and the cleaning rod 7 is driven to reset under the action of the elasticity of the torsion spring, so that the cleaning part 72 is attached to the inner wall of the waste collection hopper 55;
After the filter cylinder 5 is cleaned for a plurality of times, impurities in the waste collection hopper 55 are accumulated and are required to be removed, at the moment, impurity removal equipment is controlled to stop running, lubricating oil in the equipment is completely discharged from the discharge pipeline 14, a valve at the bottom of the waste discharge pipe 6 is opened, impurities in the waste collection hopper 55 are discharged along the waste discharge pipe 6, but part of impurities are adhered to the inner wall of the waste collection hopper 55, at the moment, the motor 42 is controlled to work and rotate to drive the waste discharge pipe 6 to rotate, so that a cleaning part 72 in the cleaning rod 7 is driven to scrape and clean the inner wall of the waste collection hopper 55, the cleaning part 72 is obliquely arranged, and the impurities are pushed downwards while scraping and are discharged from the waste discharge pipe 6, so that the discharging and cleaning of the impurities are completed.
