When the device is used, wastewater generated by papermaking is sent from the top of the treatment tank 1, primary treatment is carried out through the filter plate 11, then the wastewater falls into the lower layer of the treatment tank 1, flocculating agent is added into the wastewater through the flocculating agent adding device 12, the motor is started to drive the stirring frame 14 to stir the wastewater, the wastewater is uniformly mixed, the two-way electric push rod 51 drives the two side vertical plates 52 to be far away, the conveying pipe 53 is kept connected with the vertical plates 52 through the contraction of the corrugated pipe 54, after the filter cylinder 24 is switched, the two vertical plates 52 are driven by the two-way electric push rod 51 to cover the two ends of the filter cylinder 24, one side of the conveying pipe 53 can directly send the wastewater in the treatment tank 1 into the filter cylinder 24, the other side of the filter cylinder 24 is connected with the circular plate 58 through the inserting posts 59 and the inserting holes 57 through the connecting rings 56, the filter cylinder 24 can be driven to rotate when the second motor 55 rotates, so that separation of flocculating sedimentation and wastewater is accelerated, through the switching use of the two groups of filter cylinders 24, the filter cylinders 24 can be cleaned timely, the unidirectional electric push rod 41 drives the connecting frame 42 to move, the push rod 43 and the push plate 46 move along the inside of the filter cylinders 24 to push the flocculation sediment out of one side of the inclined channel 13, in the process, the connecting plate 44 on the other side moves to open the sealing plate 45 and drive the moving plate 62 to slide along the surface of the filter plate 11, the impurities subjected to primary filtration are cleaned to one side of the baffle plate 64, the baffle plate 64 is moved outwards through extrusion, the outlet 61 is exposed, the impurities are sent into the storage tank 63, in the returning process, the moving plate 62 reversely sends the flocculation sediment conveyed by the filter cylinders 24 into the storage tank 63 from the other side outlet 61, and then the flocculation sediment is collected and tidied through the sewage draining tank 66 to circularly treat part of waste water, so that the waste water treatment effect and the impurity cleaning efficiency are improved, another part of the wastewater is sent to the inside of the microorganism treatment tank 3 through a water pump and a delivery pipe 27, and the subsequent microorganism treatment is performed.
