Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the floating caliper and the disc brake, which have the advantages of simple structure and low transformation cost, not only can improve the braking efficiency, but also can prevent the caliper body from tilting, and avoid eccentric wear caused by uneven stress of the outer friction plate.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the floating caliper comprises a caliper body, wherein the inner side of the caliper body is axially and slidably connected with a bracket arranged on a vehicle body, a braking space crossing a brake disc is formed between the outer side of the caliper body and the bracket, and the outer side of the caliper body is connected with the bracket through a braking force transmission structure.
The braking force transmission structure is arranged as an axial guiding structure of the bracket matched with the outer side of the caliper body.
The braking force transmission structure comprises a limiting boss arranged on the support and a limiting groove arranged on the outer side of the caliper body, and the limiting boss is axially in sliding fit with the limiting groove.
The limiting bosses are arranged at the two ends of the support in a plurality of symmetrical mode, the limiting grooves are arranged at the two ends of the support, and each limiting groove is in axial sliding fit with the corresponding limiting boss.
The limiting groove is arranged to be an axial bar-shaped groove, the length of the limiting groove is larger than the thickness of the limiting boss, and the length of the limiting groove is larger than the braking stroke of the caliper body.
The braking force transmission structure comprises a limiting groove arranged on the support and a limiting boss arranged on the outer side of the caliper body, and the limiting boss is in axial sliding fit with the limiting groove.
The limiting bosses are arranged at two ends of the outer side of the caliper body in a plurality of symmetrical mode, the limiting grooves are arranged at a plurality of positions, and each limiting groove is axially matched with the corresponding limiting boss in a sliding mode.
The limiting boss is arranged to be an axial bar-shaped boss, the length of the limiting boss is larger than that of the limiting groove, and the length of the limiting boss is larger than that of the braking stroke of the caliper body.
The limiting boss and the limiting groove have the same longitudinal section shape.
The caliper body is arranged to span the U-shaped caliper body of the brake disc, the mounting surface, close to the inner side of the brake disc, of the caliper body is connected with the support, the middle of the support is elastically connected with the inner friction plate, and the outer friction plate is mounted on the mounting surface, opposite to the support, of the caliper body.
And a pushing device for pushing the inner friction plate is arranged at the center of the inner side of the caliper body.
The caliper body is arranged into an integrated structure or a split structure.
The support is set to the U-shaped frame, the both ends of support pass through guide component respectively with the inboard of calliper body links to each other.
The inside of calliper body is provided with two guiding holes, the direction subassembly is including installing metal bush in the guiding hole and the guiding pin of sliding connection thereof, the one end of guiding pin with the support is fixed to be linked to each other.
The two ends of the metal bushing extend out of the guide holes for a distance respectively, a dustproof end cover is arranged at one end, far away from the support, of the metal bushing in a sealing mode, and a dustproof sleeve is arranged at one end, close to the support, of the metal bushing.
One end of the metal bushing extends out of the guide hole and then is matched with one side of the bracket in a clamping way.
A disc brake includes the floating caliper and a brake disc mounted on a wheel, the floating caliper straddling the brake disc.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. According to the invention, the outer side of the caliper body is connected with the bracket through the braking force transmission structure, so that the transmission path of braking force is shortened, the braking efficiency is improved, and the braking performance is improved.
2. The braking force transmission structure is an axial guide structure with the limit boss and the limit grooves in an axial sliding fit manner, the axial guide structure is provided with a plurality of limit grooves or limit bosses, the length of each limit groove or each limit boss is larger than the braking stroke of the caliper body, and when braking or after braking is released, each limit boss is positioned in each limit groove, so that the limit bosses are always matched with the limit grooves in the process of service braking and parking braking, the limit bosses slide along the limit grooves without offset, the problem that the caliper body is inclined is avoided, and eccentric wear caused by uneven stress of an outer friction plate is avoided.
3. According to the invention, the inner side of the caliper body is connected with the support through the two groups of guide assemblies with the same structure, and the guide assemblies comprise the metal bushing and the guide pin which is connected in a sliding manner, so that the stability of the guiding movement of the caliper body is ensured, and a better braking effect is further ensured.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and the following embodiments are used to illustrate the present invention, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, a floating caliper comprises a caliper body 1, wherein the caliper body 1 is provided with a split structure, and comprises an outer brake caliper body 12 and an inner brake caliper body 13 which are connected in a fixed mode such as bolts, riveting and the like, and the split structure is convenient for maintenance and replacement of the caliper body 1, wherein after a part of the split structure is damaged, the corresponding part is replaced, so that the maintenance cost is reduced.
The outer brake caliper body 12 is arranged on the outer side of the brake disc and is the outer side of the caliper body 1, and the outer friction plate 5 is fixed on the outer brake caliper body 12; the inner brake caliper body 13 is arranged on the inner side of the brake disc and is the inner side of the caliper body 1, and the inner friction plate 4 is fixed on the inner brake caliper body 13. The inner brake caliper body 13 is axially and slidably connected with the bracket 2 mounted on the vehicle body through the guide assembly 7, a braking space crossing the brake disc is formed between the outer brake caliper body 12 and the bracket 2, and the outer brake caliper body 12 is connected with the bracket 2 through the braking force transmission structure 3.
When in service braking or parking braking, the brake disc is in a rotating state, the outer friction plate 5 is fixed on the outer brake caliper body 12, the braking force received by the outer friction plate 5 is transmitted to the outer brake caliper body 12, the outer brake caliper body 12 is connected with the support 2 through the braking force transmission structure 3, the braking force received by the outer brake caliper body 12 is transmitted to the support 2, and the braking force is transmitted to the inner friction plate 4 through the support 2, so that the inner friction plate 5 clamps the brake disc, effective braking is realized, and the braking efficiency is improved and the braking performance is improved due to the arrangement of the braking force transmission structure 3, so that the transmission path of braking force is shortened.
Specifically, the braking force transmission structure 3 is an axial guiding structure in which the bracket 2 is matched with the outer brake caliper body 12, and the axial direction is along the direction of the wheel shaft and also along the braking direction of the caliper body 1, so that the problem that the caliper body 1 (mainly the outer brake caliper body 12) is inclined during driving or parking braking is prevented, and the eccentric wear problem caused by uneven stress of the outer friction plate 5 is avoided.
The braking force transmission structure 3 comprises a limiting boss 31 arranged on the bracket 2 and a limiting groove 32 arranged on the outer brake caliper body 12, wherein the limiting boss 31 is axially matched with the limiting groove 32 in a sliding manner.
The limiting bosses 31 are arranged at a plurality of positions and symmetrically arranged at two ends of the bracket 2, the limiting grooves 32 are arranged at a plurality of positions, and each limiting groove 32 is axially matched with the corresponding limiting boss 31 in a sliding manner. Preferably, two limiting bosses 31 are arranged, the two limiting bosses 31 extend out from two ends of the bracket 2, and the two limiting bosses 31 and the bracket 2 are integrally formed; the limiting grooves 32 are arranged along the braking direction of the outer brake caliper body 12 and are arranged as axial strip grooves, and the limiting bosses 31 slide along the corresponding limiting grooves 32.
The longitudinal section of the limiting boss 31 is set to be polygonal, circular, oval or the like, the longitudinal section of the limiting groove 32 is identical to the longitudinal section of the limiting boss 31, the length of the limiting groove 32 is larger than the thickness of the limiting boss 31, the length of the limiting groove 32 is larger than the braking stroke of the caliper body 1, and when braking or after braking is released, the limiting boss 31 is located in the limiting groove 32, so that the limiting boss 31 is always matched with the limiting groove 32 in the process of service braking and parking braking, the limiting boss 31 slides along the limiting groove 32 without being biased, the problem that the caliper body is inclined during braking is avoided, and the eccentric wear problem caused by uneven stress of the outer friction plate 5 is avoided.
Due to the arrangement of the two sets of limit bosses 31 and limit grooves 32 which are matched, and the longitudinal sections of the limit bosses 31 and the limit grooves 32 are the same, on one hand, in the braking process, the outer friction plate 5 transmits braking force to the outer brake caliper body 12, and under the matched action of the two sets of limit bosses 31 and the limit grooves 32, the outer brake caliper body 12 is prevented from rotating, braking force (torsion moment) born by the outer brake caliper body 12 is transmitted to the bracket 2, and the braking force is transmitted to the inner friction plate 4 through the bracket 2, so that the inner friction plate 5 clamps the brake disc, effective braking is realized, the transmission path of braking force is shortened, the braking efficiency is improved, and the braking performance is improved. On the other hand, the length of the limiting groove 32 is longer than the braking stroke of the caliper body 1, so that the limiting boss 31 can always slide along the length direction of the limiting groove 32 in the process of service braking and parking braking, the problem that the caliper body is inclined during braking is prevented, and the eccentric wear problem caused by uneven stress of the outer friction plate 5 is avoided.
Specifically, the caliper body 1 is a U-shaped caliper body crossing the brake disc, and the U-shaped caliper body wraps the inner friction plate 4, the outer friction plate 5 and the support 2, has the appearance of a fixed caliper, and can effectively protect the inner friction plate 5, the outer friction plate 5 and the support 2.
Wherein the caliper body 1 is connected with the bracket 2 near the mounting surface of the inner side of the brake disc (namely, the mounting surface of the inner brake caliper body 13 near the inner side of the brake disc), and the outer friction plate 5 is mounted on the mounting surface of the caliper body 1 (the outer brake caliper body 12) opposite to the bracket 2. A pushing device 6 for pushing the inner friction plate 4 is arranged at the center of the inner side (the inner brake caliper body 13) of the caliper body 1, and the pushing device 6 comprises a piston and a hydraulic component or an electric control component connected with the piston, so that the caliper can be used as a foot brake or a hand brake. The middle part of the bracket 2 is elastically connected with the inner friction plate 4 through an elastic structure such as a splayed spring, so that the inner friction plate 4 can move a certain distance under the action of the pushing device 6 and then is close to the inner working surface of the brake disc during braking, and the pushing device 6 returns when the braking is released, and the inner friction plate 4 can automatically return under the action of the elastic force.
Specifically, wherein support 2 sets up to the U-shaped frame, and the both ends of support 2 link to each other with the inboard of calliper body 1 through guide assembly 7 respectively, and two guide assembly 7 symmetrical arrangement have guaranteed that the atress is even, and wherein guide assembly 7 is located the outside of brake force transmission structure 3 moreover, have further guaranteed calliper body 1 the stationarity of direction removal when the braking.
The inner side of the caliper body 1 is provided with two guide holes 11, the guide assembly 7 comprises a metal bushing 71 fixedly installed (pressed) in the guide holes 11 and a guide pin 72 in sliding connection with the metal bushing, and one end of the guide pin 72 can be fixedly connected with the support 2 in a threaded connection mode or a riveting mode. According to the invention, the inner side of the caliper body 1 is connected with the bracket 2 through the two groups of guide assemblies 7 with the same structure, and the guide assemblies 7 comprise the metal bushings 71 and the guide pins 72 which are connected in a sliding manner, so that the stability of the guiding movement of the caliper body 1 is ensured, and a better braking effect is further ensured.
Because the bracket 2 is fixed on the vehicle body, when braking, the pushing device 6 pushes the inner friction plate 4 to be closely attached to the inner side working surface of the brake disc, after the inner friction plate is in place, the pushing device 6 continues to act, so that the inner brake caliper body 13 slides relative to the guide pin 72 and drives the outer brake caliper body 12 to move towards the direction close to the outer side working surface of the brake disc until the outer friction plate 5 presses the outer side working surface of the brake disc, so that the inner friction plate 5 clamps the brake disc, and the brake disc and a wheel connected with the inner friction plate are braked in a speed reducing manner.
The two ends of the metal bush 71 extend out of the guide hole 11 for a certain distance respectively, the end, away from the bracket 2, of the metal bush 71 is provided with the dustproof end cover 8 in a sealing manner, the end, close to the bracket 2, of the metal bush 71 is provided with the dustproof cover 9, dust or dirt is prevented from entering the guide hole 11 or the sliding space between the metal bush 71 and the guide pin 72, and the influence on the floating movement of the caliper body 1 relative to the bracket 2 is avoided.
In addition, one end of the metal bushing 71 extends out of the guide hole 11 and then is matched with one side of the bracket 2 in a clamping way, so that after the brake is released, the inner side (the inner brake caliper body 13) of the caliper body 1 can accurately return, and further, the influence of return offset on the next stable brake is avoided.
The invention also provides a disc brake comprising the floating caliper and a brake disc arranged on a wheel, wherein the outer brake caliper body 12 and the bracket 2 of the floating caliper span across the brake disc.
The braking principle of the disc brake is as follows: when in service braking or parking braking, the pushing device 6 pushes the inner friction plate 4 to be tightly attached to the inner side working surface of the brake disc, and then the inner friction plate is in place; the pushing device 6 continues to act, so that the inner brake caliper body 13 slides relative to the guide pin 72 and drives the outer brake caliper body 12 to move towards the direction close to the outer working surface of the brake disc, and in the process, the limit boss 31 on the bracket 2 slides in the limit groove 32 of the outer brake caliper body 12 until the outer friction plate 5 presses the outer working surface of the rotating brake disc; the external friction plate 5 transmits the received braking force to the external brake caliper body 12, under the action of the cooperation of the two groups of limiting bosses 31 and the limiting grooves 32, the rotation of the external brake caliper body 12 is avoided, the braking force (torsion moment) born by the external brake caliper body 12 is transmitted to the bracket 2, and the braking force is transmitted to the internal friction plate 4 through the bracket 2, so that the internal friction plate 5 clamps the brake disc, and the brake disc and the wheels connected with the brake disc are braked in a speed-reducing manner.
Example two
The difference from the first embodiment is that the braking force transmission structure 3 includes a limit groove 32 provided along the thickness direction of the bracket 2 and a limit boss 31 provided on the outer side (outer caliper body 12) of the caliper body 1, the limit boss 31 being axially slidably fitted with the limit groove 32. The working principle is the same as in the first embodiment, and the structure is not shown in the figure.
The limiting boss 31 is provided with a plurality of and symmetrical arrangement at the both ends in the calliper body 1 outside, and the limiting groove 32 is provided with a plurality of, and every limiting groove 32 and the corresponding limiting boss 31 axial sliding fit. Preferably, two limiting bosses 31 and two limiting grooves 32 are arranged, the two limiting bosses 31 are arranged along the braking direction of the outer brake caliper body 12 and are axial bar-shaped bosses, and the two limiting bosses 31 and the outer brake caliper body 12 are integrally formed; the two limiting grooves 32 are arranged along the thickness direction of the bracket 2 and are respectively positioned at two ends of the bracket 2, and the limiting grooves 32 slide along the length direction along which the limiting boss 31 slides.
Moreover, the length of the limiting boss 31 is greater than that of the limiting groove 32, the length of the limiting boss 31 is greater than that of the braking stroke of the caliper body 1, and when braking or after braking is released, the limiting groove 32 is always clamped on the limiting boss 31, so that the limiting boss 31 is always matched with the limiting groove 32 in the process of service braking and parking braking, the limiting groove 32 slides along the length direction of the limiting boss 31 without being biased, the problem that the caliper body is inclined during braking is prevented, and the eccentric wear problem caused by uneven stress of the outer friction plate 5 is avoided.
Example III
The difference from the first embodiment and the second embodiment is that the caliper body 1 is provided with an integrated structure, namely, the outer caliper body 12 and the inner caliper body 13 in the first embodiment and the second embodiment are integrated into a whole, thereby further ensuring the braking stability.
In summary, the invention has simple structure and low transformation cost, not only improves the braking efficiency, but also prevents the problem of tilting of the caliper body and avoids the eccentric wear problem caused by uneven stress of the outer friction plate.
