The operation assembly comprises an operation rod, rope discs and rocker arm limiting parts, wherein the operation rod is horizontally arranged and fixed with the cross beams in a mutually perpendicular mode, a pair of mandrel symmetrical connection of the rope discs is arranged at two ends of the operation rod, a hanging rope wound in each rope disc passes through a first supporting pulley and then hangs a heavy object to be transferred, the rotating directions of the two rope discs when the two rope discs are placed in a rope mode are opposite, rope disc rocker arms are arranged on the upper sides of the two rope discs respectively, the rocker arm limiting parts comprise vertical rods, cross rods and extension rods, the lower ends of the vertical rods are connected with the cross beams in a sleeved mode in a sliding mode, the upper ends of the vertical rods are connected with the middle of the cross rods, the extension rods are connected with two ends of the cross rods respectively and extend towards the direction of the rope discs, and hook-shaped members used for keeping the distance between the rope disc rocker arms are arranged at the tail ends of the extension rods.
2. The movable portable hoisting device according to claim 1, wherein both rope reels are integrally provided with their spindles, the spindles rotatably penetrate the operating rod, and gears of the same size are provided at lower ends of both spindles, which are capable of mutually transmitting.
3. The mobile portable lifting device of claim 2 wherein gears of two of the spindles are indirectly driven by an even number of drive gears of the same size.
4. The movable portable lifting device of claim 1, wherein a second support sheave for supporting the hoist rope is provided at a middle portion of the cross beam.

The movable portable lifting device according to claim 1, wherein the tail end of the lifting rope is connected to the lower side of the cross beam, a movable pulley is slidably arranged on the lifting rope, a movable hook is connected to the movable pulley, and a hanging basket for placing heavy objects is hung on the movable hook.
6. The movable portable lifting device of claim 5, wherein a fixed hook is provided at an end of the cross beam adjacent to the weight, and wherein the sling end is suspended from the fixed hook.
7. The movable portable lifting device according to claim 1, wherein one end of the cross beam connected with the operation rod is provided with a counterweight hook for hanging a counterweight.
8. The movable portable lifting device according to claim 1, wherein a blocking piece for limiting the sliding distance of the rocker arm limiting piece is arranged on a cross beam between the vertical rod of the rocker arm limiting piece and the support post.
9. The mobile portable lifting device of claim 1, wherein a mobile pulley block and a telescoping support are provided under the base, the telescoping support comprising a support pad at a lower end and an adjustable threaded rod threaded into the base at an upper end.
