Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding and enabling description of the invention to one skilled in the art. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present invention may be practiced without some of these specific details. Furthermore, it should be understood that the invention is not limited to specific described embodiments. Rather, any combination of the features and elements described below is contemplated to implement the invention, whether or not they relate to different embodiments. Thus, the following aspects, features, embodiments and advantages are merely illustrative and should not be considered elements or limitations of the claims except where explicitly set out in a claim. The terms "comprising" and "having" are intended to be inclusive and mean that there may be additional elements/components other than the listed elements/components.
As mentioned in the background art, the water spray type coke powder receiving device is easy to corrode the inner wall of the receiving container due to the need of spraying water, so that leakage is caused, and due to the open structural design, operators are exposed to hot coke, while the underground water pit water seal type coke powder receiving device requires the operators to enter a limited space for decoking operation, and also has operation safety hazards. Therefore, the invention provides improved coke powder receiving equipment, so that the hot coke exposure risk of operators is reduced, and the field operation environment is effectively protected.
Fig. 1 to 3 illustrate a coke breeze receiving apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the coke powder receiving apparatus 1 includes a housing 11 and a movable receiving container 12 (shown with a chain line in fig. 1) located inside the housing 11. At the top of the case 11, a coke receiving port 111 is provided, and a receiving container 12 is provided below the coke receiving port 111, the coke receiving port 111 being intended to be connected with a coke pouring port 2 of a coke oven (not shown in the drawings) by, for example, a metal hose such as a wire hose, so as to communicate the coke pouring port 2 of the coke oven with the inside of the case 11, thereby allowing receiving of coke powder from the coke pouring port 2 into the case 11. For example, the box 11 may be secured to the building by anchor bolts 13, while the receiving container 12 may be moved into or out of the box 11 by a carrying device such as a forklift. In order to strengthen the structural strength of the case 11, a reinforcing structure 16 such as a reinforcing angle iron (see fig. 2) may be further provided on the case 11.
Unlike the prior art open coke breeze receiving apparatus, the coke breeze receiving apparatus of the present invention is in a closed state throughout the entire housing 11 during non-breeze clearing (i.e., without the need for a time period for clearing coke breeze, such as including during steam air burn and receiving coke breeze and throughout the entire apparatus shutdown), thus preventing water vapor from being dispersed in the air, reducing the safety hazards for personnel, and protecting personnel from exposure to hot coke. Referring particularly to fig. 1, the housing 11 is provided with at least one, e.g., two, housing doors 112 that are rotatable about pivot axes 113 provided on the housing doors 112 relative to other stationary portions of the housing 11. With the bin door 112 in a closed position, the entire bin 11 is in a closed configuration, which facilitates the bin 11 to receive high temperature coke powder from the burn pot in a closed position, which greatly reduces the risk of hot coke exposure to personnel. When the coke powder in the receiving container 12 accumulates to a certain extent and needs to be cleared, the box door 112 may be opened in case a corresponding condition is satisfied (e.g., the temperature of the coke powder is lowered to a specific temperature threshold), and the receiving container 12 is removed from the box 11 by, for example, a forklift, thereby clearing the coke powder cooled to a lower temperature in the receiving container. It can be seen that the coke powder receiving apparatus of the present invention is safer and cleaner than conventional open-type coke powder receiving apparatus.
With continued reference to fig. 1, a filter cloth curtain 13 (which should be made of a flame retardant material resistant to high temperatures, such as 400 ℃ or more) may be further provided around the joint Jiao Kou 111 and the receiving container 12 within the tank 11, and may provide a coke powder receiving space and a steam condensing space that are separated from each other, the filter cloth curtain being configured such that the coke powder in the char-bearing flue gas flowing into the tank 11 from the joint 111 can be filtered and intercepted in the coke powder receiving space by the filter cloth curtain 13 and falls into the receiving container 12, and the steam in the char-bearing flue gas can enter into the steam condensing space through the filter cloth curtain 13 to be condensed into condensed water falling into the bottom of the tank 11, and these condensed water being held at the bottom of the tank by a threshold of the tank 11. Thus, the safe separation of the burnt fume in the burnt tank can be realized.
The bottom of the receiving container 12 is provided with a plurality of support legs 121, and the height of the plurality of support legs 121 is designed to be higher than the threshold height of the case 11. This high design of the support legs 121 is advantageous, because it allows on the one hand sufficient space to be provided between the bottom of the receiving container 12 and the threshold of the tank 11 to allow e.g. fork truck arms to extend into it for easy transport of the receiving container 12 by means of a fork truck or the like, and on the other hand also avoids that the bottom of the receiving container 12 is in contact with the condensation water accumulating at the bottom of the tank 11, while also avoiding that the receiving container 12 encroaches on the accumulation space of the condensation water.
In order to ensure that the filter cloth curtain 13 can provide effective interception of the focusing particles, the filter cloth curtain 13 needs to be tightly surrounded at the receiving opening of the receiving container 12 in the circumferential direction so as to provide a relatively airtight coke powder receiving space between the coke receiving opening 111 and the receiving opening of the receiving container 12, and any leakage gap is avoided. In the specific embodiment shown in fig. 1, a clamping structure 14 is provided on the inner side wall of the top of the case 11 around the coke receiving opening 111 for tightly clamping the filter cloth curtain 13. The clamping structure comprises two circumferential clamping portions (e.g. in the form of opposed clamping plates) spaced apart from each other to define an annular gap in which the filter cloth curtain 13 is clamped and held in place by a plurality of threaded fasteners, e.g. the filter cloth curtain 13 is held at circumferentially spaced apart intervals by one threaded fastener such that the filter cloth curtain 13 can be tightly lapped over the edges of the receiving opening of the receiving vessel 12, thereby providing a relatively closed coke powder receiving chamber 15 (see fig. 1) by the clamping structure 14 and the filter cloth curtain 13. The term "relatively closed" here is not intended to limit the absolute tightness of the receiving chamber, but rather to emphasize that as seamless overlap as possible is achieved with the filter cloth curtain 13 to obtain an effective separation of the char flue gases.
As mentioned before, the steam that has penetrated the filter cloth curtain 13 can condense to form condensed water, which will fall into the tank space outside the receiving container 12 and accumulate at the tank bottom. In order to facilitate drainage of condensed water accumulated at the bottom of the tank, a drain 114 may be provided at the bottom of one side of the tank 11 (left side as shown in fig. 1), in particular at an intermediate position (see fig. 2). The drain 114 may be connected with a valve and a dewatering hose. During the steam air scorching, the valve of the drain 114 may be in an open state, and condensed water can be discharged from the drain 114 to the sump via the dehydrating hose. More advantageously, a cleaning opening 115 may also be provided at the bottom of the other side of the tank 11 (as shown in fig. 2, at the rear side of the tank), in particular at a mid-position (see fig. 3), in order to clean any residual debris inside the tank 11. To facilitate cleaning of the residue at the drain 114/purge 115 to avoid any pipe blockage or the like, the bottom surface of the drain 114 and/or the bottom surface of the purge 115 is designed to be flush with the bottom surface of the tank 11.
According to the coke powder receiving apparatus of the invention, the housing 11 may alternatively be always in a stationary state, the coke receiving port 111 at the top of the housing 11 and the coke pouring port 2 of the coke drum being always connected (even during operation or burning of the cracking furnace), except that normal maintenance or inspection is required at the connection between the coke receiving port 111 and the coke pouring port 2 at a specific maintenance cycle. This makes it possible to avoid line stress due to frequent disassembly, effectively protecting the case and the connection line, and at the same time simplifying the operation flow of the coke powder receiving apparatus.
In order to facilitate the operator's connection of the coke receiving opening 111 to the coke pouring opening 2 and the routine maintenance of the connection therebetween, a plurality of tread steps 116 spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction (a plurality of tread steps at the opposite side not visible, i.e., the right side of the case, as shown with thin broken lines in fig. 2) may be provided at least one side of the case 11 to facilitate the operator to reach the top of the case 11 along the plurality of tread steps 116.
In order to ensure the safety of the operation of the operator, safety handrails 117 are provided on the case 11 near the stepping step 116 (for example, at the top of the case and at the position near the top on the right side, see fig. 1) for the operator to grasp when installing and maintaining. In addition, an electrostatic grounding plate 118 may be provided on the case 11 (as shown in fig. 3, in a lower right side of the case) for guiding out static electricity generated in use of the apparatus, and preventing danger such as explosion caused by accumulation of static electricity.
Next, an operation method of receiving and removing the coke powder using the coke drum system (which includes the coke drum and the coke powder receiving apparatus) according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 4. In this method, the following operation steps may be mainly included:
Fixedly connecting a coke receiving opening 111 of the coke powder receiving device 1 with a coke pouring opening 2 of the coke burning tank, for example, by using a metal hose (such as a steel wire hose);
during the steam-air scorching, the receiving vessel 12 is placed in the case 11 at a position corresponding to the scorching port 111 and the case door 112 is closed;
Opening a valve above the coke pouring opening 2 so that the coke powder falls from the coke pouring opening 2 into the receiving container 12 via the coke receiving opening 111;
Optionally, during the burning of the steam air, the valve of the drain 114 is opened so that the condensed water accumulated at the bottom of the tank 11 can be discharged to the sump;
after the steam air is burnt, closing a valve above the coke pouring opening 2;
After a period of natural cooling, the temperature of the tank 11 can be measured, for example by means of a temperature sensing device, such as a thermometer gun, and when the measured temperature of the tank 11 is below a predetermined threshold value, for example 40 ℃, the tank door 112 is opened, whereas the receiving container 12 is removed, for example by a forklift, and
After the coke powder in the receiving container 12 has been processed, the receiving container 12 can be moved back into the box 11, for example by a forklift, at which point the decoking is completed.
From the above, the coke powder receiving equipment provided by the invention adopts a fully-closed receiving system, so that anhydrous spraying can be realized, corrosion of spraying water to the inner wall of a container is effectively prevented, the potential safety hazard of work caused by water vapor dispersion in air during coke cleaning of a cracking furnace is eliminated, and meanwhile, the risk of hot coke exposure of operators is avoided, so that the coke powder receiving equipment is safer and cleaner than the traditional open water injection coke receiving equipment.
It should be noted that the above-described embodiments should be regarded as illustrative only, and the present invention is not limited to these embodiments. Many changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the scope or spirit of the invention, by considering the contents of this specification. The true scope of the invention is defined by the following claims and their equivalents.
