The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a high-voltage cable winding device 100 of a fully mechanized coal mining face of the embodiment of the invention comprises a bottom plate 1, a support frame 2, a cable drum 3, a first motor 4, a movable seat 5, a driving assembly, a driving wheel 6, a driven wheel 7 and a second motor 8. The support frame 2 is arranged on the bottom plate 1, the cable drum 3 is rotatably arranged on the support frame 2, and the axis of the cable drum 3 extends along the first horizontal direction. The first motor 4 is in driving connection with the cable drum 3 for driving the cable drum 3 in rotation. The movable seat 5 is movably provided on the base plate 1 in a first horizontal direction, and the movable seat 5 is arranged at intervals from the cable drum 3 in a second horizontal direction. The driving component is arranged on the bottom plate 1 and connected with the movable seat 5, and is used for driving the movable seat 5 to reciprocate in a first horizontal direction.
The driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7 are arranged on the movable seat 5 in a position adjustable manner along the first horizontal direction, the axes of the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7 extend along the vertical direction, a conveying channel through which the high-voltage cable 200 passes is formed between the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7, and the rotation of the driving wheel 6 can be matched with the driven wheel 7 to drive the high-voltage cable 200 to move in the second horizontal direction. The second motor 8 is arranged on the movable seat 5 and used for driving the driving wheel 6 to rotate, and the first horizontal direction is perpendicular to the second horizontal direction.
For example, the first horizontal direction is a left-right direction, and the second horizontal direction is a front-rear direction, wherein the left-right direction and the front-rear direction are as shown in fig. 1 to 5.
When the high-voltage cable winding device 100 for the fully-mechanized coal mining face is used, the base plate 1 is fixed at a proper position of the face, the positions of the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7 are firstly adjusted along the first horizontal direction (left-right direction) to enlarge the distance between the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7, then one end of the high-voltage cable 200 is fixed on the cable drum 3 after passing through a conveying channel, and then the positions of the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7 are adjusted along the first horizontal direction (left-right direction) to reduce the distance between the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7, so that the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7 clamp the high-voltage cable 200 in the conveying channel. Thus, the operator can adjust the positions of the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7 to accommodate cables of different diameters. Finally, the first motor 4 and the second motor 8 are started, the first motor 4 drives the cable drum 3 to rotate, and the cable drum 3 starts to wind the high-voltage cable 200. Meanwhile, the second motor 8 drives the driving wheel 6 to rotate, and the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7 cooperate to drive the high-voltage cable 200 to advance, so that the high-voltage cable 200 is smoothly wound on the cable drum 3. In the winding process of the high-voltage cable 200, the movable seat 5 is driven by the driving assembly to reciprocate along the first horizontal direction (such as the left-right direction), and the high-voltage cable 200 is uniformly wound on the cable drum 3 along with the movement of the movable seat 5.
When the high-voltage cable winding device 100 for the fully-mechanized coal mining face of the embodiment of the invention winds the high-voltage cable 200, the high-voltage cable 200 is not only subjected to the winding force of the cable drum 3, but also subjected to the propelling force of the driving wheel 6 and the driven wheel 7, so that the high-voltage cable 200 is subjected to multi-point stress in the winding process, the stress distribution is uniform, the high-voltage cable 200 is prevented from being subjected to excessive tension in the winding process, the damage of a metal cable core and even the risk of breakage caused by the excessive stress in the high-voltage cable 200 are prevented, the transmission performance of the high-voltage cable 200 is effectively ensured, and the service life of the high-voltage cable 200 is prolonged.

The arrangement of a plurality of driving wheels 6 and driven wheels 7 provides more support points which helps to further distribute the tension generated by the high voltage cable 200 during winding, thereby reducing the risk of damaging the high voltage cable 200. Because a plurality of action wheels 6 and follow the driving wheel 7 and set up along the interval of second horizontal direction, can also guide high-voltage cable 200 forward movement more evenly, ensure that high-voltage cable 200 is evenly rolled up on cable drum 3, avoided the high-voltage cable 200 damage because of local too tight or too loose.
Optionally, a first belt pulley 11 is arranged on the output shaft of the second motor 8, a second belt pulley 12 is arranged on each driving wheel 6, and the first belt pulley 11 is in transmission connection with the second belt pulley 12 through a belt 13. The movable seat 5 is rotatably provided with an adjusting screw 17, the adjusting screw 17 extends along a first horizontal direction, and the adjusting screw 17 is respectively in threaded connection with the first threaded through hole and the second threaded through hole.
As shown in fig. 3, since the screw threads of the first screw through hole and the screw threads of the second screw through hole are opposite in direction, when the space between the first slide seat 9 and the second slide seat 10 is adjusted, the first sliding part 16 and the second sliding part can be adjusted to be close to or far away from each other in the left-right direction by screwing the adjusting screw 17, and then the first sliding part 16 and the second sliding part drive the first slide seat 9 and the second slide seat 10 to be close to or far away from each other, so that the space between the first slide seat 9 and the second slide seat 10 is high in adjustment efficiency, and the adjustment is simple and convenient.
