The electrode holder is a tool for electric welding operation and is generally composed of a jaw, a spring, an insulating part, a tubular structure and a cable connecting interface, wherein the jaw is used for clamping welding rods and is respectively positioned at the tail ends of two handles, the two handles are movably connected through a pin shaft and then are clamped with the spring for assisting in clamping the welding rods, the tail end of each handle is provided with the insulating part, the insulating part of one handle is internally provided with the cable connecting interface for connecting the cable of the electric welding equipment, and the cable interface is internally provided with a metal gasket in a needed way and the gasket is tightly propped against the wire by means of a screw, so that the automatic assembly fixture for the electrode holder is designed.

The invention aims to provide a clamp for automatically assembling an electric welding clamp, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.

2. For the Z-shaped handle, the other end of the Z-shaped handle is limited and fixed through the lower limiting unit, so that the two handles can be conveniently and stably moved relatively and assembled.
3. The two handles are relatively close by means of the electric sliding rail, so that the pin shaft and the spring are convenient to install.
4. When installing the cable, the gasket can be jacked into the cable interface of the handle by utilizing the force application unit, so that manual beating installation is not needed, and time and labor are saved.
5. The device can be correspondingly adjusted according to the actual size of the handle and the electrode holders, and has stronger universality.

As a further solution of the present invention, a pad seat on the clamping screw 328 can be located between the first clamping unit 31 and the second clamping unit 41 for design requirements, so as to realize clamping and fixing of the other ends of handles with different sizes.
