The moving assembly 7 comprises a longitudinal sliding rail 701, the longitudinal sliding rail 701 is fixedly arranged on two sides of the upper end of the cutting table 1, a longitudinal sliding groove 702 is formed in the upper end of the longitudinal sliding rail 701, a longitudinal threaded rod 703 is rotatably arranged in the longitudinal sliding groove 702, a first control motor 704 is fixedly arranged at one end of the outer portion of the longitudinal sliding rail 701, the first control motor 704 is fixedly connected with one end of the longitudinal threaded rod 703, a sliding block 705 is slidably arranged in the longitudinal sliding groove 702, threads of the sliding block 705 are sleeved on the longitudinal threaded rod 703, an installation frame 706 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the sliding block 705, the installation frame 706 is U-shaped, a transverse sliding groove 707 is formed in the installation frame 706, a transverse threaded rod 708 is rotatably arranged in the transverse sliding groove 707, a second control motor 709 is fixedly arranged at one side of the outer portion of the installation frame 706, an output end of the second control motor 709 is fixedly connected with one end of the transverse threaded rod 708, and when the first control motor 704 and the second control motor 709 drive the longitudinal threaded rod 703 and the transverse threaded rod 708 to rotate respectively, so that the sliding block 705 and the moving block 801 can be driven to move, and the position of the pressing type cutting assembly 8 can be flexibly adjusted, and linear or curve cutting can be completed.
The push type cutting assembly 8 comprises a moving block 801, the moving block 801 is slidably arranged in a transverse chute 707, the moving block 801 is in threaded sleeve connection with a transverse threaded rod 708, an electric lifting rod 802 is fixedly arranged at four corners of the lower end of the moving block 801, a lifting plate 803 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the electric lifting rod 802, a laser cutting machine 804 is fixedly arranged on the lifting plate 803, large sleeves 805 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the lower end of the lifting plate 803, the large sleeves 805 are arranged on two sides of the laser cutting machine 804 in a sliding manner, small sleeves 806 are slidably arranged on the large sleeves 805, springs 807 are fixedly arranged at the inner lower ends of the small sleeves 806, the other ends of the springs 807 are fixedly connected with the lower ends of the lifting plate 803, universal wheels 808 are fixedly arranged at the outer lower ends of the small sleeves 806, and in use, the electric lifting rod 802 can drive the lifting plate 803 to lift, so that the laser cutting machine 804 can be driven to contact with a cutting material, and at the moment, the universal wheels 808 are arranged at the upper ends of the cutting material, so that two sides of the cutting position can be pressed, and movement is prevented during cutting.
When the invention is used, firstly, the structure is placed at a using place through the support column 2, a material to be cut is placed on the cutting table 1, the fixing column 401 in the positioning component 4 is arranged in the mounting hole 9 of the cutting table 1, the rotating bearing 402 at the upper end of the fixing column 401 allows the positioning roller 403 to flexibly rotate, which is helpful for reducing friction when the position of the material is adjusted, so that the material can be moved to a proper position more easily, meanwhile, the positioning of the material can be completed through the positioning roller 403, after the material is adjusted to a proper position, the limiting strip on the fixing block 405 can be clamped into the limiting groove 404 at the outer side of the upper part of the fixing column 401, the fixing block 405 can slide on the fixing column 401, then the fixing bolt 409 is rotated, the upper end of the fixing bolt 409 is used for exerting pressure on the fixing block 405, the two sides of the material can be pressed and fixed through the fixing ring 406, after the two sides of the material to be cut are fixed, the self-locking telescopic rod 601 drives the moving plate 602 to move until one side of the moving plate 602 contacts with a material, then the self-locking hydraulic push rod 603 pushes the pressing block 604 to apply pressure to the material, the material is fixed on the cutting table 1, the rubber pad 605 is arranged at the lower end of the pressing block 604, friction force when the material contacts with the material is increased, the position of the material is further stabilized, displacement is prevented in the cutting process, when the material is fixed, the first control motor 704 and the second control motor 709 drive the longitudinal threaded rod 703 and the transverse threaded rod 708 to rotate respectively, so that the sliding block 705 and the moving block 801 can be driven to move, the position of the pressing type cutting assembly 8 can be flexibly adjusted, linear or curve cutting can be completed, the electric lifting rod 802 can drive the lifting plate 803 to lift, so that the laser cutter 804 contacts with the cut material, and the universal wheel 808 is positioned at the upper end of the cut material, thus, both sides of the cutting position can be pressed to prevent movement during cutting.
