The electric control system comprises a signal isolator, a data acquisition control module and a display, wherein the motor surface temperature data acquired by the infrared sensor is used for filtering interference signals through the signal isolator and then sending signals to the data acquisition control module, the data acquisition control module is used for obtaining the motor surface temperature and/or the internal prediction temperature by data of the temperature data acquired by the infrared temperature sensor, and the output end of the data acquisition control module is connected to the display and used for driving the display to display the motor surface temperature and/or the internal prediction temperature.
The output end of the data acquisition control module is connected to the audible and visual alarm, and the data acquisition control module drives and controls the working state of the audible and visual alarm according to the surface temperature and the internal prediction temperature of the motor.
The data acquisition control module outputs analog quantity signals to the remote monitoring system and is used for realizing remote monitoring of motor data.
The data acquisition control module outputs a switching value signal to the motor protection loop according to the surface temperature and the internal prediction temperature of the motor, and is used for protecting the abnormal temperature of the motor.
The display screen is a touch screen, and the touch screen is used for displaying data in real time, setting alarm temperature threshold parameters on the touch screen and eliminating alarm signals through operation.

The internal prediction temperature adopts a pre-trained neural network model, the neural network model is trained, the input parameters of the configuration neural network model are the surface temperature of the motor, the environment temperature of the motor and the output of the configuration neural network model are the internal temperature of the motor, the internal and external temperature data of the motor and the environment temperature data of the motor are obtained through a pre-test and are used as a training set to train and test the neural network model, the trained neural network model is obtained by updating the network model parameters, the trained neural network model is deployed in a data acquisition control module, and the neural network model is called to predict and output corresponding prediction temperature data when the internal temperature of the motor is predicted.
The invention has the advantages that: the non-contact uninterrupted real-time on-line detection and display device is suitable for non-contact uninterrupted real-time on-line detection and display of the temperature of each part of the motor in an industrial environment, real-time data is automatically compared with a set value, and if the temperature exceeds the set value, an audible and visual alarm on a signal driving device is output so as to remind operators of paying attention to and processing the temperature. The invention has the advantages of convenient installation, simplicity and practicability, no need of installing any instrument and sensor on the motor, no need of cabling, wiring and programming configuration, capability of freely carrying out real-time online temperature monitoring on each part of the motor under the condition of not affecting the operation of the motor and the original integral structure, displaying real-time temperature, temperature overrun alarm and guard motor safe operation, and simultaneously being capable of remotely transmitting detection data to other systems. Besides, the invention can be used for all occasions and equipment with uninterrupted temperature monitoring requirements. The economic benefit is considerable.

According to the invention, any instrument and sensor are not required to be installed on the motor, no cable, wiring and programming configuration are required, the normal operation of the motor is not influenced, the real-time online temperature monitoring can be freely carried out on each part of the motor, and the safe operation of the motor is protected.
As shown in fig. 1-3, a non-contact automatic motor temperature monitoring system and method in this embodiment, wherein the system part includes an electric control system disposed in a protective case and an audible and visual alarm disposed on the protective case;

Meanwhile, the data acquisition control module displays real-time temperature on the touch screen in a communication mode.
The display screen adopts a touch screen in the embodiment, so that the display of data, the manual data input and some manual control can be realized; because the touch screen is arranged in the protective case, in order to facilitate a user to view temperature data without opening the case, a glass window is arranged on the case, and the glass window is actually to replace a part of the case with glass, so that the case is still a complete protective case, only a part of the case is transparent to glass, and the display screen inside the case can be seen; the touch screen can be controlled by opening the box door; the box door is provided with a glass window, information of a touch screen in the box body can be seen through the glass window, and temperature data of the motor can be seen under the condition that the box door is not required to be opened.
The temperature threshold value of the motor alarm can be set through the touch screen, the temperature alarm or early warning state of the motor at the moment can be judged according to the comparison of the temperature threshold value, and then the audible and visual alarm is driven and controlled to send out an alarm signal; the output end of the data acquisition control module is connected to the audible and visual alarm, and the data acquisition control module drives and controls the working state of the audible and visual alarm according to the surface temperature and/or the internal predicted temperature of the motor. When the motor temperature alarm or the motor temperature early warning is judged, respectively controlling the alarm to alarm through different states; when the temperature of the motor is abnormal and the alarm state is reached, the audible and visual alarm is driven to emit red light and emit continuous alarm sounds; when the temperature of the motor is abnormal and early-warned, the audible and visual alarm is driven to emit yellow light and emit intermittent alarm sounds. After sending out the alarm signal, the monitoring personnel cancel the alarm signal through a cancel alarm button on the touch screen.
For the judgment of the alarm and early warning states, as shown in fig. 2, when the internal temperature of the motor is greater than a first temperature threshold value, judging that the temperature of the motor is abnormal; otherwise, further judging whether the surface temperature of the motor is greater than a second temperature threshold value, if so, judging that the temperature of the motor is abnormal and alarming; if not, whether the surface temperature of the motor is greater than the internal temperature of the motor is further judged, and if so, abnormal early warning of the temperature of the motor is judged; if the surface temperature of the motor is not larger than the internal temperature of the motor, the motor is judged to be normal.
The data acquisition control module outputs analog quantity signals to a remote monitoring system for realizing remote monitoring of motor data. The remote monitoring system comprises a remote server, a large monitoring screen, a remote monitoring mobile phone app and other devices, and is used for monitoring and checking temperature data and alarm data remotely, so that remote monitoring operation on motor temperature is conveniently realized.
The data acquisition control module outputs a switching value signal to the motor protection loop according to the surface temperature and the internal prediction temperature of the motor, and is used for protecting the abnormal temperature of the motor. When judging that the motor temperature abnormality alarm exists, outputting a switching value signal to a motor protection loop, so as to perform power-off protection on the motor and stop the motor; when the motor judges that the temperature is abnormal and early-warning, timing is started aiming at the early-warning beginning, when the timing time reaches a set time threshold, the state of eliminating the early-warning or the temperature early-warning through the touch screen is still not detected to be unchanged, the temperature abnormal and early-warning of the motor is changed into temperature abnormal and early-warning at the moment, and a motor protection loop is driven to protect the motor through the temperature abnormal and early-warning. The motor protection loop comprises a motor protection relay, and the motor protection relay is used for driving and controlling the working power supply of the motor so as to realize the protection action of the motor.
The display screen is a touch screen, the touch screen is used for displaying data in real time, setting alarm temperature threshold parameters and operating elimination alarm signals on the touch screen, and meanwhile, the recorded motor temperature data can be displayed in a temperature change curve mode, so that a user can conveniently check and use the temperature.
