After the construction of the highway engineering structure is completed, the ground of the structure is required to be subjected to multiple detection, water seepage detection is required to be performed on the ground in the detection, wherein the permeability of the road surface is an important index, if the permeability of the road surface is poor, water accumulation on the road surface is easy to cause, therefore, a detector can regularly detect the permeability of the road surface by using the existing permeability detection device, the ground is required to be subjected to sealing treatment in the water seepage detection process, a proper amount of water is put into the road surface, the corresponding detection device is placed on the road surface, so that the water seepage condition of a bridge is observed within a certain time, but when the conventional water seepage detection is performed on the road surface, the upper end of a measuring cylinder on the device is usually directly exposed to air, and when the water level in the measuring cylinder is continuously reduced, the water pressure in the measuring cylinder is gradually reduced, namely that the water pressure in the measuring cylinder is always in a constant state, the accuracy of the water seepage detection result of the road surface is easy to be reduced, and meanwhile, most of the conventional road surface permeability detection devices can only measure the speed of water seepage under the condition, the condition of the vehicle can not be simulated, and the reliability of the water seepage detection result of the road surface is reduced.
The patent application with the publication number of CN118362480A discloses a ground permeability detection device for highway maintenance, which comprises sealing mud, a base and a detection part, wherein the detection part comprises a placing plate arranged on the base through a fixing part; and the auxiliary detection part comprises a clamping plate fixedly arranged on the placing plate. This patent detects road surface permeability through setting up the cooperation of electric putter with pressure sensor, rubber dish, can realize being in under the constant voltage state in the glass bottle is inside, can effectively improve the degree of accuracy of testing result, through the cooperation of rubber dish and a plurality of electronic vibrator, can realize detecting road surface permeability when the simulation car is gone on the road surface, has effectively improved the reliability of road surface permeability testing result and the flexibility that the device was used. However, this patent still suffers from a number of disadvantages: it is difficult to clear up the road surface of treating the detection before detecting, leads to the remaining impurity on road surface can influence permeability testing result and reduces the sealed effect between detection device and the road surface.

The invention aims to solve the technical problems that: in order to solve the problem that the permeability of the ground under different road conditions is difficult to detect, the invention provides a ground permeability detection device for highway maintenance, which solves the problem.

Preferably, the cleaning mechanism further comprises a connecting frame, a sliding rod and a compression spring, wherein the connecting frame is fixedly connected with the sliding table of the screw rod sliding table module, the sliding rod is fixed at the top of the cleaning box and is in sliding connection with the connecting frame, and the compression spring is sleeved on the sliding rod, and two ends of the compression spring are respectively in butt joint with the cleaning box and the connecting frame.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the invention provides an embodiment of a ground permeability detection device for highway maintenance, which comprises a movable base 1, wherein a screw rod sliding table module 2 is fixed on the movable base 1, a cleaning mechanism 3, an adjusting mechanism 4 and a testing mechanism 5 are further included, the cleaning mechanism 3 comprises a cleaning box 6 and an electric roller brush 7, the cleaning box 6 is arranged below the screw rod sliding table module 2 and is connected with a sliding table of the screw rod sliding table module 2, the electric roller brush 7 is rotatably arranged in the cleaning box 6, and the lower edge of the electric roller brush 7 is positioned outside the cleaning box 6.
The cleaning mechanism 3 further comprises a connecting frame 16, a sliding rod 17 and a compression spring 18, wherein the connecting frame 16 is fixedly connected with the sliding table of the screw rod sliding table module 2, the sliding rod 17 is fixed at the top of the cleaning box 6 and is in sliding connection with the connecting frame 16, and the compression spring 18 is sleeved on the sliding rod 17 and two ends of the compression spring are respectively abutted with the cleaning box 6 and the connecting frame 16.
Before permeability detection is carried out on a road surface, the sliding table of the screw rod sliding table module 2 drives the connecting frame 16 to horizontally move, the connecting frame 16 horizontally moves in-process to drive the cleaning box 6 connected with the connecting frame to move, and then the electric roller brush 7 installed in the cleaning box 6 can clean the road surface to be detected, the electric roller brush 7 always presses the cleaning box 6 downwards through the elastic force action in the moving process, so that the electric roller brush 7 can keep fit with the ground, the friction force between the electric roller brush 7 and the road surface is increased, and the cleaning effect of the electric roller brush 7 on the road surface is improved. In addition, a plurality of sand strips can also be fixed to the inside of clearance box 6, can produce the friction with the sand strip when electric roller brush 7 rotates, and then clear up the dirty clearance of adhesion on the electric roller brush 7, guarantee electric roller brush 7 self clean.
One side of the cleaning box 6 is also fixed with a supporting plate 19, a push rod 20 is slidably arranged on the supporting plate 19, one end of the push rod 20 is fixed with a needle plate 21, the needle plate 21 is arranged towards the ground, the other end of the push rod 20 is fixed with a ball head 22, two ends of the electric roller brush 7 are coaxially fixed with cams 23, the cams 23 can push the ball head 22 to move when rotating, a reset spring 24 is abutted between the ball head 22 and the supporting plate 19, and the ball head 22 and the push rod 20 are reset under the elastic force of the reset spring 24, so that the cams 23 can push the ball head 22 to move again.
When the ground is detected, a certain amount of dirt on the ground can be tightly adsorbed on the ground, the holes of the ground are blocked, the ground permeability is affected, and the error of the detection result is larger, but the invention drives the cam 23 to rotate through the rotation of the electric roller brush 7, the cam 23 pushes the ball head 22 to move when rotating, the ball head 22 is connected with the push rod 20 and drives the push rod 20 to move, the push rod 20 moves to drive the needle plate 21 to move, the needle point of the needle plate 21 is arranged towards the ground and can be in contact with the ground, and in the process that the needle plate 21 moves unidirectionally along with the cleaning box 6, the push rod 20 also pushes the needle plate 21 to reciprocate back and forth, so that the needle plate 21 can scrape substances which are adsorbed and tightly on the ground after being torn, and the ground is convenient for the subsequent electric roller brush 7 to clean the ground to be detected.
The adjusting mechanism 4 comprises a sealing cylinder 8, a cylinder frame 9 and a telescopic frame 10, wherein the two ends of the cylinder frame 9 are fixedly connected with the top end of the telescopic frame 10, the sealing cylinder 8 is fixed at the center of the cylinder frame 9, a threaded seat 33 is further fixed on the cylinder frame 9, a screw 34 in threaded connection with the threaded seat 33 is arranged in the threaded seat 33, the bottom of the screw 34 is rotationally connected with the moving base 1, a hand wheel 35 is fixed at the top of the screw 34, and before the cleaning box 6 moves, the hand wheel 35 is rotated, and the cylinder frame 9 and the sealing cylinder 8 are driven to rise upwards through the screw 34, so that the cleaning box 6 can smoothly pass through the lower part of the sealing cylinder 8, the ground to be detected is cleaned, and a top cover 11 is fixed at the top of the sealing cylinder 8.
The testing mechanism 5 comprises a water level sensor 12 and an air pressure sensor 13, wherein the water level sensor 12 and the air pressure sensor 13 are fixed on a top cover 11, the end part of the water level sensor is positioned in the sealing cylinder 8, and an air inlet pipe 14 and an water inlet pipe 15 which are communicated with the sealing cylinder 8 are also fixed on the top cover 11.
The bottom of the sealing cylinder 8 is fixed with a ring plate 36, the inner diameter of the ring plate 36 is the same as the inner diameter of the sealing cylinder 8, an annular air bag 37 is fixed at the bottom of the ring plate 36 near the outer ring, the contact area between the annular air bag 37 and the ground after being pressed is larger, the sealing performance inside the sealing cylinder 8 is further improved, and an annular sealing strip is fixed at the bottom of the ring plate 36 near the inner ring.
When the permeability of the ground is tested, the hand wheel 35 is rotated to enable the screw 34 to rotate, the screw 34 rotates to drive the cylinder frame 9 and the sealing cylinder 8 to move downwards until the bottom of the sealing cylinder 8 is in contact with the ground, at the moment, a gap between the outer ring of the sealing cylinder 8 and the ground is sealed through the annular air bag 37, the gap between the inner ring of the sealing cylinder 8 and the ground is sealed through the annular sealing strip, then water is injected into the sealing cylinder 8 through the water inlet pipe 15, and air is filled into the sealing cylinder 8 after the water injection is completed, so that the air pressure in the sealing cylinder 8 reaches the test requirement, and finally the height of the water level drop in the sealing cylinder 8 is recorded through the water level sensor 12.
The adjusting mechanism 4 further comprises an electric push rod 25, a lever support 26, a pressing rod 27, a vertical rod 28 and a pressing head, wherein the middle part of the pressing rod 27 is rotatably arranged on the lever support 26, the lever support 26 is fixed on the top cover 11, one end of the pressing rod 27 is slidably connected with the top of the vertical rod 28 through a connecting seat, the other end of the pressing rod 27 is slidably connected with the end of the electric push rod 25, the electric push rod 25 is used for driving the pressing rod 27 to deflect up and down by taking the lever support 26 as a center, the vertical rod 28 vertically penetrates through the top cover 11 and is slidably connected with the top cover 11, and the pressing head is arranged at the bottom of the vertical rod 28.
The pressure head includes semicircle rubber piece 29, fixed plate 30 and articulated seat 31, and the one end of fixed plate 30 passes through articulated seat 31 and rotates with the bottom of pole setting 28 to be connected, and semicircle rubber piece 29 is fixed in the bottom of fixed plate 30.
The other end of the fixed plate 30 is connected with the middle part of the upright 28 through an elastic telescopic rod 32, and two ends of the elastic telescopic rod 32 are respectively connected with the fixed plate 30 and the upright 28 in a rotating way.
In order to detect the permeability of the road surface under the pressed state, after the sealing cylinder 8 descends to the ground, one end of the pressing rod 27 can be driven by the electric push rod 25 to move upwards, the other end of the pressing rod 27 can be further driven by the vertical rod 28 to move downwards, the vertical rod 28 moves downwards to enable the semicircular rubber block 29 to be pressed on the ground so as to apply pressure to the ground, when the electric push rod 25 continuously moves up and down, the semicircular rubber block 29 can be driven to continuously roll the ground, the situation that the road surface is pressed by the accumulated water in the running process of the vehicle is simulated, after the electric push rod 25 works for a period of time, the electric push rod 25 is closed to enable the semicircular rubber block 29 to remain static, and after the water surface in the sealing cylinder 8 is calm, the height of the water level falling can be recorded by the water level sensor 12 so as to detect the permeability of the road surface under the pressed condition.
