The electrode plate assembly 14 comprises a plurality of positive electrode plates 28, a plurality of negative electrode plates 29 and two supporting tubes 30, wherein the upper ends of the positive electrode plates 28 and the negative electrode plates 29 are respectively and fixedly connected with the two supporting tubes 30, positive electrode wires 31 electrically connected with the positive electrode plates 28 and negative electrode wires 32 electrically connected with the negative electrode plates 29 are respectively arranged in the supporting tubes 30, the positive electrode wires 31 and the negative electrode wires 32 are electrically connected with the power supply mechanism 2, and draw hooks 33 are fixedly connected with the outer surfaces of the supporting tubes 30.
