The terms "upper", "lower", "bottom", "front", "rear", "lower", and the like used in the present specification are for convenience of description only, and refer to the arrangement of the constituent elements as shown in the drawings.
Hereinafter, a method for manufacturing the scalp massage soap according to the present invention will be described.
First step
The following steps are implemented: extracting (supercritical extraction) leaves and fruit parts of natural Capsici fructus (Espinosilla) by supercritical method, freeze drying at-20deg.C to-50deg.C, and making into nanopowder (nanoparticle powder) to improve percutaneous absorption.
At this time, preferably, the mexico pepper powder is powdered with a particle size of 40nm to 50nm size smaller than the skin cell spacing of 75 nm.
Supercritical extraction is a method of extracting a specific component of a food using a supercritical fluid such as carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide has low critical point and is nontoxic, so that the extraction of useful substances is facilitated.
Pepper (Espinosilla) in mexico is known to have an effect on scalp activity, scalp swelling, etc. by providing main nutrients and oxygen to remove dandruff, as a herbal plant which is autogenous in mountain regions of south america, mexico, north africa, and contains 190 or more nutrients such as natural vitamins, amino acids, organic acids, fatty acids, etc., in particular, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin a.
A second step of
The following steps are implemented: the first carrier oil is prepared by immersing one or more of powders of nettle, vervain, rosemary, chamomile, aloe juice into carrier oil such as jojoba, olive oil, argan oil, etc.
Freeze-drying the nettle, the verbena, the rosemary, the chamomile and the aloe juice at-40 ℃, crushing the nettle, the verbena, the rosemary, the chamomile and the aloe juice by using a gas flow pulverizing jet mill (jet mill) to provide uniformity, mixing the nettle, the verbena, the rosemary, the chamomile and the aloe juice with the carrier oil, filling the mixture into a closed container, and soaking the mixture for more than 5 weeks at the temperature of 23-30 ℃.
Nettle leaves & roots (NETTLE LEAF & Root), also known as nettle, contain a plant compound called β -sitosterol in the Root part, have the same efficacy as finasteride as a drug for treating prostatic hypertrophy and alopecia, and are also effective in preventing alopecia.
Herba Verbenae (Vervain) is used as medicinal herb called herba Verbenae, has effects of relieving skin inflammation, diminishing inflammation, stopping bleeding, tranquilizing, and herba Rosmarini officinalis (Rosmary) has effects of inhibiting dandruff and preventing alopecia, and has effects of relieving inflammation and astringing.
Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) is effective in relieving pain such as headache and treating skin diseases, aloe Vera juice (Aloe Vera) increases skin elasticity, softens skin by collagen and elastic recovery, and improves blood circulation by telangiectasia.
Jojoba (Jojobar oil) is extracted from young fruits, and is not refined and refined, but preferably is not refined. Since the molecular structure is most similar to sebum of a human body and has a nano-size, it is absorbed into the dermis layer, increases the absorption force to the scalp and smoothness to hair, and is effective for waste discharge, and the prevention problem activates the scalp, thus being effective for seborrheic alopecia.
Olive (Olive virgin) oil contains main antioxidants such as vitamin E, polyphenol, and phytosterol. Vitamin E restores hair to soften and protects scalp from ultraviolet rays.
The argan nut (ARGAN KERNEL) oil contains a large amount of fatty acids and tocopherols, and forms a barrier on the scalp, thereby blocking evaporation of water and being effective in moisturizing.
Third step
The following steps are implemented: the essential oils of rosemary, lemon, chamomile and lime are mixed into the carrier oil and then stabilized to prepare a second carrier oil.
Mixing rosemary, lemon, chamomile and lime of aromatic oil (aroma) type extracted by distillation (steam distillation) according to an equilibrium ratio, stabilizing for more than 24 hours, mixing into jojoba oil, olive oil and Morocco nut oil as carrier oil, filling into a sealed brown glass bottle, and preserving at 18-22deg.C to maintain stability while preventing reduction of activity of effective components of aromatic oil.
Rosemary oil (Rosemary oil) has effects of inhibiting dandruff, preventing alopecia, relieving inflammation, and astringing. Lemon oil (Ctrus Limon oil) is effective in removing cutin, improving hair appearance, and removing dandruff.
Roman chamomile oil (Roman Chamomile oil) has effects of relieving scalp and calming, and resisting fungi, diminishing inflammation, hormone and cell regeneration. Lime oil (limeoil) has astringent effects such as sebum production inhibition, greasy scalp, and inflammatory problem management.
Fourth step
The following steps are implemented: after dissolving the conventional soap base, the first carrier oil, the second carrier oil, and the jalapeno oil are added and stirred, and then poured into a mold to shape the body of soap.
At this time, it is preferable that the soap base dissolution temperature is set to 60 to 80 ℃. If the temperature range is less than or equal to the above temperature range, the matrix component cannot be completely dissolved, and if the temperature range is exceeded, the physical properties of the components constituting the matrix may deteriorate or volatilize, and thus the soap matrix is dissolved in the above temperature range.
Fifth step
The following steps are implemented: as shown in fig. 2, a ball insertion opening 102 in the form of a hemisphere (sphere) is formed in the soap body 101 molded in the fourth step, and a massage ball 110 molded in the form of a sphere is inserted into the ball insertion opening 102.
As shown in fig. 1, the scalp massage soap 100 for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth according to the present invention manufactured by the manufacturing method as described above is formed in a state in which the massage balls 110 protrude at the upper portion of the main body 101.
The body 101 of the present invention is manufactured by the soap manufacturing method described above, and as shown in fig. 2, a ball insertion opening 102, which is a hemispherical groove, is formed in the upper portion of the body 101, and a massage ball 110 in the form of a ball is inserted into the ball insertion opening 102.
The massage ball 110 is formed into a ball shape with a diameter of 20-60 mm by using quartz, glass, crystal, natural jade, natural stone, gold, silver, copper and the like as materials.
Also, clamping grooves 105 for clamping by a user to prevent soap from slipping off may be formed at both side surfaces of the body 101.
In the present invention having the above-described configuration, as shown in fig. 1, the massage ball 110 is inserted into the ball insertion opening 102 of the main body 101, and when the present invention is used, the main body 101 is held by the holding groove 105 so that the massage ball 110 is directed toward the scalp, and when soap is applied to the head, the massage ball 110 stimulates the scalp.
Since the massage ball 110 stimulates the scalp, the active ingredients of the herb composition included in the body 101 are rapidly absorbed to the scalp, thereby preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth.
When washing the hair as described above, the massage ball 110 stimulates the scalp, preferably, the massage ball 110 is rotated and stimulates the scalp.
For this reason, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the space groove 103 is formed on the surface (outer surface) of the ball insertion opening 102, thereby reducing the contact area between the surface of the ball insertion opening 102 and the massage ball 110, and the massage ball 110 is configured to rotate, reduce pain, and stimulate the scalp when washing hair.
As shown in fig. 4, the space groove 103 is formed at the bottom middle portion of the ball insertion port 102 such that the contact surface of the massage ball 110 with the ball insertion port 102 is formed in a radial shape at the center of the massage ball 110.
And, as shown in fig. 3, it is preferable that the perforation extends from the space groove 103 to a vertical hole 104 of the outer surface of the body 101.
When the soap 100 of the present invention is used, water may be accumulated in the space groove 103, and the soap body 101 may be softened by the accumulated water in the space groove 103.
In order to prevent this, as shown in fig. 3, holes 104 in the form of holes are formed so that the holes extend from the space grooves 103 to the outer surface of the body 101, and the accumulated water in the space grooves 103 is easily discharged through the holes 104, thereby preventing the body 101 of the soap 100 from becoming soft.
Also, the massage ball 110 can be easily separated from the body 101 by pushing the massage ball 110 by inserting a tool in the form of a stick, such as chopsticks, into the hole 104.
In use, when the soap 100 falls to cause breakage of the massage ball 110 or the massage ball 110 needs to be replaced with a massage ball 110 of another color, the massage ball 110 inserted into the ball insertion port 102 of the main body 101 is not easily pulled out.
At this time, if the massage ball 110 is pushed by inserting a long tool into the hole 104, the massage ball 110 can be easily separated and replaced.
Also, since the massage ball 110 can be reused, it is possible to purchase only the main body 101 of the soap 100 alone and reuse the massage ball 110 by the method as described above.
The above-described embodiment has been described in the case where one massage ball 110 is fastened to the main body 101, but as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of massage balls 110 may be fastened to the main body 101 of the soap 100.
In the present invention constructed as described above, the solid soap is produced using several kinds of herbs such as mexico pepper having effects of preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth as materials, and the massage ball is constructed in the soap, and when the hair is washed, the massage ball stimulates the scalp to improve blood circulation and at the same time, the absorption rate of the active ingredient of the herb composition is increased, thereby preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth while improving the scalp.
The technical idea of the present invention was observed by the above-described embodiments.
It is obvious that those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can variously modify or change the above-mentioned observed embodiments from the description of the present invention.
It is apparent that a person having ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications including the technical idea according to the present invention from the description of the present invention, even though not explicitly shown or described, and the present invention still falls within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
