Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pediatric snoring and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating pediatric snoring and application thereof.
Background
The snoring disease of children refers to common diseases of otorhinolaryngology, which are caused by partial or complete upper airway obstruction of children in the sleeping process, thereby affecting the ventilation state, the sleeping quality and even the normal growth and development of children. Often, the children sleep at night, such as snoring, mouth opening breathing, apnea or suffocation, enuresis, sleep disorder, daytime attention decline, hyperactivity, sleepiness, abnormal emotion behaviors and the like, and besides the maxillofacial malformation and the growth and development abnormality are caused, the occurrence probability of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events is possibly increased, so that the children have been increasingly paid attention to parents and society. Snoring in children is mainly caused by adenoid and tonsillar hypertrophy, and can also be related to obesity, abnormal anatomical structure and neuromuscular dysfunction.
The treatment scheme of the snoring disease of children in the prior art is divided into conservative treatment and operation treatment. Western medicine treatment is mainly used for actively treating related diseases such as rhinitis and nasosinusitis which are easy to cause lymphoproliferation, and has the effects of improving immunity of organisms, avoiding respiratory tract infection, improving sleeping habits of children patients, standardizing dietary structures, enhancing lifestyle adjustment such as exercise and the like as auxiliary medicines, and the treatment effects are different from person to person. Surgical treatment is to remove the adenoids and tonsils to open the airways and restore airway width, but it is not guaranteed that recurrence is not longer possible. The traditional Chinese medicine is also internally and externally treated, and traditional Chinese medicine decoction and paste are applied based on syndrome differentiation, and the purposes of relieving symptoms are achieved by taking lung tonifying, middle-jiao strengthening and dampness and phlegm eliminating as methods and combining with the technical methods of exogenous cauterization treatment and choosing treatment.
The snoring seriously jeopardizes the health of children, and the children are treated by adopting an operation cutting method in clinic at present, and although the effect is definite, the acceptance of parts of children is lower, and the postoperative immunity of the children is also affected. The traditional Chinese medicine is used as a more reliable alternative therapy to exert good effect on treating the disease, and has higher safety. For the infant who refuses to receive the operation treatment or has light blockage degree and clinical symptoms still show the initial stage, the treatment of the oral Chinese medicine decoction can be considered at first. The traditional Chinese medicine decoction is prepared by guiding a formula under the concept of syndrome differentiation management of traditional Chinese medicine, selecting the processed decoction pieces and decocting the decoction pieces in water, and can basically achieve the effect of partially relieving the symptoms of the children snoring patients with different syndrome types and different constitutions. However, due to the differentiation of doctors, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the dosage thereof are always not completely consistent, and the quality, the variety and the like of the medicinal materials have influence on the actual curative effect.
In view of the above, the inventors have made intensive studies to solve the above-mentioned problems, and have made the present invention.

1.5 Scoring criteria
The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome classification table is formulated according to the Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guidelines, and contains main symptoms of snoring and/or breath during sleep, and the classification of 0,1,2 and 3 is respectively recorded according to 4 grades which are never or almost 1 month without symptoms, occasionally occur frequently. The secondary symptoms include apnea or awakening, wherein the number of the symptoms is respectively marked as 0,1,2 and 3 according to 4 grades which are never or nearly 1 month without symptoms, occasionally occur, frequently occur and always occur, the number of the symptoms is respectively marked as 0,1,2 and 3 according to 4 grades which are never or nearly 1 month without symptoms, occasionally occur, frequently occur, always occur, the size of the gland volume is respectively marked as 0,1,2 and 3 according to 4 grades which are more than 65-80 percent and 65-80 percent after the gland is blocked according to a fiber (electronic) nasopharyngoscope, the sum of the scores of the symptoms is the total integral of the symptoms, and the higher score indicates that the symptom is more serious, as shown in table 1.

Wherein, occasionally, the finger is 1 to 2 times per 1 week, and frequently, the finger is 3 to 4 times per 1 week, and always, the finger is daily.
1.6 Treatment results
And calculating improvement rate according to the symptoms and sign scores before and after treatment, and evaluating the improvement degree. The improvement degree is divided into four stages, namely significant improvement, slight improvement, insignificant improvement and ineffectiveness.
Improvement rate = (pre-treatment score-post-treatment score)/pre-treatment score x 100%
The improvement degree is that 70% is obviously improved, 50% -70% is slightly improved, 30% -50% is not obviously improved, and <30% is ineffective.
The results were counted and the follow-up time of 50 subjects was 250 to 750 g of the paste prepared in example 1 taken completely, and the results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 treatment results (n=50)
