The circulating cleaning and drying equipment for yarn processing as shown in fig. 1-12 comprises a circulating transmission mechanism 1 which is arranged in a ring shape, and a cleaning mechanism 6 and a dewatering mechanism 5 which are sequentially arranged on the travelling path of the circulating transmission mechanism 1. As shown in fig. 1, the path between the dewatering mechanism and the cleaning mechanism of the circulation and transmission mechanism is provided with an up-and-down station 13 for hanging and unloading the bobbin yarn placing frame on the circulation and transmission mechanism. Furthermore, a drying box 4 is provided beside the feeding and discharging stations 13 to enable nearby drying of the spun yarn removed from the endless conveyor.
In the above-mentioned equipment, the transfer of the bobbin yarn is required to use the loading ferry vehicle 2 and the unloading ferry vehicle 3. The feeding ferry vehicle is used for transferring the cone yarns to be processed to the feeding and discharging stations of the circulating transmission mechanism, and the discharging ferry vehicle is used for discharging the cone yarns which are thoroughly cleaned and dehydrated from the circulating transmission mechanism and conveying the cone yarns to the drying box 4.
In addition, it should be noted that, in this embodiment, the circulation and transmission mechanism can guide the lifted bobbin yarn placing frame to descend and sink into the cleaning mechanism 6 and the dewatering mechanism 5 located directly below the circulation and transmission mechanism when passing over the cleaning mechanism and the dewatering mechanism, so that the bobbin yarn on the bobbin yarn placing frame completes cleaning and dewatering work in the corresponding mechanism.
Specifically, in order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the cone yarn on the cone yarn holding frame 7 is driven to automatically enter the dewatering mechanism and the cleaning mechanism. The endless transport mechanism 1 in this embodiment comprises a carriage 11 comprising a rail and a conveyor system in the rail, which is arranged above the washing and dewatering mechanisms. And a plurality of hooks 12 which are uniformly distributed on the chain of the conveying frame so as to move along the conveying frame along with the running chain. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, when the guide rail of the carriage is about to enter the cleaning mechanism 6 and the dewatering mechanism 5, the guide rail has a downward inclination tendency, so that the bobbin yarn placing frame hung on the hanging hook can synchronously move downwards when moving into the cleaning mechanism and the dewatering mechanism. Meanwhile, the guide rail has an upward inclined trend on the path of moving out of the cleaning mechanism and the dewatering mechanism, so that the hoisted cone yarn placing frame can synchronously lift to avoid collision with the dewatering mechanism and the cleaning mechanism while moving forward. Specifically, the conveying frame is positioned above the dewatering mechanism and the cleaning mechanism, the whole conveying frame is in an inverted trapezoid shape, the shape can be automatically avoided when the bobbin yarn placing frame is guaranteed to enter and exit the dewatering mechanism and the cleaning mechanism, collision is prevented, and the middle horizontal part can also enable the bobbin yarn placing frame to keep stable contact with the dewatering mechanism and the cleaning mechanism, so that the bobbin yarn cleaning and the dewatering work can be synchronously completed in the advancing process.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 7, 10 and 12, after the yarn carrier enters the cleaning mechanism 6, the cleaning process for the yarn to be completed while traveling can be achieved by the following structural cooperation.
Specifically, the cleaning mechanism 6 includes a cleaning tank 61 disposed directly under the carriage 11, at least two guide rods a62 extending along the horizontal direction of the carriage 11 are disposed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 61, and a sliding table a64 is slidably mounted on the guide rods a. The sliding table a is provided with a U-shaped groove a64a, and the opening of the U-shaped groove a is opened toward the yarn carrier. When the bobbin yarn placing frame descends into the cleaning tank in an inclined manner, the connecting pipe 72 arranged at the bottom of the bobbin yarn placing frame can enter the U-shaped groove A in advance, and after contacting with the bottom of the U-shaped groove A, the bobbin yarn placing frame is connected with the sliding table A, and the function that the bobbin yarn placing frame drives the sliding table A to move forward synchronously is achieved. It should be noted that, after completing the connection between slip table a and the bobbin rack, still need following structure to accomplish the clearance of bobbin on the bobbin rack after the connection. Specifically, a water outlet pipe 66 is coaxially arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped groove A, and the height of the water outlet pipe is lower than that of the sliding table A, so that when the connecting pipe of the bobbin yarn placing frame A contacts with the bottom of the U-shaped groove, the connecting pipe cannot interfere with the water outlet pipe. After the connecting pipe contacts with the bottom of the U-shaped groove A, the cone yarn placing rack is lowered by a certain height under the guidance of the conveying rack, and at the moment, the connecting pipe is sleeved on the water outlet pipe in a sealing way so as to realize connection with the water outlet pipe. As shown in fig. 10 and 12, the water outlet pipe in this embodiment is connected to the high-pressure pump 65 mounted on the side of the slide table through the channel 64b formed in the slide table a64. When the high-pressure pump pumps the high-pressure cleaning liquid outwards, the cleaning liquid can enter the collet 71 through the connecting pipe on the cone yarn placing frame and finally pumped out of the porous tube group above the collet, and the cone yarn is cleaned through the cone yarn connected to the porous tube group in series. In order to prevent the high-pressure pump from being started when the bobbin yarn placing frame is not connected, the cleaning liquid is sprayed out of the cleaning tank through the water outlet pipe. A pressure plate A67 is also sleeved on the water outlet pipe in the scheme, and a spring B69 is arranged at the bottom of the pressure plate A to support the pressure plate A. At the same time, an L-shaped shutter 68 is connected to one side of the platen a, and the shutter slidably fits across the channel 64b formed in the slide table a to block the channel. Meanwhile, the flashboard is also provided with a through hole, and when the pressure plate A is pressed down by the connected bobbin yarn placing frame, the through hole sinks into the channel, and the channel is kept through. In addition, in the scheme, a pressure switch A610 is further arranged, and when the pressure plate A is pressed down, the pressure switch A is pressed down, so that the high-pressure pump electrically connected with the pressure switch A is started. It should be noted that, when the cleaning of the yarn on one yarn carrier is completed, the sliding table a needs to be self-reset. For this reason, still overlap on guide arm A and be equipped with spring A63, when slip table A is driven by the bobbin yarn rack that connects and removes, spring A63 is compressed, and when bobbin yarn rack and slip table A break away from the contact, slip table A resumes to the initial stage under the promotion of resilient spring A.
In the above embodiment, the U-shaped groove a is preferably configured in a horn shape, and the opening gradually increases from the forward direction of the yarn carrier. Therefore, the connecting pipe at the bottom of the cone yarn placing rack can smoothly enter the U-shaped groove A.
In addition, in this embodiment, after the yarn carrier enters the dewatering mechanism 5, the yarn on the yarn carrier can be automatically dewatered. As shown in fig. 2, 6 and 9 and 11, the dewatering mechanism comprises in particular a dewatering tank 51, the bottom of which is likewise provided with at least two guide rods B53 extending parallel along the horizontal run of the conveyor above it. Meanwhile, a sliding table B57 capable of sliding along the axial direction of the guide rod B is mounted on the guide rod B in a sliding fit. It should be noted that, a U-shaped groove B57a is formed on the sliding table B, after the descending bobbin yarn placing frame enters the dewatering groove, the connecting pipe below the bobbin yarn placing frame enters the U-shaped groove B in advance, and after contacting with the groove bottom of the U-shaped groove B, the connection of the two is completed, so that the sliding table B can be driven to move forward synchronously. It should be noted that, in this scheme, still install one at the bottom of slip table B and have waterproof function's motor 55, the output shaft of this motor can rotate after passing slip table B, stretch into in U type groove B, still coaxial being connected with a spline 56 on the output shaft of this motor simultaneously, after completing the connection between bobbin rack and slip table B, the spline gets into the connecting pipe of bobbin rack bottom, but not relatively pivoted inserts in the spline groove 72a offered in connecting pipe 72, at this moment when the motor takes place high-speed rotation, just can drive the bobbin rack that is connected with it and follow the rotation, and then realize the centrifugal dehydration of bobbin on the bobbin rack. In order to ensure that the motor rotates only after the connection between the bobbin yarn placing frame and the sliding table B is completed, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, a pressing plate B59 is further sleeved on the output shaft of the motor extending into the U-shaped groove B, and a spring D58 for supporting the pressing plate B is arranged at the lower part of the pressing plate B. Meanwhile, a pressure switch B511 is further installed at the bottom of the U-shaped groove B, and when the pressure plate B descends to a certain height under the pressure action of the cone yarn placing frame, the pressure plate B presses the pressure switch B, so that a motor 55 connected with the pressure switch in an electric signal mode is started. In addition, in order to smoothly rotate the yarn carrier, a turntable 510 is rotatably mounted on the upper surface of the platen B59, and is connected to the platen B by a slip ring. When the motor drives the bobbin yarn placing frame to rotate, the pressing plate B can be prevented from rotating, and the spring D is prevented from twisting.
It should be further noted that, in order to realize that the sliding table B can be reused in the present solution, the guide rod B is further sleeved with the spring C54, when the sliding table B moves forward under the driving of the bobbin yarn placing frame, the spring C is compressed, and when the bobbin yarn placing frame is out of contact with the sliding table B, the spring C resets and pushes the sliding table B to the initial position.
Preferably, the U-shaped groove B57a is also flared, and specifically, the opening gradually increases from the forward direction of the yarn carrier to the reverse direction so that the connecting tube 72 at the bottom of the yarn carrier can smoothly enter the U-shaped groove B.
In the dewatering process, whether the previous cleaning of the cone yarn is in place or not is judged, and workers need to intuitively judge through the color depth of the removed water. In order to observe the water removed from the bobbin yarn conveniently, a glass tube 52 is further arranged at the bottom of the groove wall of the dewatering groove 51, and the glass tube is of a communicating pipe structure, so that the removed water can flow through the glass tube, and the observation by workers is convenient.
In the centrifugal dewatering, water in the spun yarn is thrown out at a high speed, so that the water is prevented from being thrown out excessively in a workshop environment. A fixed water baffle 512 is also provided on each side of the dewatering tub, the fixed water baffle being higher than the height of the bobbin rest immersed in the dewatering tub. Meanwhile, two movable water baffles 513 are installed at two ends of the dewatering tank entering and exiting the bobbin rack, and it is required to be noted that the movable water baffles are located on a path of the advancing bobbin rack, so that interference of the movable water baffles to the bobbin rack is avoided, the movable water baffles 513 can elastically overturn towards the direction of the bobbin rack, so that the bobbin rack is avoided through the movable water baffles, and the bobbin rack is reset after leaving.
In this embodiment, the height of the loading and unloading station 13 of the carriage 11 is higher than the height of the yarn carrier 7, and therefore, when the yarn carrier is loaded and unloaded at the loading and unloading station, the yarn carrier needs to be kept at a height that can be connected to the hook. For this reason, as shown in fig. 4, the feeding ferry vehicle 2 in this embodiment has a specific structure that includes a moving frame a21 that can be pulled by a worker conveniently, and at least one telescopic cylinder a22 is mounted on the moving frame a, and a pallet a23 is mounted horizontally on the end of the telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder a. In order to adapt to the structure of the connecting pipe protruding from the bottom of the yarn carrier, the support plate a has a through hole 23a in the middle to avoid the connecting pipe at the bottom of the yarn carrier. When the bobbin rack is required to be hoisted to the lifting hook, the feeding ferry vehicle is pushed to the upper and lower work stations, and then the bobbin rack is lifted through the telescopic cylinder A, so that the lifting ring 73 on the bobbin rack can be hung with the lifting hook.
Meanwhile, the blanking ferry vehicle 3 in the scheme comprises a movable frame B31, wherein at least one telescopic cylinder B32 capable of vertically stretching is arranged on the movable frame B, and a tray B33 is fixedly arranged on the end part of a telescopic rod of the telescopic cylinder. When the bobbin yarn placing frame 7 needs to be detached from the lifting hook at the feeding and discharging station 13, a worker moves the discharging ferry vehicle to the position right below the bobbin yarn placing frame of the feeding and discharging station, and then the supporting plate B is lifted through the telescopic cylinder B, so that the bobbin yarn placing frame can be placed on the supporting plate B, and at the moment, the lifting hook and the lifting ring can be conveniently detached.
In this scheme, the step of hoisting the bobbin yarn rack, such as the drying box 4, in the subsequent drying process is reduced. The stoving case in this scheme its has adopted the integrated into one piece with unloading ferry vehicle integrated into one piece. That is, after the unloading ferry vehicle receives the detached bobbin yarn placing frame, the unloading ferry vehicle can be directly sent into a drying box for drying without the subsequent re-hoisting operation. Specifically, the drying box 4 includes a box body 41 vertically divided into a fixed box 41a and a movable box 41b along a center line. The fixed box is suspended and fixed on the ground through the support legs, and the movable box is fixed on a bearing plate B of the blanking ferry vehicle. It should be noted that, in this scheme, support plate B is last to be closed the back at movable box and fixed box, plays a sealed box bottom's effect. For this purpose, as shown in fig. 5, the bottom of the tray has a downward depression, but is not entirely penetrated. Meanwhile, a sealing cover 42 is also arranged on the fixed box, and after the movable box is closed with the fixed box under the drive of the blanking ferry, the sealing locking between the movable box and the sealing cover and between the movable box and the fixed box are realized through the lock catches arranged on the edges of the fixed box and the edges of the sealing cover. At this time, the bobbin on the bobbin rack can be dried in the drying box 4, and directly pulled away after drying and cooling are completed, without complex hoisting work.
It should be noted that, the bobbin yarn rack in this scheme is traditional structure, specifically is including a collet 71 that is used for supporting usefulness, and this collet is hollow structure, and the bottom coaxial of collet is provided with a connecting pipe 72, connecting pipe and collet intercommunication, and is provided with a spline groove 72a in the connecting pipe to guarantee that follow-up spline inserts the back, can drive bobbin yarn rack and rotate together. In addition, a plurality of sets of porous tube sets 74 are provided on the upper surface of the shoe for stringing the cone yarns. Finally, a hanging ring 73 is also mounted in the center of the base to facilitate subsequent connection with the hook.
In addition, it should be noted that in this scheme, the lifting hook can adopt electronic lifting hook to can more efficient realization be to the hoist and mount of section of thick bamboo yarn rack with unloading. And the lifting hook is provided with a rotating function, so that the lifting hook can rotate along with the rotating function when the cone yarn rack rotates.
The working principle is that when cleaning and drying operation of the cone yarn are needed, a worker firstly loads the cone yarn on a perforated pipe of a cone yarn placing frame in a bunching mode, then the cone yarn placing frame is hoisted on a feeding ferry vehicle, and the cone yarn is transported to an upper feeding station and a lower feeding station through the feeding ferry vehicle. Then, the worker lifts the support tray a of the loading ferry to enable the hooks to be combined with the hanging rings on the creel rack. After the operation is finished, the supporting plate A of the feeding ferry vehicle is lowered to the initial position again, and the bobbin yarn placing frame is in a suspended state. It should be noted that, because the time required for dehydration and cleaning of the cone yarn in this scheme is long, the operation speed of the circulation transmission mechanism in this scheme is very slow, which is 0.2-0.3 m/min. The workman can realize the safe operation of hoist and mount section of thick bamboo yarn rack completely.
When the bobbin yarn placing frame is lifted, the bobbin yarn placing frame arrives at the cleaning mechanism along with the running circulating transmission mechanism and sinks to the cleaning mechanism to be connected with the sliding table A, at the moment, the pressing plate A in the clear water mechanism is pressed down by the lowered bobbin yarn placing frame and starts the pressure switch A, so that the high-pressure pump is started to pump cleaning liquid into the bobbin yarn placing frame, and the bobbin yarn can be cleaned.
When the cleaning is finished, the bobbin yarn placing frame is guided by the ascending circulation transmission mechanism to ascend and separate from the sliding table A, the pressure plate A is reset at the moment, the pressure switch is closed, and the high-pressure pump stops pumping water. The bobbin creel is then removed from the wash tank.
Then, the bobbin yarn placing frame goes to the dehydration mechanism along with the running circulating transmission mechanism, and then falls into the dehydration tank under the guidance of the circulating transmission mechanism which descends in an inclined way, and the connection of the connecting pipe in the bobbin yarn placing frame and the sliding table B is completed. At this time, spline in the dehydration mechanism inserts in the spline groove of seting up in the connecting pipe, and behind the connecting pipe pushed down pressure disk B, pressure switch B starts the motor, along with the rotation of motor, the high-speed rotation of section of thick bamboo yarn rack also takes place, and then realizes centrifugal dehydration. When centrifugal dehydration is completed, the bobbin yarn placing frame is immediately separated from the sliding table B under the guidance of the lifted circulating transmission mechanism, the pressure plate B is reset at the moment, the pressure switch B is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the bobbin yarn placing frame returns to the feeding station and the discharging station again along with the circulating transmission mechanism.
At this time, if the cleaning effect is observed through the glass tube during the dehydration process to be expected, the worker removes the bobbin yarn placing frame from the circulation transmission mechanism with the blanking transition vehicle and feeds the bobbin yarn placing frame into the fixing box. And then the position of the blanking ferry vehicle is adjusted, after the movable box and the fixed box are closed, the movable box and the fixed box are sealed and locked by a lock catch, and at the moment, high-temperature air can be introduced into the box body through a steam pipe on the fixed box, so that the drying operation of the cone yarn is realized. If the color of the water is deep during dehydration, the cone yarn rack is hung on the circulating transmission mechanism continuously, and the washing and dehydration operation is repeated until the washing reaches the required requirement.
According to the scheme, through the mechanism, the circulating type cleaning and convenient drying operation in the yarn processing process are realized, and the yarn processing efficiency is greatly improved.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
