The width of the groove 15 may be equal to the thickness of the bracket 10, the groove 15 may be located on the side between the second portion 13 and the third portion 14, and the groove 15 may extend in a direction perpendicular to the thickness of the bracket 10.

40。The mounting hole 11 can be set at any position of the first part 12, for example, the mounting hole 11 can be set at the edge of the first part 12. The second part 13 can include a slot, and the motor 20 can be set in the slot to prevent the motor 20 from shaking during operation and reduce the space occupied by the motor 20. The third part 14 can include a through hole to fix the main shaft of the connecting member, thereby fixing the driven wheel 40.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 . In some embodiments, the driving wheel 30 includes a wheel core 31 and a shaft sleeve 32 sleeved on the wheel core 31 . The wheel core 31 is mounted on the motor 20 , and the sanding belt 50 is wound on the shaft sleeve 32 .

In this way, the arrangement of the shaft sleeve 32 avoids increasing the friction between the driving wheel 30 and the abrasive belt 50 , so that the abrasive belt 50 can be wound around the driving wheel 30 more stably.

Specifically, the wheel core 31 is made of metal material to withstand the torque generated when the motor 20 is driven. The shaft sleeve 32 can be made of rubber or other materials so that the sanding belt 50 is in non-rigid contact with the workpiece when processing. It can be understood that if the sanding belt 50 is directly sleeved on the wheel core 31, the sanding belt 50 is easy to slip and the sanding belt 50 and the wheel core 31 are in rigid contact when processing the workpiece, which is very easy to damage the workpiece, thereby causing poor production.

In addition, the part of the abrasive belt 50 that is not wound around the driven wheel 40 or the driving wheel 30 is difficult to process some surfaces of the workpiece (such as the edges and corners of the workpiece) due to reasons such as force deformation. At this time, the above-mentioned surface can be polished by the part of the abrasive belt 50 wound around the sleeve 32, and this treatment method will not have a negative impact on the yield of the workpiece.

In some embodiments, the hardness of the sleeve 32 is less than the hardness of the wheel core 31. It can be understood that since the hardness of the sleeve 32 is less than the hardness of the wheel core 31, when the sleeve 32 cooperates with the abrasive belt 50 to polish the workpiece, the sleeve 32 and the abrasive belt 50 are in flexible contact with the workpiece, and the sleeve 32 and the abrasive belt 50 exert a small force on the workpiece, thereby avoiding damage to the workpiece.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 . In some embodiments, the driving wheel 30 includes an end cover 33 disposed in the axial direction of the wheel core 31 . The end cover 33 limits the axial movement of the sleeve 32 relative to the wheel core 31 along the wheel core 31 .

In this way, the shaft sleeve 32 is not easy to shake when rotating with the driving wheel 30 , so as to improve the stability of the shaft sleeve 32 .

Specifically, the end cap 33 may be a disc-shaped structure with a circular cross section, and the diameter of the end cap 33 may be greater than the diameter of the wheel core 31. There may be two end caps 33, and along the axial direction of the wheel core 31, the two end caps 33 may be respectively arranged at both ends of the wheel core 31. The shaft sleeve 32 may be clamped between the end caps 33, or the length of the shaft sleeve 32 may be less than the minimum distance between the end caps 33.

Please refer to FIG. 1 . In some embodiments, the belt polisher 100 further includes a tensioning mechanism 60 mounted on the bracket 10 . The tensioning mechanism 60 is located between the driving wheel 30 and the driven wheel 40 . The tensioning mechanism 60 is connected to the abrasive belt 50 to adjust the tightness of the abrasive belt 50 .

In this way, the setting of the tensioning mechanism 60 allows the sanding belt 50 to be always taut during the rotation process, so that the sanding belt 50 will not slip between the driving wheel 30 and the driven wheel 40, thereby avoiding damage to the sanding belt 50 and affecting the normal operation of the sanding belt polisher 100.

Specifically, the tensioning mechanism 60 may be disposed on the first portion 12, and the distance between the tensioning mechanism 60 and the driving wheel 30 may be smaller than the distance between the tensioning mechanism 60 and the driven wheel 40, so as to prevent slippage caused by a reduction in the wrap angle at the driven wheel 40, thereby preventing the sand belt 50 from malfunctioning. The surface where the sand belt 50 contacts the tensioning wheel 61 and the surface where the sand belt 50 contacts the driving wheel 30 and the driven wheel 40 may be the same surface, so that the sand belt 50 is only subjected to tension deformation in one direction, thereby avoiding premature aging and fracture of the sand belt 50 caused by alternating deformation.

Please refer to Figure 4. In some embodiments, the tensioning mechanism 60 includes a tensioning wheel 61, a fixed part 62 and a movable part 63. The tensioning wheel 61 is installed on the movable part 63. The fixed part 62 is fixed on the bracket 10. The movable part 63 is movably arranged on the fixed part 62. The sanding belt 50 is wound around the tensioning wheel 61. The movable part 63 drives the tensioning wheel 61 to move to adjust the tightness of the sanding belt 50.

50。In this way, the setting of the fixing part 62 makes the operation of the tensioning wheel 61 stable, avoiding the tensioning failure caused by the shaking of the tensioning wheel 61, and the setting of the movable part 63 makes the tightness of the sanding belt 50 adjustable, with a high degree of universality, which is conducive to matching different types of sanding belts 50.

Specifically, the tensioning wheel 61 can be installed on the movable part 63 by means of a hole-shaft connection, and the fixed part 62 can be fixed on the bracket 10 by means of threaded connection, welding, etc. The fixed part 62 may include a guide rail, and the movable part 63 may include a slot, which can be clamped on the guide rail so that the movable part 63 can move relative to the fixed part 62.

Please refer to FIG. 4 . In some embodiments, the tensioning mechanism 60 further includes an elastic component 64 . The elastic component 64 connects the fixed component 62 and the movable component 63 . The elastic component 64 provides a force to the movable component 63 to tension the abrasive belt 50 .

Thus, the setting of the elastic component 64 allows the sanding belt 50 to be always taut under the action of the movable part 63, so that the sanding belt 50 and the tensioning wheel 61 will not slip, thereby avoiding damage to the sanding belt 50 and affecting the normal operation of the sanding belt polisher 100.

Specifically, the compression stroke of the elastic component 64 is equal to the movement stroke of the movable member 63 on the fixed member 62, and the first end of the elastic component 64 abuts against the movable member 63, and the elastic component 64 can provide a pre-tightening force for the movable member 63. The movable member 63 can apply a force to the elastic component 64, so that the elastic component 64 is compressed, so as to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the sanding belt 50.

Please refer to Figure 4. In some embodiments, the tensioning mechanism 60 includes a threaded adjustment member 65 installed on the fixing member 62. The elastic component 64 is arranged in the threaded adjustment member 65. One end of the elastic component 64 extends out of the threaded adjustment member 65 and abuts against the movable member 63. When the elastic component 64 is retracted into the threaded adjustment member 65, the threaded adjustment member 65 abuts against the movable member 63 to limit the range of movement of the movable member 63.

In this way, the threaded adjustment member 65 can adjust the movable range of the movable member 63 , thereby adjusting the tension of the abrasive belt 50 .

Specifically, the threaded adjustment member 65 may include a screw and a nut, wherein the screw is screwed into the nut, and during the screwing process, the elastic component 64 is pushed to move, so that the elastic component 64 abuts against the movable member 63, thereby driving the movable member 63 to move. The movable member 63 applies a force to the elastic component 64, so that the elastic component 64 retracts into the threaded adjustment member 65. The threaded adjustment member 65 may be installed on the fixing member 62 by bolt connection, welding, etc., and the threaded adjustment member 65 and the fixing member 62 may be directly connected or indirectly connected. The nut may be fixedly connected to a metal plate, and the metal plate may be connected to the fixing member 62, so as to realize the connection between the threaded adjustment member 65 and the fixing member 62.

In other embodiments, the tensioning mechanism 60 may include a spring, and the spring may be connected to the movable part 63. For example, the movable range of the movable part 63 may be adjusted by spring tensioning or spring tensioning to adapt to the tensioning force required for the corresponding sanding belt 50 under different working conditions.
