Background

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. The water flow is atomized through the atomization mechanism, the dust fall area of a construction site is increased, the water mist passes through the accelerating tube before being sprayed out, and the water mist is enabled to be in a rotating state after being sprayed out through the action of the spiral groove inside the accelerating tube, so that the water mist is more stable after being sprayed out, the influence caused by wind force is reduced, the coverage area of the water mist is increased, and the dust fall effect of the construction site is ensured.
2. The extension mechanism can be quickly disassembled and assembled through the mounting mechanism, and whether the extension mechanism is mounted or not is selected according to the actual condition of a construction site.
3. The centrifugal pump can improve the pressure of water flow, and the air collecting pipe can utilize the conical shape of the centrifugal pump to change the flow speed of air, so that the inhaled wind power of the fan blade is enhanced, water mist can be sprayed out from the air duct for a longer distance, and the coverage range of the water mist to a construction site is enhanced.

Working principle: firstly, according to the actual condition of a construction site, the vertical and horizontal directions of one end of the jet orifice 12 of the air duct 10 are required to be adjusted, so that the atomization effect is optimal, the spraying efficiency is improved, then the centrifugal pump 6 can be operated, water flow in the water tank 2 is pumped into the water ring 15 and atomized and sprayed out through the atomization jet 16, the sprayed water mist enters the accelerating tube 24 first, then the water mist rotates and is sprayed out from the air duct 10 through the action of the spiral groove 27, the influence of wind force can be furthest reduced by the rotated water mist, the spraying distance of the water mist is further increased, the dust falling effect on the construction site is improved, and the dust falling effect on the construction site can be ensured even in the weather of strong wind.
