Claims (10)

1. A data processing method for client relationship management, which is characterized by being applied to a terminal device in a client relationship management system, wherein the client relationship management system comprises the terminal device and a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
Responding to a rule configuration operation of a user, sending a rule configuration file indicated by the rule configuration operation to the server so that the server determines a plurality of trigger rule pools and a plurality of processing rule pools according to the rule configuration file, wherein the rule configuration operation comprises an input operation aiming at a rule configuration operation box in a first interface, a plurality of trigger rules in the plurality of trigger rule pools are used for classifying business relations of the client, and a plurality of processing rules in the plurality of processing rule pools are used for processing the business relations of the client;
receiving the plurality of trigger rule pools and the plurality of processing rule pools sent by the server;
determining a plurality of business relation scenes in response to scene configuration operation of the user, wherein the scene configuration operation comprises input operation aiming at a scene configuration operation box in a second interface, and the plurality of business relation scenes are used for representing corresponding relations between the plurality of trigger rule pools and the plurality of processing rule pools;
and sending the plurality of business relationship scenes to the server so that the server determines a target client relationship corresponding to the target client according to a processing rule pool corresponding to the target business relationship scene corresponding to the target client, wherein the target client relationship is used for representing the association relationship between the target client and corresponding target related personnel.

The method of claim 1, wherein the scenario configuration operation box comprises a plurality of scenario name input boxes, a plurality of trigger rule pool configuration boxes and a plurality of processing rule pool configuration boxes, the plurality of scenario name input boxes are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of trigger rule pool configuration boxes, the plurality of scenario name input boxes are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of processing rule pool configuration boxes, the determining a plurality of business relationship scenarios in response to the user's scenario configuration operation comprises:

The method of any of claims 1 or 2, wherein the rule configuration file includes sample customer information for a plurality of sample customers and sample personnel information for sample personnel corresponding to each of the plurality of sample customers and sample customer relationships indicating associations between the corresponding sample customer and associated personnel in each of the corresponding at least one relationship hierarchy, the sending the rule configuration file indicated by the rule configuration operation to the server in response to a rule configuration operation of a user to cause the server to determine a plurality of trigger rule pools and a plurality of process rule pools from the rule configuration file, comprising:
