Background
The spinning is a generic term taken from spinning and weaving, but with the continuous development and perfection of a textile knowledge system and a discipline system, especially after the technologies such as non-woven textile materials and three-dimensional composite weaving are generated, the spinning is not only traditional spinning and weaving, but also comprises non-woven textile technology, three-dimensional weaving technology, electrostatic nano-networking technology and the like. The woven cloth is a woven cloth, and is classified into two types, weft knitted cloth and warp knitted cloth according to a weaving method. Weft knitting fabric is usually woven on various weft knitting machines by taking low-elastic polyester yarns or special-shaped polyester yarns, nylon yarns, cotton yarns, wool yarns and the like as raw materials, adopting plain stitch, changing plain stitch, rib plain stitch, double rib plain stitch, jacquard stitch, terry stitch and the like. Before the cloth is made into clothing, the cloth needs to be cut into grey cloth with fixed size, the two sides of the cutting position of the cloth are tightly pressed by the pressing piece, and then the cloth is cut by the cutter, but because the cloth possibly has folds at the cutting position, especially the coiled cloth is not kept in a flattened state after unreeling, after the cloth is cut, the cutting line of the cloth has a certain included angle with the width direction of the cloth, so that secondary cutting is needed when the clothing is made, the cutting quality of the cloth is affected, and waste is generated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a cloth cutting device.
The cloth cutting device comprises a placing table, a leveling mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a traction mechanism, wherein the leveling mechanism is positioned between the placing table and the traction mechanism, the leveling mechanism comprises a frame, an upper pressing component, a lower pressing component and a driving component, the upper pressing component and the lower pressing component are respectively provided with two groups and have the same structure, the upper pressing component comprises a press roller, a first sliding piece and a second sliding piece, the first sliding piece and the second sliding piece are respectively provided with two groups and are positioned at two ends of the press roller, the first sliding piece comprises a first sliding seat, a first sliding block and a first spring, a first sliding groove which is vertically arranged is arranged in the first sliding seat, the first sliding block is arranged in the first sliding groove in a sliding way, one end of the press roller is connected with the first sliding block, the two ends of the first spring are respectively abutted against the first sliding seat and the first sliding block, the second sliding piece comprises a second sliding seat, a second sliding block and a second spring, the second sliding seat and the first sliding seat are positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the frame, a second sliding groove which is horizontally arranged is arranged on the second sliding seat, the second sliding block is arranged in the second sliding groove in a sliding manner, the two ends of the second spring are respectively abutted against the second sliding seat and the second sliding block, a sliding rod is arranged on the first sliding seat, a third sliding groove for the sliding rod to slide is arranged on the frame, one end of the sliding rod far away from the first sliding seat is spliced with the second sliding block, the third sliding groove comprises a vertical groove and an inclined groove, the inclined groove is arranged close to a cloth conveying plane, after the two sliding rods above or below slide into the inclined groove from the vertical groove, the distance between the two sliding rods is gradually increased, the driving assembly is arranged on the frame, and is used for driving the upper pressing component and the lower pressing component to be close to or far away from each other, the cutting mechanism is positioned between the two upper pressing components, and is used for cutting the cloth, and the traction mechanism is used for applying traction force to the cloth before and after cutting.

Preferably, the cutting mechanism comprises a second motor, a second screw rod, a cutter holder and a cutter, wherein a fixed block is arranged on the frame, two ends of the second screw rod are rotationally connected with the fixed block, the second motor is installed on the frame, an output shaft of the second motor is fixedly connected with the second screw rod, the cutter holder is located between the two upper pressing assemblies, the cutter holder is slidably arranged on the frame, the second screw rod is in threaded connection with the cutter holder, and the cutter is fixed at the bottom of the cutter holder.
Preferably, the first sliding block and the second sliding seat are both provided with limiting columns for positioning springs, and a connecting rod is arranged between the first sliding seats at two ends of the same compression roller.
Preferably, the traction mechanism comprises a mounting frame, pulley groups, a sliding frame, clamping pieces and second power pieces, wherein the pulley groups are provided with two groups and are positioned on two sides of the mounting frame, a second transmission shaft is connected between the pulley groups, the sliding frame is arranged on the mounting frame in a sliding mode, two ends of the sliding frame are fixedly connected with belts in the two pulley groups through bolts, the clamping pieces are arranged on the sliding frame, a tiling table is arranged on the mounting frame, and the second power pieces are arranged on the mounting frame and are used for driving one pulley group to rotate.

Through setting up two sets of upper compression assemblies and lower compression assemblies, when cutting the cloth, compress tightly the both sides of cloth cutting position by upper compression assemblies and lower compression assemblies to draw flat simultaneously, so can guarantee that the cutting line of cloth keeps the parallel and level state, the quality of effectual assurance cutting.

As shown in fig. 1-5, a cloth cutting device comprises a placing table 2, a leveling mechanism, a cutting mechanism 4 and a traction mechanism, wherein the leveling mechanism is positioned between the placing table 2 and the traction mechanism, the leveling mechanism comprises a frame 1, an upper pressing component 36, a lower pressing component 37 and a driving component 16, the upper pressing component 36 and the lower pressing component 37 are respectively provided with two groups, and have the same structure, the upper pressing component 36 comprises a press roller 3, a first sliding piece 5 and a second sliding piece 18, the first sliding piece 5 and the second sliding piece 18 are respectively provided with two and are positioned at two ends of the press roller 3, the first sliding piece 5 comprises a first sliding seat 33, a first sliding block 35 and a first spring 46, a first sliding groove 34 which is vertically arranged is arranged in the first sliding seat 33, the first sliding block 35 is slidingly arranged in the first sliding groove 34, one end of the press roller 3 is connected with the first sliding block 35, the two ends of the first spring 46 respectively collide with the first sliding seat 33 and the first sliding seat 35, the second sliding piece 18 comprises a second sliding seat 28, a second sliding seat 24 and a second spring 45, the second sliding seat 28 and the first sliding seat 33 are positioned on the inner side and the outer side of the frame 1, the second sliding seat 28 is provided with a second sliding groove 26 which is horizontally arranged, the second sliding seat 24 is slidingly arranged in the second sliding groove 26, the two ends of the second spring 45 respectively collide with the second sliding seat 28 and the second sliding seat 24, the first sliding seat 33 is provided with a sliding rod 44, the frame 1 is provided with a third sliding groove 41 for sliding the sliding rod 44, one end of the sliding rod 44 away from the first sliding seat 33 is spliced with the second sliding seat 24, the third sliding groove 41 comprises a vertical groove 43 and an inclined groove 42, the inclined groove 42 is close to a cloth conveying plane, after the two sliding rods 44 positioned above or below slide into the inclined groove 42 from the vertical groove 43, the distance between the two sliding rods 44 gradually increases, the driving assembly 16 is mounted on the frame 1 and is used for driving the upper pressing assembly 36 and the lower pressing assembly 37 to be close to or far away from each other, the cutting mechanism 4 is located between the two upper pressing assemblies 36 and is used for cutting cloth, and the traction mechanism is used for applying traction force to the cloth before and after cutting.
The driving assembly 16 comprises a first screw rod 23, a driving bevel gear 27, a driven bevel gear 25 and a first power piece 47, wherein the first screw rod 23, the driving bevel gear 27 and the driven bevel gear 25 are all four, the rack 1 is provided with a mounting table 22, two ends of the first screw rod 23 are rotatably connected with the mounting table 22, the first screw rod 23 is vertically arranged, the first screw rod 23 is provided with two sections of threads with opposite rotation directions, the first screw rod 23 is respectively in threaded connection with a second sliding seat 28 in the upper compressing assembly 36 and the lower compressing assembly 37, the driven bevel gear 25 is fixed at the end part of the first screw rod 23, a first transmission shaft 29 is connected between the two driving bevel gears 27, the driving bevel gear 27 and the driven bevel gear 25 are in meshed transmission, the first transmission shaft 29 is rotatably arranged on the rack 1, the first power piece 47 is in transmission connection with the two first transmission shafts 29, the first power part 47 comprises a first motor 17, a first driving pulley 31, a first driven pulley 32 and a first belt 30, wherein the first driven pulley 32 is provided with two first driving pulleys and is respectively fixed on two first transmission shafts 29, the first driving pulley 31 is fixed on the output shaft of the first motor 17, the first belt 30 is sleeved on the outer sides of the first driving pulley 31 and the first driven pulley 32, when the first motor 17 drives the first driving pulley 31 to rotate, the first driving pulley 30 and the first driven pulley 32 drive the two first transmission shafts 29 to rotate simultaneously, so that the four driving bevel gears 27 synchronously rotate, the four driven bevel gears 25 drive the four first screw rods 23 to rotate, when the first screw rods 23 rotate, the first screw rods 23 can drive the two second sliding seats 28 connected with the first driving pulleys to mutually approach, so that the sliding rods 44 synchronously move along with the second sliding seats 28, the two pressing rollers 3 drive the first sliding block 35 to slide and continuously compress the first spring 46, so that the two pressing rollers 3 can press the cloth and simultaneously drive the pressing position of the cloth to move in a direction far away from the cutting mechanism 4, the leveling effect of the cloth is realized, the cloth can be ensured to be flush with a cutting line when being cut, the first motor 17 drives the first screw 23 to reversely rotate, the first sliding seat 33 and the second sliding seat 28 are reset after the cutting is finished, the first spring 46 and the second spring 45 respectively drive the first sliding block 35 and the second sliding block 24 to reset when the cloth is pressed, and the two pressing rollers 3 can drive the pressing position of the cloth to move in a direction far away from the cutting mechanism 4, thereby realizing the leveling effect of the cloth.
The cutting mechanism 4 comprises a second motor 19, a second screw rod 48, a cutter holder 20 and a cutter 38, wherein a fixed block 21 is arranged on the frame 1, two ends of the second screw rod 48 are rotationally connected with the fixed block 21, the second motor 19 is arranged on the frame 1, an output shaft of the second motor 19 is fixedly connected with the second screw rod 48, the cutter holder 20 is positioned between two upper pressing assemblies 36, the cutter holder 20 is slidably arranged with the frame 1, the second screw rod 48 is in threaded connection with the cutter holder 20, the cutter 38 is fixed at the bottom of the cutter holder 20, and when the second motor 19 drives the second screw rod 48 to rotate positively and negatively, the cutter holder 20 can be driven to slide horizontally, and the cutter 38 is enabled to cut cloth.
The first slide 35 and the second slide 28 are both provided with a limit post 40 for positioning the springs, a connecting rod 39 is arranged between the first slides 33 at two ends of the same press roller 3, the limit post 40 positions the first spring 46 and the second spring 45, and meanwhile, when the first slide 35 or the second slide 24 slides, the limit post can limit the sliding travel of the first slide 35 or the second slide 24, so that the situation that the first spring 46 and the second spring 45 are excessively compressed can be avoided, the sliding stability of the first slide 33 can be ensured by adding the connecting rod 39 between the two first slides 33, and one end of the slide rod 44 and the second slide 24 adopt a splicing mode, so that the rotational freedom degree of the slide rod 44 is limited, and the first slide 33 can be prevented from rotating.
The traction mechanism comprises a mounting frame 11, pulley groups 15, a sliding frame 49, clamping pieces and second power pieces, wherein the pulley groups 15 are provided with two groups and are positioned on two sides of the mounting frame 11, a second transmission shaft 6 is connected between the two pulley groups 15, the sliding frame 49 is arranged on the mounting frame 11 in a sliding mode, two ends of the sliding frame 49 are fixedly connected with belts in the two pulley groups 15 through bolts, the clamping pieces are arranged on the sliding frame 49, a tiling table is arranged on the mounting frame 11, the second power pieces are arranged on the mounting frame 11 and are used for driving one pulley group 15 to rotate, when the second power pieces drive the pulley groups 15 to rotate positively and negatively, the sliding frame 49 can drive the clamping pieces to slide horizontally, cloth can be clamped by means of the clamping pieces, traction force is applied to the cloth, and cutting processing is carried out smoothly.
The clamping piece comprises a fixed clamping block 9, a movable clamping block 7 and an air cylinder 8, wherein the sliding frame 49 is provided with a hollowed-out part, the fixed clamping block 9 is fixed on the sliding frame 49 through bolts, the air cylinder 8 is installed on the sliding frame 49, the piston of the air cylinder 8 is provided with a mounting plate 10, the movable clamping block 7 is fixed on the mounting plate 10 through bolts, one ends of the movable clamping block 7 and the fixed clamping block 9 extend to the outer side of the hollowed-out part, the air cylinder 8 drives the mounting plate 10 to move up and down, so that the movable clamping block 7 can keep synchronous movement, when the movable clamping block 7 is in interference with the fixed clamping block 9, the movable clamping block 7 can clamp cloth, and the traction force is conveniently applied to the cloth, so that distance cutting is realized, and when the movable clamping block 7 is far away from the fixed clamping block 9, the clamping of the cloth can be released.
The second power piece comprises a third motor 12, a second driving pulley 13, a second driven pulley 14 and a second belt, wherein the second driving pulley 13 is fixed on an output shaft of the third motor 12, a third transmission shaft is connected between the second driven pulley 14 and one pulley group 15, the second belt is sleeved on the outer sides of the second driving pulley 13 and the second driven pulley 14, the third motor 12 drives the driving pulley to rotate, the second driven pulley 14 can be driven to rotate by virtue of the second belt, the pulley group 15 can be driven to rotate, and the sliding frame 49 slides back and forth to provide power.
Working principle: when the cloth is cut, the cloth is unreeled through the external unreeling mechanism, one end of the cloth passes through the two groups of upper compression assemblies 36 and the lower compression assemblies 37, then the first power piece 47 drives the four first screw rods 23 to synchronously rotate, so that the first screw rods 23 can drive the upper compression assemblies 36 and the lower compression assemblies 37 to mutually approach each other when rotating, in the process, the cloth is compressed by the upper compression roller 3 and the lower compression roller 3 firstly, then the two compression rollers 3 move in the direction away from the cutter 38 while the cloth is compressed, thus the four compression rollers 3 can realize that the position to be cut of the cloth is leveled under the condition that the two positions of the cloth are compressed, then the cloth is cut by the cutter 38, the cut line is ensured to be flush, the cut line is not parallel to the width direction of the cloth, thereby reducing the generation of waste materials, further effectively improving the quality of cloth cutting, after the cloth is cut, the first power piece 47 drives the four compression rollers 3 to loosen the compression of the cloth, and the traction mechanism clamps one end of the cloth, and then the cloth is pulled to be ready for one time.
