Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical auxiliary devices, in particular to a local pressurizing device for a maxillofacial region and a using method thereof.
Background
In clinical work, due to the characteristics of abundant maxillofacial blood circulation, numerous tissue gaps, loose tissues and the like, the maxillofacial injury, the maxillofacial tumor after excision, the parotid tumor after excision and the like are often accompanied by local swelling, a large amount of tissue fluid exudes, blood seeping, dead space formation, secondary infection, operation failure and further aggravation of the illness state. In the clinical treatment process of maxillofacial injury, maxillofacial tumor resection, parotid tumor resection and the like, in order to promote wound healing, prevent parotid fistula and prevent dead space formation, the local part needs to continuously apply enough pressure to eliminate the dead space and promote healing. Clinically, the clinic treatment is usually carried out by adopting methods such as cross bandage compression bandaging, elastic bandage compression bandaging and the like.
In summary, symptoms such as local swelling, pain, tissue fluid exudation, bleeding, and dead space formation appear in the clinical treatment process of maxillofacial injury, post-operation and the like. There is a need for improved methods of reducing localized swelling, pain, tissue fluid exudation, bleeding, elimination of dead space, and localized sustained pressure application medical assistance.
According to the requirements, the methods of pressurizing and binding the maxillofacial injury, postoperative and the like by using a crisscross bandage method, pressurizing and binding an elastic bandage, pressurizing and cold-compress a head band on the maxillofacial neck and the like are mainly adopted at present, but the existing treatment methods have the following defects:
(1) The controllability of the treatment effect is poor, and the treatment standard is different. Because the maxillofacial region is irregular, the eyes, nose, ears, mouth and other organs need to be considered during treatment, the neck needs to be paid attention to the mandible, the breathing difficulty caused by pressurization is prevented, the cross bandage used for clinical treatment is pressurized, and the technical difficulty of treatment is high. Clinical treatment needs to be carried out by experienced doctors, and repeated examination is needed after each time of applying the bandage. Clinically, bandages applied by different doctors are different, even if the bandages applied by the same doctor are different each time, the pressurizing force of the bandages is different due to various factors, so that unified standards cannot be met, clinical treatment is affected, moreover, the clinical treatment often has unqualified crisscross bandages, and the treatment purpose cannot be achieved while the pain of patients is increased;
(2) The comfort during the treatment is poor and the pain of the patient is further increased. The crisscross bandages are used for achieving the purpose of local pressurization, clinically, patients often show headache, ear pain, poor breathing caused by pressurization, difficult eating caused by incapability of opening the mouth, patients often cannot tolerate the pressure, and the patients strongly require to remove the bandages, or the patients privately relax, shift the bandages and the like, so that the treatment is more difficult to control and cannot achieve the treatment effect;
(3) The crisscross bandages or the elastic bandages are easy to slip and shift, and the patient cannot change the crisscross bandages or the elastic bandages by himself, so that the operation is complex. The patient has the advantages of loosening and slipping the bandages due to tissue fluid and blood exudation, loosening the bandages due to local swelling, slipping and loosening the bandages when sleeping at night, easily slipping the hair of a female patient, wrapping the hair for a long time to sweat and oil, more easily slipping, wrapping the hair for a long time, and further loosening the bandages when the patient is scratched, wherein the bandages cannot be replaced by the patient, so that the patient is required to be replaced by a professional doctor, inconvenience is brought to the patient, treatment is delayed, and the healing is influenced;
(4) The local compression is unstable, the cold compress effect is poor and even cold compress can not be performed. Because of different pressurizing force each time, the patient feels light and heavy. For the pressurization of the elastic bandage, the pressurization force can be continuously increased, even local tissue necrosis is caused, and clinical cases are not lacking;
In view of this, the present invention has been made.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the local pressurizing device for the maxillofacial region and the using method thereof, wherein the local pressurizing device can be used for local cold compress, has stable treatment effect, is comfortable to wear, relieves the pain of patients, is simple to replace, is convenient to operate and is not easy to slip.

The invention provides a local pressurizing device for a maxillofacial region, which comprises a head ring, wherein one side of the lower end of the head ring is provided with a pressurizing device, the other side of the lower end of the head ring is provided with a supporting device, the pressurizing device comprises a pressurizing part, the upper end of the pressurizing part is provided with a first connecting part, the lower end of the pressurizing part is provided with a second connecting part, the first connecting part is connected with the head ring, the second connecting part is connected with the lower end of the supporting device, the upper end of the supporting device is connected with the head ring, and the central position of the pressurizing part is also provided with a pressure sensor.
Preferably, the support device comprises a support, wherein the upper end of the support is connected with the head ring, the lower end of the support is connected with one end of the chin rest, and the other end of the chin rest is connected with the second connecting part.
Preferably, the bracket is a Y-shaped bracket.
Preferably, the upper end of the bracket penetrates through the head ring from bottom to top and is fixedly connected with the head ring through bolts.
Preferably, the head ring is composed of a left side ring and a right side ring, two ends of the left side ring are respectively connected with two ends of the right side ring in a matched mode through engagement teeth, the first connecting part is connected with the left side ring or the right side ring, and the upper end of the supporting device is correspondingly connected with the right side ring or the left side ring.
Preferably, the left side circle is provided with the first fixed slot along its circumference from top to bottom, and the right side circle is provided with the second fixed slot that corresponds with first fixed slot from top to bottom, and first connecting portion passes first fixed slot and left side circle to be connected or passes the second fixed slot and be connected with the right side circle.
Preferably, the first connecting portion is connected with the left side ring through a bolt arranged on the outer side wall of the first fixing groove or is connected with the right side ring through a bolt arranged on the outer side wall of the second fixing groove.
Preferably, the chin rest is internally provided with a first transverse groove and a second transverse groove, the first transverse groove is positioned at the upper end of the second transverse groove, the lower end of the support is connected with the chin rest through the first transverse groove, and the second connecting part is connected with the chin rest through the second transverse groove.
Preferably, the pressurizing part is a water bag or an air bag.
The invention also proposes a method of using a local compression device for the maxillofacial region, comprising the steps of:
Step 1, wearing a head ring on the head of a patient, and connecting the upper end of a supporting device with the head ring on one healthy side;
step 2, connecting a first connecting part at the upper end of the pressurizing part with the head ring at one side of a patient, and connecting a second connecting part at the lower end with the lower end of the supporting device to enable one side of the pressurizing part provided with the pressure sensor to be in contact with a part to be pressurized;
and 3, pressurizing the pressurizing part, stopping pressurizing after the pressure reaches a set value, and winding a bandage at the upper end of the pressurizing part for fixing.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The invention can regulate the length of the injured part according to the patient's face shape, after being worn, the pressure part can be used for pressurizing, the bandage can be fixed on the pressure part to further limit the space of the pressure part to achieve the pressurizing force, a pressure sensor is arranged between the pressure part and the face, a professional doctor can judge whether the pressurizing purpose is achieved or not, and the pressurizing value can be recorded, and the pressure can be carried out according to the value in a short period, so that the treatment is more stable and reliable, and the treatment is more standard.
(2) The invention only pressurizes the parts to be pressurized, compared with other pressurizing methods, the parts such as the opposite side ears, the lower jaw, the top of the head and the like are pressurized and wrapped, thereby relieving the headache and the ear pain of the patient, avoiding the situation of unsmooth breathing and the like, greatly relieving the pain of the patient, increasing the compliance of the patient and improving the treatment effect.
(3) The dressing can be taken down by the patient or the family members thereof, the dressing is changed and the like, the operation is simple, the dressing is not easy to slip, the device can be taken down by the patient or the family members thereof after eating, the dressing can be readdressed by the patient or the family members thereof after eating, the dressing can be adjusted according to the pressure value, the treatment effect is not influenced, the loosening and slipping of the bandage are not worried, even if tissue fluid and blood seep out to wet the dressing, the dressing can be timely changed, the local dryness and cleanliness are ensured, the possibility of infection is reduced, the embarrassing situations such as sweating, oil discharge, itching and odor of the hair are avoided, the discharged patient can be timely and self-changed, the inconvenience is reduced, and the treatment effect is ensured.
(4) The pressure sensor can display pressure value to stabilize local pressure and regulate it at any time, so that the pressure is regulated by professional doctor during periodic re-diagnosis or inspection. If cold compress is needed locally, liquid with proper temperature can be injected into the pressurizing part, the dressing can not be wetted, the local dryness is kept, and the operation can be repeated, so that the method is simple and easy to implement.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the present embodiment proposes a local pressurizing device for maxillofacial region, which is characterized by comprising a head, 1, wherein one side of the lower end of the head ring 1 is provided with a pressurizing device 2, the other side is provided with a supporting device 3, the pressurizing device 2 comprises a pressurizing part 202, the upper end of the pressurizing part 202 is provided with a first connecting part 201, the lower end is provided with a second connecting part 203, the first connecting part 201 is connected with the head ring 1, the second connecting part 203 is connected with the lower end of the supporting device 3, the upper end of the supporting device 3 is connected with the head ring 1, the center position of the pressurizing part 202 is also provided with a pressure sensor 204, the pressure sensor 204 is electrically connected with a display, after the pressure sensor 204 is fixed on the pressurizing part 202, the pressure sensor can be covered by software to prevent discomfort of the face caused by the pressure sensor, and when the pressurizing part 202 is not pressurized, the elasticity between the pressure sensor 204 and the software is preferably zero, thus, the indication on the display is approximate to the pressure born by the patient when the patient's face is pressurized, and the face is convenient to judge.
When the embodiment is used, the following steps are adopted:
step 1, wearing a head ring 1 on the head of a patient, and connecting the upper end of a supporting device 3 with the head ring 1 on the healthy side;
Step 2, on the patient side, the first connecting part 201 at the upper end of the pressurizing part 202 is connected with the head ring 1, the second connecting part 203 at the lower end is connected with the lower end of the supporting device 3, so that the side of the pressurizing part 202 provided with the pressure sensor 204 is contacted with the part needing to be pressurized, and at the moment, the software on the pressurizing part 202 is contacted with the face.

Referring to fig. 1, preferably, the support device 3 includes a support 301, the upper end of the support 301 penetrates through the head ring 1 from bottom to top, and is fixedly connected with the head ring 1 through bolts, and the lower end of the support 301 and the second connection portion 203 are respectively inserted into the chin rest 302;
In the use process of the embodiment, the support 301 can be adjusted according to the length and width of the face, if the face is shorter, the upper end of the support 301 can be adjusted upwards, and the lower end of the support 301 can be adjusted inwards.
Referring to fig. 4, preferably, the support 301 is a y-shaped support, when the support 301 is installed on a healthy side, the upper end of the support 301 can be connected with the head ring 1 through two jacks penetrating through the head ring 1 from top to bottom, bolts are arranged on the outer sides of the jacks, when the upper end of the support 301 is adjusted to a proper position, the bolts are screwed down to fix the support 301, the space at the upper end of the support 301 can avoid ears, the support 301 is more comfortable to use, the lower ends are gradually fused, the support 301 is connected with the chin rest 302, the face is different in width, the support 301 can be attached to the face as much as possible by adjusting the inserting degree of the lower end of the support 301 and the chin rest 302, the support 301 can be divided into two types of adult and child, the length of the adult support can be adjusted between 15cm and 25cm, the width of the upper end of the child support can be adjusted between 5cm and 15cm, and the width of the upper end of the child support can be 6cm.
Referring to fig. 2, preferably, the head ring 1 is composed of a left ring 101 and a right ring 102, two ends of the left ring 101 are respectively connected with two ends of the right ring 102 through engagement teeth, a first fixing groove 103 along a circumferential direction of the left ring 101 is vertically penetrated and arranged, a second fixing groove 104 corresponding to the first fixing groove 103 is vertically penetrated and arranged on the right ring 102, the first connecting portion 201 penetrates through the first fixing groove 103 to be connected with the left ring 101 or penetrates through the second fixing groove 104 to be connected with the right ring 102, correspondingly, an upper end of the supporting device 1 is connected with the right ring 102 or the left ring 101, and bolts are respectively arranged on outer side walls of the first fixing groove 103 and the second fixing groove 104 at intervals to fix the first connecting portion 201.
In this embodiment, the head ring 1 is composed of a left side ring 101 and a right side ring 102, two ends of the left side ring 101 are respectively connected with two ends of the right side ring 102 through engagement teeth in a matching manner, and the design can adjust the circumference of the head ring 1 according to the size of the head circumference of a patient, and the head ring is worn on the head of the patient after being adjusted. The head ring 1 is preferably divided into an adult head ring and a child head ring, the circumference of the adult head ring can be adjusted between 45cm and 65cm, the circumference of the adult head ring can be adjusted between 35 cm and 45cm, after the supporting device 3 is installed and adjusted, the first connecting portion 201 at the upper end of the pressurizing portion 202 is pulled up and down through the head ring 1 from bottom to top, the first connecting portion 201 can slide on the head ring 1 along the circumference, the pressurizing portion 202 is positioned at a position of the face to be pressurized, after the bolts are screwed, the first connecting portion 201 is fixed, the second connecting portion 203 is connected with the chin rest 302, the pressurizing portion 201 is tightly attached to the position to be pressurized, the size of the pressurizing portion 202, the sizes of the first connecting portion 201 and the second connecting portion 203 can be designed according to the needs, and two or more pressurizing devices 2 can be installed on the head ring 1 according to the affected area of a patient.
Referring to fig. 5, preferably, a first transverse groove 3021 and a second transverse groove 3022 are provided in the chin rest 302, the first transverse groove 3021 is located at the upper end of the second transverse groove 3022, the lower end of the support 301 is connected with the chin rest 302 through the first transverse groove 3021, the second connecting portion 203 is connected with the chin rest 302 through the second transverse groove 3022, bolts are provided at intervals at the bottom of the second transverse groove 3022, the second connecting portion 203 passes through the second transverse groove 3022, and when a suitable position is pulled out, the bolts are screwed down to fix the chin rest.
In the above embodiment, the pressurizing part 202 is a water bag or an air bag, and when water or air is added from the injection port and ice compress is required, the pressurizing part 202 is preferably a water bag, and a liquid with a proper temperature is injected into the water bag.
