Description

Atomization device convenient for comprehensive self-cleaning and method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of atomization treatment equipment, in particular to an atomization device and an atomization method convenient for comprehensive self-cleaning.
Background
The greenhouse is a building which takes the lighting covering material as the material of all or part of the enclosure structure and can be used for cultivating plants in winter or other seasons unsuitable for the growth of open field plants. The crops such as vegetables, fresh flowers and the like are planted in the greenhouse, and operations such as spraying, fertilizing, pesticide application and the like are needed. In order to enhance the effect of spraying, fertilizing and dosing, it is generally necessary to atomize the liquid containing the drug or fertilizer with an atomizing device. Therefore, the atomizing device is an important device in greenhouses. The atomizing device of the existing greenhouse comprises two types, wherein one type is fixed equipment, a plurality of spray heads are arranged in the greenhouse and connected with an atomizing mechanism, and the type of structure needs more pipelines and spray heads and has high overall equipment investment. One type is mobile equipment, an atomization device is fixed on a track, and the atomization device is driven to move through track movement, so that the integral atomization spraying of the greenhouse is realized. The atomizing spray heads in the structure are generally fixed, and the spray height cannot be conveniently adjusted, so that the applicability of the atomizing spray heads is not strong.
The atomizing equipment is common equipment for water supplementing, fertilizer application and pesticide spraying, so that the atomizing equipment needs to be thoroughly cleaned before and after use. However, existing atomizing devices generally do not include self-cleaning devices, or only include a cleaning mechanism for the atomizing container, and are not available for cleaning the spray pipes and spray heads. Because the spraying pipeline and the spray head contain a certain pesticide and chemical fertilizer residues, if the cleaning is incomplete, the pesticide and chemical fertilizer can enter crops along with the lower spraying, and the risks of exceeding the standard of the pesticide residues and chemical fertilizer residues of the crops, blocking equipment and the like are increased.
