The board driving mechanism comprises board up-down air cylinders 531, the board up-down air cylinders 531 are fixed on the sliding block board 513, share a set of left-right power with the auxiliary board 502, the driving ends of the board up-down air cylinders 531 extend downwards and are connected with board 503, the board 503 comprises two inserting parts 532, and the width of two sides of the two inserting parts 532 corresponds to the width of the opened bag mouth.
The width of the outer sides of the two insertion parts 532 of the insert plate 503 is slightly smaller than the width of the inner side of the bag opening after the bag opening is opened by the air suction device. The insert 503 may be of various shapes, and most importantly, the width of the outer sides of the two insertion portions needs to match the width of the inner sides of the bag opening after opening. An inclined surface 533 is formed on the outer side of the lower end of the insertion portion 532. The two insert portions 532 are disposed at a 90 ° angle.
The platen driving mechanism comprises a platen front-back cylinder 541 fixed on the folding bracket, a cylinder plate 542 is fixed at the driving end of the platen front-back cylinder 541, a platen up-down cylinder 543 is fixed on the cylinder plate 542, and a platen 504 is fixed at the driving end of the platen up-down cylinder.
The bag mouth flattening device 600 comprises flattening plates 601 arranged on two sides of the channel, and flattening plate cylinders 602 for driving the two flattening plates to move in opposite directions, wherein the flattening plates 601 correspond to positions below crease lines 803 of the paper bags.
A bag opening and wrapping process flow of a paper bag comprises the following steps:
1) The bag mouth of the paper bag 800 is provided with a triangular auxiliary inner folding line and a bag mouth inner folding line, and the middle sealing at the two sides is completed;
2) Placing the paper bags into a mouth wrapping machine, conveying the paper bags to two side inner gluing devices 200 by a conveying device 100 of the mouth wrapping machine, opening the bag mouth by a bag opening device 700, and gluing the lower parts of bag mouth crease lines 803 in two side inner parts of the paper bags by the gluing devices 200;
3) The paper bag is conveyed to a bag mouth eversion device 300 which everts the front and back faces 802 of the bag mouth by 90 degrees;
4) The paper bags are conveyed to the bag mouth front and back glue spraying device 400, and the bag mouth front and back glue spraying device 400 sprays strip glue on the bag mouth front and back surfaces 802 after being turned outwards;
5) The paper bags are conveyed to a bag opening inward folding device 500, a bag opening device 700 at the bag opening inward folding device 500 opens a bag opening, then an auxiliary plate 502 of the bag opening inward folding device 500 turns a bag opening side face 801 outwards by 90 degrees, then a pressing plate 504 turns a bag opening front face and a bag back face 802 inwards by 90 degrees, then the auxiliary plate turns the bag opening side face 801 inwards by 90 degrees to be above the bag opening front face and the bag back face 802, then a plugboard 503 turns the bag opening front face and the bag opening back face 802 and two side faces 801 downwards, and finally the bag opening device 700 is closed;
6) The paper bag is conveyed to the bag opening flattening device 600, and the bag opening is flattened and shaped.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
1. The bag mouth is provided with a triangular auxiliary inner fold line 806 and a bag mouth fold line 803, paper bags 800 sealed in two sides are placed on a bottom plate 111 of a conveying device 100 of a bag mouth machine, side baffles 109 are propped against the side surfaces of the paper bags, at the moment, a conveying belt swing arm plate 105 is opened to facilitate the placement of the paper bags, after the paper bags are placed in, a swing arm plate cylinder 106 drives the conveying belt swing arm plate 105 to be combined and clamp the lower parts of the paper bags, a side baffle cylinder 110 controls the side baffles 109 to retract, and a synchronous belt servo motor 103 controls a synchronous belt 102 to clamp the paper bags to be conveyed forwards;
2. When the upper scraping spray heads 207 descend to a set position, the glue beating synchronous belt motor 204 drives the glue beating synchronous belt 203 to rotate, so that the upper two scraping spray heads 207 move to the sides of the paper bag (below crease lines), the upper scraping spray heads 207 move sideways and spray glue under the drive of a glue gun cylinder, then glue is sprayed when the lower scraping spray heads 207 move upwards and the like to the set position, and the lower scraping spray heads 207 are reset after the glue beating synchronous belt motor 204 and the glue beating up and down cylinder 201 are sprayed on the two sides, and the bag tensioning device 700 is also closed and stops sucking bags;
3. the paper bags are sent to the bag mouth turning-out device 300 by the conveying device, the air suction mouth of the bag opening device 700 sucks and opens the bag mouth, the turning-out upper and lower driving air cylinders 302 move the outer folded plates 304 downwards into the bag mouth, the lower end faces of the outer folded plates 304 are aligned with bag mouth crease lines 803 (slightly higher than the upper end faces of the datum line pressing plates), the two outer folded plates 304 are in a separated state, then the two air suction mouth frames 706 are closed, the outer folded plates 304 are used for turning-out the bag mouth along the datum line pressing plates 711 of the air suction mouth frames by 90 degrees through the outer folded plates 307, then the air suction mouth frames 706 are retracted, the turning-out upper and lower driving air cylinders 302 move the outer folded plates 304 downwards again, the bag mouth turning-out angle reaches about 170 degrees, then the inner pressure shaping air cylinders 303 are used for mutually approaching the two outer folded plates 304, the inner pressure faces 308 of the two outer folded plates 304 are used for extrusion shaping the bag mouth, and the bag mouth after the outer folded-out can only rebound to a range approaching 90 degrees due to the extrusion shaping effect, and the bag mouth can be conveniently retracted for glue spraying work after the bag mouth is turned-over;
4. the paper bag is sent to the lower part of the bag mouth front and back glue spraying device 400 by the conveying device, and the bag mouth front and back glue spraying device sprays strip glue on the front and back surfaces of the bag mouth after being turned outwards;
5. the transport means delivers the paper bag under the bag opening tuck-in device 500,
① . After the suction device 700 sucks the front and back 804 of the paper bag, the bag mouth is opened;
② . The two auxiliary plates 502 move downwards into the pocket opening, then the two auxiliary plates 502 are far away from each other to the two sides, and the outward pushing surface 521 of the auxiliary plates enables the pocket opening side face 801 to be outwards turned;
③ . The two pressing plates 504 are mutually close to enable the front side and the back side 804 of the bag opening to be turned inwards, and then move downwards to the position of the crease line 803 of the bag opening, so that the front side and the back side 804 of the bag opening are turned inwards by 90 degrees;
④ . The two auxiliary plates 502 continue to move away from the range of the bag mouth side face 801 until the two auxiliary plates 502 leave the range of the bag mouth side face 801, then the two auxiliary plates 502 move downwards and approach each other to move below the bag mouth side face 801, then the two auxiliary plates 502 move upwards to the position that the lower pressing faces are higher than crease lines 803, the upper hook faces 522 of the two auxiliary plates 502 drive the bag mouth side face 801 to turn upwards, then the two auxiliary plates 502 approach each other, the inner pushing faces 523 of the auxiliary plates 502 enable the bag mouth side face 801 to be turned inwards by 90 degrees to be above the bag mouth front back face 802, the lower pressing faces 524 of the auxiliary plates 502 are pressed above the bag mouth side face 801, and at the moment, the bag mouth front back face 802 and the two side faces 801 are in an inwards turned state;
⑤ . After the side face 801 of the bag mouth is turned over to the upper side of the front and back faces 802 of the bag mouth, the effect of partially pressing the front and back faces 802 of the bag mouth is achieved, at the moment, the two pressing plates 504 are far away from each other and retract;
⑥ . The plugboard 503 and the auxiliary board 502 are retracted and reset, and the air suction device 700 is closed and stops sucking air;
6. The paper bag is sent to the bag opening flattening device 600 by the conveying device, and the flattening plate cylinders 602 control the flattening plates 601 to be close to each other and flatten the bag opening after being folded inwards, so that the whole bag opening wrapping work is completed.
The invention has the advantages of mechanically and automatically completing the bag mouth wrapping, improving the production efficiency and reducing the labor cost.
