In the process of equally cutting rectangular green bricks into green bricks, as the green bricks are mixed with cut green brick leftover materials, particles with slightly lower humidity are formed inside the green bricks after the green bricks are crushed, so that the overall hardness degree of the green bricks is inconsistent, the cut heights of the green bricks are uneven, the flatness of the final appearance of the baked bricks is one of the standards for checking the quality of the baked bricks, and the crushed mud which is cut by the line cutting green bricks is wrapped with cutting lines and falls on the surfaces of the green bricks after the green bricks move, manufacturers can adopt the manual tapping of the projections at the cut positions to level and pick up the crushed mud falling on the surfaces of the green bricks, so that the extra production cost is increased, and the production efficiency of the baked bricks is influenced.
