The water washed flows down from top to bottom along the surface of the dust screen 47, flows down to the upper surface of the sloping plate 49 through the water flow groove 48, flows down to the outside along the sloping surface of the sloping plate 49, and can wash the surface of the sloping plate 49 along the way, thereby preventing excessive dust from remaining on the surface of the sloping plate 49. When the upper surface of the power distribution cabinet needs to be cleaned, the telescopic rod 61 can drive the connecting rope 74 to move through the sleeve block 63 in the shrinkage process, and the connecting rope 74 pulls the sliding plate 73 to slide downwards along the upper surface of the power distribution cabinet in an inclined manner, so that garbage on the surface of the power distribution cabinet and feces of birds can be scraped. The sliding plate 73 can also press the connecting spring 71 to a certain extent in the process of sliding obliquely along the surface, and the limiting plates 72 on two sides of the sliding plate 73 have a limiting effect on the sliding of the sliding plate 73.
