Description

Composite board capable of hiding keels and production process thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composite board capable of hiding keels, a connecting node and a production process thereof, and belongs to the technical field of assembly buildings.
Background
At present, in a light steel wall system, a method of fixing a plate on a transverse main purline or fixing the plate on a longitudinal secondary purline and then fixing the plate on the transverse main purline is mostly adopted, and a main purline support are constructed in a connecting mode. The method has the advantages of complex working procedures, low construction speed, various components, high installation requirement, multiple connection nodes, easy occurrence of unreliable connection nodes and the like. Therefore, purlin-free wall systems have been developed to save wall materials, simplify construction steps, and improve installation efficiency and quality.
However, the conventional purlin-free system cannot truly realize purlin-free, and at the door and window, the sandwich panel cannot provide the required keels for mounting the door frame and the window frame, so that the conventional purlin-free system needs to disconnect the wall panel at the corresponding position of the door and window, and the purlins are attached for mounting the door and the window. Due to fire protection and passing requirements, a certain number of doors and windows are always arranged in a factory building, the mode of attaching purlines causes the indoor appearance of a conventional purlin-free system to be reduced, the installation speed is slowed down, and due to the defect of local heat preservation cotton, a cold bridge is formed, the heat preservation effect is reduced, and meanwhile, the problems of water leakage and the like are also easy to occur.
Therefore, it is highly desirable for those skilled in the art to design a composite wall panel capable of visually hiding the keels required for installing doors and windows, and corresponding connection nodes and production and manufacturing processes thereof.
