In one embodiment, the positioning bosses 22 and the positioning holes 4b are provided with a plurality of groups, at least one group of positioning bosses 22 has magnetism, and the inner wall of the corresponding positioning hole 4b can be magnetically attracted by the positioning bosses 22 having magnetism.
In this embodiment, when the cooling main body 4 of the fuel cell radiator is assembled and the cooling main body 4 is close to the bottle rack 2, since the positioning boss 22 can magnetically attract the inner wall of the positioning hole 4b, automatic adsorption and accurate positioning are performed, and the assembly convenience is further improved. It should be noted that, in an embodiment, a set of positioning bosses 22 may also be provided in a conical form for guiding.

In the embodiment, the integration scheme of the hydrogen storage system and the fuel cell radiator is adopted, the integration scheme of the air conditioner compressor of the cab 30 and the power cell cooling unit is adopted, the integrated air conditioner compressor is arranged between the upper right side of the frame 1 and the lower wing surface of the cab 30, meanwhile, the arrangement of the high-pressure accessories 5 at the bottom of the hydrogen storage system is canceled, and the high-pressure accessories 5 are all arranged on the side surface of the frame 1 and do not generate any shielding with the bottom of the hydrogen storage system.
The integrated hydrogen storage system integrates the hydrogen storage bottle 3, the bottle rack 2 and the fuel cell radiator, and adopts a single-row large bottle group scheme, and the volume is 4 x 390L. The fuel cell radiator is arranged on the side face of the bottle frame 2, the total external width is ensured not to exceed the requirement of regulations, and a grid is arranged on the skin of one face of the bottle frame 2 on which the fuel cell radiator is arranged to ensure heat dissipation.
Because the fuel cell radiator is arranged on the side face of the bottle rack 2 of the hydrogen storage system, and the overall external length is longer and is close to 2.5m, the judgment of the operator on hoisting and accurate positioning can be affected, and a set of device which is simpler and can automatically and accurately position is required to be arranged, so that the installation convenience is ensured, and the efficiency is improved.
Therefore, the cooling body 4 of the fuel cell radiator adopts an eight-point fixing mode, and when the fuel cell radiator falls down and contacts, automatic positioning can be realized through the positioning boss 22 and the positioning hole 4b, and the cooling body 4 is limited to move radially on the positioning boss 22 after positioning, so that the installation is convenient. Specifically, the upper end, the left side and the right side of the refrigeration main body 4 are respectively provided with two waist round holes, and are respectively fixed with the top, the left side and the right side of the side surface of the bottle rack 2 by bolts and nuts.
Specifically, after the fuel cell radiator is close to the hydrogen storage system, the magnetic positioning groove structure is adopted to automatically adsorb and accurately position the fuel cell radiator. And use circular boss structure, easily laminate the integrated scheme of accurate location in step.
And two mounting triangular frames 41 are adopted at the top of the refrigeration main body 4, so that the direct hooking is realized during hoisting, the left-right balance of the radiator of the battery system is maintained, and the left-right alignment degree of the radiator of the fuel cell and the bottle frame 2 of the hydrogen storage system is more facilitated.
Wherein, bottle holder 2 has arranged two circular cone guide structures that match, all is the metal material, and takes a magnet boss in circular cone guide structure of bottle holder 2 side, when the fuel cell radiator is close enough to bottle holder 2, then can hold the fuel cell radiator through magnetic force, and the toper provides good axial direction, the deviation of compatible alignment that can be better.
The integrated temperature control unit 7 integrates an air-conditioning compressor originally arranged on the side surface of the frame 1 and below the cab 30 with a compressor of a power battery cooling system, shares one compressor, is integrated in a new power battery water cooling unit, and is arranged in a space between the lower wing surface of the right side of the frame 1 and below the cab 30, namely, the integrated temperature control unit 7 is an integrated water cooling unit.
The traditional scheme of arranging the all-in-one controller 51 and the high-voltage distribution box 52 at the bottom of the hydrogen storage system is canceled, but the high-voltage distribution box 52 and the all-in-one controller 51 are arranged above the battery support 6 on the right side of the frame 1, and any part of the upper plane of the battery support 6 on the two sides of the frame 1 is not shielded with the bottom of the bottle rack 2 of the hydrogen storage system, so that the maintenance is facilitated.
