In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the massage machine core with both clamping and kneading and knocking massage, which combines the clamping and kneading and knocking massage modes, and a user can select or enjoy two massage effects simultaneously according to own needs, so that more comprehensive and deep massage experience is obtained.

The invention provides a massage machine core with both pinch and strike massage, which comprises a machine body, a motor with a first shaft side and a pair of massage arms arranged at intervals on two sides of the motor, wherein the first shaft side of the motor drives the pair of massage arms through a pinch driving mechanism to implement pinch massage, the motor also comprises a second shaft side opposite to the first shaft side, the second shaft side drives the pair of massage arms through a strike driving mechanism to implement strike massage, the strike driving mechanism comprises an eccentric cam which is rotationally jointed to the second shaft side in a driving way, a linkage rod, the middle part of the linkage rod is provided with a jogged part which is movably jogged with the outer peripheral surface of the eccentric cam, so that two ends of the linkage rod move as a rocker under the driving of the eccentric cam, one end of the guide rod is movably connected to one massage arm, the other end of the guide rod is movably connected to one end of the linkage rod, and when the linkage rod moves as a rocker, the two ends of the guide rod can respectively drive one massage arm through the guide rod to enable the pair of massage arms to implement the strike massage alternately.

Further, the eccentric cam is coupled to the second shaft side by a one-way bearing, and is dynamically decoupled from the second shaft side of the motor to allow the pair of massage arms to perform only the kneading massage when the motor is rotated in the forward direction, and is dynamically coupled to the second shaft side of the motor to allow the pair of massage arms to perform both the kneading and the knocking massage when the motor is rotated in the reverse direction.
Further, the first end of the guiding rod is provided with a pivoting hole pivoted with the massage arm, and the second end of the guiding rod is provided with a spherical hinge part pivoted with the end part of the linkage rod.
Further, limiting plates are respectively arranged at two ends of the linkage rod, and ball socket parts matched with the spherical hinge parts are defined between the limiting plates and the ends of the linkage rod.
Further, a phase difference exists between both of the pair of massage arms, and preferably, the angle of the phase difference is 1-8 °.
Further, the kneading driving mechanism comprises a rotating shaft in transmission engagement with the first shaft side of the motor, and a pair of eccentric wheels which are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the rotating shaft, and the pair of massage arms are respectively and correspondingly movably engaged with the pair of eccentric wheels so as to output kneading massage actions.

As a preferred embodiment, the kneading machine further comprises a first kneading arm and a second kneading arm which are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the rotary shaft, the first kneading arm is coupled to the rotary shaft via a first deflection wheel, and the second kneading arm is coupled to the rotary shaft via a second deflection wheel, so that the first kneading arm and the second kneading arm are moved toward or away from each other in the left-right direction to output kneading massage actions.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following technical effects:

The knocking driving mechanism adopts the combined design of the eccentric cam and the linkage rod, and enables a pair of massage arms to alternately implement knocking massage through the rocker motion principle, so that the design not only simplifies a transmission structure, but also improves the accuracy and the strength of knocking actions, ensures the high efficiency of a massage effect, and realizes the compact design of the structure by arranging two shaft sides with different functions on the same motor to respectively drive the clamping and the knocking massage.

Referring to fig. 1 to 11, the present invention provides a massage machine core with both pinch and strike massage, comprising a machine body 1, a motor 21 and a massage assembly 3, wherein the massage assembly 3 comprises a pair of massage arms arranged at two sides of the motor 21 at intervals, the motor 21 has a first shaft side and a second shaft side which are oppositely arranged, the first shaft side of the motor 21 drives the pair of massage arms through a pinch driving mechanism to implement pinch massage, the second shaft side of the motor 21 drives the pair of massage arms through a strike driving mechanism to implement strike massage, the strike driving mechanism comprises an eccentric cam 6 which is rotationally engaged to the second shaft side, a linkage rod 4, the middle part of the linkage rod is provided with an engagement part which is movably engaged with the outer circumferential surface of the eccentric cam 6 to enable two ends of the linkage rod 4 to move as a plate under the driving of the eccentric cam 6, one end of the guide rod is movably connected to one massage arm, the other end of the guide rod is movably connected to one end of the linkage rod 4, and the linkage rod 4 is enabled to implement massage by the pair of massage arms respectively when the linkage rod 4 moves as a plate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the two massage modes of clamping and kneading and knocking are combined, a user can select or enjoy two massage effects simultaneously according to own needs, so that more comprehensive and deep massage experience is obtained, the softness of the clamping and kneading massage is combined with the strength of the knocking massage, muscle fatigue and tension can be relieved more effectively, in addition, the knocking driving mechanism adopts the combined design of the eccentric cam 6 and the linkage rod 4, and the knocking massage can be alternately implemented by the massage arm through the rocker motion principle.
As a preferred embodiment, the eccentric cam 6 is engaged on the second shaft side by means of a one-way bearing 7, when the motor 21 rotates forward, the eccentric cam 6 is in dynamic decoupling with the second shaft side of the motor 21 so that the pair of massage arms only perform kneading massage, and when the motor 21 rotates backward, the eccentric cam 6 is in dynamic decoupling with the second shaft side of the motor 21, which means that the motor 21 rotates forward, the one-way bearing 7 only supports the eccentric cam 6 and the motor 21, so that the pair of massage arms only perform kneading massage, and when the motor 21 rotates backward, the eccentric cam 6 is in dynamic coupling with the second shaft side of the motor 21 so that the pair of massage arms simultaneously perform kneading massage and knocking massage, and when the motor 21 rotates backward, the eccentric cam 6 rotates along with the motor 21 under the action of the one-way bearing 7 so that the driving lever 4 moves as to make the pair of massage arms perform kneading massage simultaneously, and the two massage arms perform the full-scale massage simultaneously, or the two-way massage can achieve the full-scale massage effect through the full-of the one-way bearing 7, and the user can enjoy the full-scale massage effect according to the requirements.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the pair of massage arms includes a first massage arm 31 and a second massage arm 32 which are disposed opposite to each other, and when the motor 21 rotates in opposite directions, the linkage rod 4 moves as a rocker under the driving of the eccentric cam 6, so that the first massage arm 31 and the second massage arm 32 can alternately perform the knocking massage and the pinching action, and the two massage arms are associated by the linkage rod 4, so that the force and the frequency of each knocking are more uniform, the problem of uneven force or abrupt frequency change which may occur is avoided, the uniform knocking effect can better stimulate muscles and acupoints, promote blood circulation, relieve muscular tension and pain, and achieve better massaging effect and comfort. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape, size or installation position of the eccentric cam 6 can be changed, so that the knocking force, frequency and range of the massage arm can be easily adjusted, and the personalized requirements of different users can be met. Of course, the massage machine core in this embodiment also has the advantage of compact structure, reasonable design, and can be adjusted according to different massage demands and user preference.
Specifically, one end of the guiding rod is movably connected to a massage arm, the other end of the guiding rod is movably connected to one end of the linkage rod 4, and when the linkage rod 4 moves in a seesaw manner, the two ends of the linkage rod can respectively drive the massage arm through the guiding rod, so that the pair of massage arms can alternately perform knocking massage. The two ends of the linkage rod 4 are respectively provided with a first end 41 and a second end 42, the first massage arm 31 and the first end 41 are movably connected through the first guide rod 51, the second massage arm 32 and the second end 42 are movably connected through the second guide rod 52, so that the stability of the movement of the first massage arm 31 and the second massage arm 32 is ensured, the two ends of the first guide rod 51 and the second guide rod 52 are respectively provided with a first joint part 51a and a second joint part 51b, the first joint part 51a is formed into a pin joint hole extending in the left-right direction, the second joint part 51b is formed into a ball joint part, the middle part of the linkage rod 4 is provided with a center hole, the center hole is movably sleeved on the second shaft side of the motor 21, so that the rod 4 moves as to enable the left end part and the right end part of the linkage rod 4 to be provided with a limit plate 31 and the second end part of the second massage arm 4 are respectively clamped between the first joint part and the second end part 41 a, and the ball joint part of the ball joint part 4 can be fixedly connected with the ball joint part 4a, and the limit plate 41 is formed between the two end parts of the first guide rod and the second end part 4a and the ball joint part 4.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, one end of the first massage arm 31 has a first collar fitted to the first eccentric wheel 24, and the other end thereof extends in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the rotation shaft 23 and is formed with a first massage protrusion at the end; the massage device comprises a first sleeve ring, a first massage protrusion, a second sleeve ring, a second massage arm 32, a second guide rod 52, a second pivot shaft, a second guide rod 52, a massage plate and a massage plate, wherein a first pivot part pivoted with the first guide rod 51 is arranged between the first sleeve ring and the first massage protrusion, a first joint shaft for combining the first guide rod 51 is penetrated through the first pivot part, the first joint shaft sequentially penetrates through a hole in the first pivot part and a pivot hole of the first guide rod 51, so that the first massage arm 31 can move around the first joint shaft, the first end 41 of the linkage rod 4 is related with the movement of the first massage arm 31, one end of the second massage arm 32 is provided with the second sleeve ring which is embedded into the second eccentric wheel 25, the other end of the second massage arm extends along the direction perpendicular to the axial direction, and is provided with the second massage protrusion at the tail end, the second sleeve ring and the second massage protrusion are sequentially penetrated through a hole in the second pivot part pivoted with the second guide rod 52, the second joint shaft for combining the second guide rod 52 is penetrated through the second joint shaft for combining the second guide rod 52, the second joint shaft is sequentially penetrated through the second guide rod 52, and the second pivot hole in the second guide rod 52 is related with the second massage arm 4, and the massage plate can move around the second end of the linkage rod 4 alternately, and the massage plate can move around the second massage arm 4 is related with the second massage plate, and the massage plate can massage body is more comfortable.
The massage machine core of the invention skillfully connects the first massage arm 31 and the second massage arm 32 together through the linkage rod 4, thereby realizing the close fit and mutual support between the two. In the knocking process, the vibration and the deflection of the massage arm are effectively controlled, and even in a high-speed or high-strength knocking mode, stable massage track and force can be kept.
In order to better make the first massage arm 31 and the second massage arm 32 continuously and alternately output the beating massage actions, a phase difference exists between the first massage arm 31 and the second massage arm 32, preferably, the angle of the phase difference is 1-8 degrees, still preferably, the angle of the phase difference is 2-4 degrees, so that the alternating beating actions between the first massage arm 31 and the second massage arm 32 are satisfied, the comfort and the efficiency of massage are improved, and the massage device can be flexibly designed according to the use requirement. Specifically, the first eccentric wheel 24 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 23 by a first pin shaft, the second eccentric wheel 25 is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft 23 by a second pin shaft, the left side and the right side of the rotating shaft 23 are respectively provided with a first pin hole and a second pin hole which are matched with the first pin shaft and the second pin shaft, so that installation and positioning are facilitated, a phase difference between the first pin shaft and the second pin shaft is 2-4 degrees as a preferred implementation mode, the massage assembly 3 can output a more natural massage effect, and of course, in other implementation modes, the first pin shaft and the second pin shaft are kept in parallel, but the phase difference between the first eccentric wheel 24 and the second eccentric wheel 25 is 2-4 degrees, specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the first eccentric wheel 24 is provided with an eccentric shaft hole through which the rotating shaft 23 passes, and a pin shaft groove matched with the first pin shaft, and the pin groove of the first eccentric wheel 24 and the second eccentric wheel 25 has a phase difference, so that the phase difference between the first eccentric wheel 24 and the second eccentric wheel 25 is ensured to be 2-4 degrees, and the second massage arm is implemented in a mode of 32 degrees.
As shown in fig. 4, the massage assembly 3 further comprises a first kneading arm 33 and a second kneading arm 34 which are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 23, the first kneading arm 33 is jointed to the rotating shaft 23 through a first deflection wheel 26, the second kneading arm 34 is jointed to the rotating shaft 23 through a second deflection wheel 27, the first kneading arm 33 and the second kneading arm 34 are mutually close to or far away from each other in the left-right direction to output kneading massage motions, the first deflection wheel 26 is in nested fit with the first eccentric wheel 24, the second deflection wheel 27 is in nested fit with the second eccentric wheel 25, the rotating shaft 23 can synchronously drive the first massage arm 31, the second massage arm 32, the first kneading arm 33 and the second kneading arm 34 to move, the first massage arm 31 and the second massage arm 32 massage the body of a user, the first kneading arm 33 and the second kneading arm 34 press the kneading unit to press the body of the user, and the second kneading unit can better simulate the hand massage by mutual fit.
The first kneading arm 33 and the second kneading arm 34 are symmetrically disposed, and the connection structure of the first eccentric wheel 26 and the first eccentric wheel 24 and the connection structure of the second eccentric wheel 27 and the second eccentric wheel 25 are the same, and the first kneading arm 33 will be further described below.
Further, as shown in fig. 11, the first deflection wheel 26 includes a balance body 261 and a balance cover 262, the balance body 261 has a tilting shaft portion 261a tilting relative to the body 1, and the balance cover 262, the tilting shaft portion 261a and the balance body 261 define an annular space having a tilting angle, the first end portion 41 of the first kneading arm 33 has a collar portion movably fitted in the annular space, the second end portion 42 of the first kneading arm 33 has a pair of kneading massage heads to perform a kneading massage action on the user's body, and further, in order to improve the swing stability of the first kneading arm 33, the first end portion 41 back of the first kneading arm 33 has a guide post 35 extending toward the body 1 side, and a guide groove 36 cooperating with the guide post 35 is formed on the body 1, thereby guiding the precise movement of the first kneading arm 33, improving the massage accuracy and massage effect.
As shown in fig. 10, the first eccentric wheel 24 has a connection protrusion 241, the first eccentric wheel 26 has a connection groove 261b adapted to the connection protrusion 241, the connection protrusion 241 can be embedded into the connection groove 261b, so that the first eccentric wheel 24 and the first eccentric wheel 26 can rotate synchronously, in this embodiment, the connection protrusion 241 includes a semi-annular protrusion and a cylinder extending towards one side of the first eccentric wheel 26 in sequence, and the cylinder is provided with at least one, in this embodiment, the cylinder is provided with three connection grooves 261b having a blocking block adapted to the semi-annular protrusion, and three cylindrical grooves capable of receiving the cylinder.
In this embodiment, the driving device 2 includes a motor 21, a gear transmission mechanism 22 and a rotation shaft 23, the motor 21 is disposed in the machine body 1, the gear transmission mechanism 22 includes a worm in transmission connection with the motor 21, a transmission gear for driving the rotation shaft 23 to rotate, and a gear set for combining the worm and the transmission gear, and the output power of the motor 21 is output to the rotation shaft 23 through the gear transmission mechanism 22, so as to drive the first massage arm 31, the second massage arm 32, the first kneading arm 33 and the second kneading arm 34 to act under the action of the first eccentric wheel 24, the second eccentric wheel 25, the first deflection sleeve and the second deflection sleeve, thereby forming a massage action simulating kneading and pressing of a human hand, and increasing the diversity and comfort of massage.
The invention also provides a neck massager, which comprises the massaging machine core with both clamping and kneading and knocking massaging functions, and when the neck massager is used, a user can control the forward and reverse rotation of the motor 21 through the controller, so that only clamping and kneading massaging functions are selected or clamping and kneading massaging functions and knocking massaging functions are enjoyed at the same time, and the shoulder and neck massaging effect is improved.
The invention also provides a massaging machine which comprises the massaging machine core and has good massaging comfort, and the massaging machine can be a shoulder and neck massaging device. In some embodiments, the massage assembly 3 may massage multiple parts of the user, such as the shoulders, waist, or legs of the user. Thus, the massager can be, but is not limited to, a shoulder and neck massager, a waist massager, a leg massager or the like, and can be a seat massager for massaging the entire back of a user.
