Driven by the driven belt 29, the top two sets of rotating shafts 26 and the skip 27 are turned outwards and further convey the residual sesame into the collection tank 7. At this time, excessive moisture in the sesame can be discharged through the drain pipe 36, the sesame falls onto the conveyor belt 38, and at this time, the sesame is flattened and spread onto the conveyor belt 38 under the action of the L-shaped rolling frame 41, thereby further increasing the drying area.
Referring to fig. 3-4, a blowing structure 23 is further disposed at the top of the sliding rod 8, the blowing structure 23 includes a plurality of sets of air pipes 25 facing two sides, and a fan 24 is further disposed at the top of the blowing structure 23.
In this embodiment, the cleaned sesame residue floats on the upper surface of the cleaning tank 1 during operation, and the blowing structure 23 is designed to blow the sesame residue to the vicinity of the rotary shaft 26 and the skip 27 in order to collect the sesame residue and perform the subsequent secondary processing treatment to thereby improve the utilization rate.
Referring to fig. 3 to 4, toothed plates 19 are arranged on inner walls of front and rear sides of the cleaning tank 1, mounting seats 20 are arranged on two sides of the moving cleaning frame 10, a traveling gear 21 meshed with the toothed plates 19 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the mounting seats 20, and rolling brushes 22 are arranged on two sides of the traveling gear 21.
In this embodiment, a small amount of sesame is attached to the inner wall of the washing tank 1 during the operation, and the subsequent operation is affected after a long period of use. When the movable cleaning frame 10 reciprocates up and down along the slide bar 8, the travelling gear 21 drives the rolling brushes 22 on two sides to intermittently and reversely rotate under the meshing of the toothed plate 19, so that the inner wall of the cleaning pool 1 is cleaned.
Referring to fig. 3-6, bearings 17 matched with the first crankshaft 12 and the second crankshaft 13 are arranged on the outer walls of the two sides of the protection cover 15.
In the present embodiment, when the two sets of the interlocking gears 14 are engaged with each other to rotate, in order to limit the first crankshaft 12 and the second crankshaft 13 by the protection cover 15, thereby ensuring that the interlocking gears 14 are maintained in an engaged state, two sets of bearings 17 are designed.
Referring to fig. 3-4, a deposition bin 2 is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning tank 1, a horizontal discharge pipe 3 is arranged in the middle of the deposition bin 2, a screw shaft 33 is rotatably arranged in the discharge pipe 3, one side of a first crankshaft 12 penetrates through a fixed cleaning frame 9 and the cleaning tank 1, and the first crankshaft 12 is connected with the screw shaft 33 through a linkage belt 34.
In this embodiment, the spray nozzle 11 may be used to rinse sesame or stir the washing tank 1. After the flushing, the residual sesame floats on the water surface, and the complete sesame is deposited in the deposition bin 2. When the lifting motor 32 drives the first crankshaft 12 to rotate, the screw shaft 33 rotates in the discharge pipe 3 and discharges sesame under the drive of the linkage belt 34, so that the subsequent drying treatment is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a discharging motor 30 is further installed at a side of the cleaning tank 1, and an output end of the discharging motor 30 is connected with one of the discharging gears 28 through a driving belt 31.
In this embodiment, when the discharging motor 30 drives the discharging gear 28 located at the rightmost side to rotate clockwise through the driving belt 31, the discharging gear 28 located at the left side rotates counterclockwise due to the mutual engagement of the two sets of discharging gears 28. Simultaneously, under the drive of the driven belt 29, the two groups of rotating shafts 26 and the tipping bucket 27 at the top are turned outwards, and the residual sesame is further conveyed into the collecting tank 7.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, a lifting motor 32 is further installed on the outer wall of the cleaning tank 1, and an output end of the lifting motor 32 is connected with the other end of the first crankshaft 12.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the upper and lower sets of interlocking gears 14 are maintained in a meshed state, a protective cover 15 is also movably provided between the first crankshaft 12 and the second crankshaft 13. When the lifting motor 32 drives the first crankshaft 12 to rotate, the cleaning frame 10 moves up and down along the slide bar 8 under the meshing drive of the linkage gear 14.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a valve 4 is installed at the outlet of the discharge pipe 3, and a liquid inlet pipe 5 and an observation window 6 are further arranged on the side surface of the cleaning tank 1.
In this embodiment, the valve 4 is designed to control the opening and closing of the discharge pipe 3, thereby further controlling the discharge of sesame. In order to facilitate the observation of the internal working conditions of the washing tank 1, an observation window 6 is designed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a control panel 35 is further provided on the outer wall of the cleaning tank 1, and sliding bases 18 matched with the sliding rods 8 are provided on both sides of the moving cleaning frame 10.
In this embodiment, a slider 18 is designed to ensure that the moving cleaning frame 10 reciprocates up and down along the slide bars 8 on both sides.
Referring to fig. 7, a drain pipe 36 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the drain pipe 3, a filter screen 37 is arranged at the inlet of the drain pipe 36, a conveying belt 38 matched with the drain pipe 3 is further arranged on the side surface of the cleaning tank 1, a top frame 39 is arranged at the top of the conveying belt 38, a plurality of groups of heating rods 40 are arranged on the top wall of the top frame 39, and an L-shaped grinding frame 41 is fixedly arranged above the conveying belt 38.
In this embodiment, the cleaned sesame is discharged along with the discharge pipe 3, and the excessive moisture in the sesame is discharged through the discharge pipe 36. Sesame falls onto the conveyor belt 38, and the sesame is flattened and spread onto the conveyor belt 38 under the action of the L-shaped roller frame 41, thereby further increasing the drying area.
The working principle of the invention is that the cleaning tank 1, the movable cleaning frame 10 and the rotating shaft 26. When the device works, firstly sesame raw materials and water are input into the cleaning tank 1 through the liquid inlet pipe 5, and then the lifting motor 32, the blanking motor 30 and the fan 24 are started through the control panel 35. When the lifting motor 32 drives the first crankshaft 12 to rotate, the moving cleaning frame 10 can reciprocate up and down along the slide bar 8 under the meshing drive of the linkage gear 14, so that cleaning and stirring treatments can be carried out at positions with different depths. When the discharging motor 30 drives the discharging gear 28 located at the rightmost side to rotate clockwise through the driving belt 31, the discharging gear 28 located at the left side rotates counterclockwise due to the mutual engagement of the two sets of discharging gears 28. Simultaneously, the fan 24 blows the floating residual sesame to the vicinity of the rotating shaft 26 and the tipping bucket 27 at both sides through the air pipes 25 at both sides. Driven by the driven belt 29, the top two sets of rotating shafts 26 and the skip 27 are turned outwards and further convey the residual sesame into the collection tank 7. In addition, when the lifting motor 32 drives the first crankshaft 12 to rotate, the screw shaft 33 rotates in the discharge pipe 3 and discharges the cleaned sesame under the driving of the linkage belt 34. At this time, excessive moisture in the sesame is discharged through the drain pipe 36, the sesame falls onto the conveyor belt 38, and the sesame is flattened and spread on the conveyor belt 38 under the action of the L-shaped rolling frame 41, so that the sesame is sufficiently heated and dehumidified by the plurality of groups of heating rods 40.
