The vacuum packaging machine for grilled fish slices as recited in claim 1, wherein the compacting assembly (300) comprises a first compacting plate (301), wherein a compacting frame (302) is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the first compacting plate (301), and a compacting column (303) is arranged on the inner wall of the compacting frame (302).
