Technical Field

Background
The air conditioner external unit cools and dissipates heat of high-pressure and high-temperature gas discharged from the indoor unit outdoors (through a fan), the condensed refrigerant liquid is sent to an evaporator of the indoor unit through a capillary tube to be evaporated into gas so as to absorb indoor heat, and the air conditioner external unit is generally installed on an external wall through a bracket and a base, so that the influence of the heat emitted by the air conditioner external unit on the indoor temperature in the using process of the air conditioner is avoided.
However, the base of the air conditioner outdoor unit in the prior art still has some defects when in use:
1. When the air conditioner external unit works, certain vibration can be generated, and because the air conditioner external unit is in hard contact with the air conditioner base, the air conditioner external unit can vibrate, and certain noise is generated, and the noise can influence the life of a user;
2. The outer machine of air conditioner can take place the vibration when using, and the rigid contact can cause the injury to the outer machine of air conditioner and the base of air conditioner between the outer machine of air conditioner and the air conditioner base, can appear the base when more serious and drop, the risk that the outer machine of air conditioner falls.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an air conditioner base with vibration reduction and noise reduction functions and an installation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects that the existing air conditioner external unit and an air conditioner base are hard in contact to generate noise and damage the air conditioner external unit and the air conditioner base, and the risk that the base and the air conditioner external unit fall off easily occurs due to long-time vibration.

The mounting frames are fixed at the tops of the suspension mounting bases, the mounting plates are connected with the mounting plates in a sliding mode, the mounting plates are used for bearing the air conditioner outdoor unit, the mounting plates are fixed at the tops of the spring shock-absorbing dampers, the U-shaped clamping plates penetrate through the suspension mounting bases in a sliding mode and are used for fixing the air conditioner outdoor unit in the vertical direction, and the plurality of mounting frames are fixed at the tops of the mounting plates and are used for mounting the air conditioner outdoor unit;
the suspension mounting device further comprises a plurality of sealing plates, wherein the sealing plates are positioned between two adjacent suspension mounting bases, an oil storage ring is fixed in the mounting frame, and lubricating oil is contained in the oil storage ring;
the vibration reduction structures are arranged in the suspension mounting base and are used for buffering vibration of the suspension mounting base;

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, an air conditioner base, which is used in the field of air conditioner brackets, mainly includes a mounting backplate 1 fixedly mounted on an outer wall by bolts. A plurality of suspension mounting bases 2 are welded on one side of the mounting backboard 1. A plurality of spring damper 5 are fixed to the top of each of the plurality of suspension mounting bases 2, and the spring damper 5 is used for buffering vibration of the air conditioner outdoor unit. The mounting frame 6 is fixed at the top of a plurality of suspension mounting bases 2, and sliding connection has mounting panel 7 in the mounting frame 6, and mounting panel 7 is used for bearing the outer machine of air conditioner to mounting panel 7 is fixed at the top of a plurality of spring damper 5. The U-shaped clamping plates 10 are respectively penetrated in the suspension mounting bases 2 in a sliding manner and are used for fixing the air conditioner outdoor unit in the vertical direction. A plurality of mounting frames 8 are fixed on the top of the mounting plate 7 and are used for mounting an air conditioner outdoor unit. A sealing plate 19 is provided between adjacent two of the suspension mounting bases 2. An oil storage ring 24 is fixed in the mounting frame 6, and lubricating oil is contained in the oil storage ring 24.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the vibration damping structure includes two insertion holes 9 provided in the suspension mounting base 2, and a connection seat 12 is slidably connected in each of the two insertion holes 9. The two bottom ends of the U-shaped clamping plate 10 are respectively connected with the tops of the two connecting seats 12 in a rotating mode, and the bottom ends of the two ends of the U-shaped clamping plate 10 are in sliding fit with corresponding jacks 9. The bottom of suspension installation base 2 is provided with two rectangular plates 13, all is provided with a plurality of buffer structures between the bottom of the top of two rectangular plates 13 and suspension installation base 2. Screw rods 17 penetrate through threads in the two rectangular plates 13, and the top ends of the two screw rods 17 are respectively connected with the two bottom ends of the U-shaped clamping plate 10 in a rotating mode. The rotation of the screw 17 is used for controlling the lifting of the connecting seat 12 and the U-shaped clamping plate 10.
Specifically, when the U-shaped clamping plate 10 rotates to a vertical state, the connecting seat 12 and the U-shaped clamping plate 10 are driven to move downwards by rotation of the screw 17 until the U-shaped clamping plate 10 is inserted into the jack 9. In this way, the air conditioner external unit can be fixed in the vertical direction through the cooperation of the jack 9 and the U-shaped clamping plate 10.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, when vibration occurs in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, a plurality of buffering structures can play a role in buffering. Specifically, the buffer structure includes a fixed cylinder 14, a slide column 16, and a first spring 15. The top of the fixed cylinder 14 is fixed at the bottom of the suspension mounting base 2, the sliding column 16 is arranged in the fixed cylinder 14 in a sliding manner, and the bottom end of the sliding column 16 is fixedly connected with the top of the rectangular plate 13. The top and bottom ends of the first spring 15 are fixedly connected with the top inner wall of the fixed cylinder 14 and the top end of the sliding column 16, respectively.

Referring to fig. 2 and 9, a lubrication structure is provided at one side of the mounting back plate 1 for reducing friction between the mounting frame 6 and the mounting plate 7, and between the U-shaped clamping plate 10 and the suspension mounting base 2, and reducing noise generation. The lubrication structure comprises a fixed air bag 30 and an electric push rod 31 which are arranged on one side of the mounting backboard 1 close to the suspension mounting base 2, and the electric push rod 31 is positioned above the air bag 30. The output shaft of the electric push rod 31 is fixed with a moving plate 32, and one side of the moving plate 32 away from the suspension mounting base 2 is fixedly connected with the air bag 30. A plurality of second air ducts 29 are fixed to one side of the air bag 30, and one end of the second air ducts 29 is communicated with the oil reservoir ring 24. The annular plate 25 is sealingly and slidably connected within the oil reservoir ring 24 and ensures that the end of the second air duct 29 extending to the oil reservoir ring 24 is located below the annular plate 25. A plurality of first oil drain pipes 26 are fixedly penetrated in the annular plate 25, and the oil inlet ends of the first oil drain pipes 26 are positioned above the annular plate 25. The bottom ends of the plurality of first oil drain pipes 26 are sealed and slid through the bottom of the oil storage ring 24, and the bottom ends of the first oil drain pipes 26 are matched with the inner wall of the oil storage ring 24, so that the liquid outlet ends of the first oil drain pipes 26 are sealed. Grooves 27 are provided in the four inner walls of the mounting frame 6 and ensure that the grooves 27 are located above the oil outlet end of the first oil discharge pipe 26. The groove 27 cooperates with the first oil drain pipe 26 for draining the lubricating oil. A plurality of second oil discharge pipes 28 are provided at one side of the oil storage ring 24, and an oil inlet end of the second oil discharge pipes 28 is ensured to be positioned above the annular plate 25. The bottom end of the second oil drain pipe 28 is extended to one side of the mounting frame 6 and secured to be fitted with the insertion hole 9.
Specifically, when lubrication is required, the electric push rod 31 drives the moving plate 32 to move, and presses the air in the air bag 30 into the oil reservoir ring 24. The air pushes the annular plate 25 to move upwards, and the annular plate 25 drives the first oil drain pipe 26 to move upwards and pushes the lubricating oil in the oil storage ring 24 upwards.
