Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing, the present invention provides a paper product manufacturing plant scrap treatment apparatus that overcomes the shortcomings of the prior art, and at least partially solves the above-mentioned problems.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the invention provides a paper product production workshop chip treatment device which comprises a wet paper chip absorption assembly, a circulating water assembly and a column-mounted frame, wherein the circulating water assembly is arranged on the column-mounted frame, a plurality of the wet paper chip absorption assemblies are arranged on the column-mounted frame, each wet paper chip absorption assembly comprises a paper chip collector and a paper chip humidifier, the paper chip collectors are used for collecting paper product fiber chips, the paper chip humidifier is used for humidifying the paper product fiber chips, and the circulating water assembly is connected with the paper chip humidifier.
The paper scrap humidifier is characterized in that a humidifying blade and a humidifying pool are arranged on the paper scrap humidifier, the humidifying blade is rotationally connected with the paper scrap humidifier, the humidifying pool is located below the humidifying blade, surface through holes are formed in the upper array of the humidifying blade, and the humidifying pool is communicated with the circulating water assembly.
Further, be equipped with air intake and collection blade on the paper bits collector, collection blade rotates with the paper bits collector and is connected, the air intake corresponds with the position of humidifying blade, collection blade is arranged in the air intake, be equipped with loudspeaker collection mouth on the air intake, loudspeaker collection mouth is located one side of keeping away from the paper bits humidifier on the air intake.
And the collecting blade drives the humidifying blade to rotate when rotating.
Further, the paper dust collector is provided with a blade motor and a motor connecting rod, the collecting blade is connected with the blade motor through the motor connecting rod, and the blade motor drives the collecting blade to rotate.
The blade motor and the motor connecting rod are positioned on one side, close to the horn collection opening, of the paper dust collector.
Further, the wet paper dust absorbing assembly further comprises an absorbing shell, the paper dust collector and the paper dust humidifier are arranged in the absorbing shell, a top opening and a bottom opening are formed in the absorbing shell, the top opening and the bottom opening are communicated with each other, the paper dust collector is located at a position close to the top opening, and the paper dust humidifier is located at a position close to the bottom opening.
Further, the circulating water assembly comprises a circulating water tank, a vane pump and a reversing valve, wherein the circulating water tank and the vane pump are arranged on the column frame, the vane pump and the reversing valve are communicated with the circulating water tank, and the reversing valve is arranged on the vane pump.
The humidifying tank is connected with a circulating water pipe, the circulating water pipe is communicated with a reversing valve, and the reversing valve is used for controlling the flow direction in the circulating water pipe.
Further, the circulating water assembly further comprises a circulating water collector, the circulating water pipe is communicated with the circulating water collector, a first hose is arranged on the circulating water collector, and two ends of the first hose are respectively communicated with the circulating water collector and the reversing valve.
Further, the circulating water tank is provided with a water outlet and a water return port, the water outlet is positioned at the bottom of the circulating water tank, the water return port is positioned at the top of the circulating water tank, the water outlet is connected with a second hose, the water return port is connected with a third hose, the second hose is connected to the vane pump, and the third hose is connected to the reversing valve.
Further, the array is equipped with the casing bracket on the train dress frame, wet-type wastepaper absorbing assembly detachably locates in the casing bracket, the symmetry is equipped with the walking wheel on the bottom surface of train dress frame, the walking wheel is used for driving train dress frame and carries out the position movement.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
Aiming at the characteristics of light weight and low density of fiber scraps, the invention sets the paper scraps humidifier to humidify the fiber scraps, mixes the fiber scraps into humidifying liquid, and sets the surface through holes on the humidifying blades to enlarge the contact area between the fiber scraps and the humidifying liquid, the fiber scraps humidified by the paper scraps humidifier are not floated in the air any more and are circulated into the circulating water assembly to realize collection, and the surface tension generated by the humidifying liquid can prevent the escape of the fiber scraps, thereby realizing harmless treatment of the fiber scraps.

The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the invention; all other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," and the like indicate orientation or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, merely to facilitate description of the invention and simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, 7, 8 and 9, the wet type paper dust absorbing assembly 100 comprises a wet type paper dust absorbing assembly 100, a circulating water assembly 200 and a row-mounted frame 300, the circulating water assembly 200 is arranged on the row-mounted frame 300, a plurality of wet type paper dust absorbing assemblies 100 are arranged on the row-mounted frame 300, the wet type paper dust absorbing assembly 100 comprises a paper dust collector 102 and a paper dust humidifier 103, the paper dust collector 102 is used for collecting paper product fiber dust, the paper dust humidifier 103 is used for humidifying the paper product fiber dust, and the circulating water assembly 200 is connected with the paper dust humidifier 103.
The paper scrap humidifier 103 is provided with a humidifying blade 111 and a humidifying pool 112, the humidifying blade 111 is rotationally connected with the paper scrap humidifier 103, the humidifying pool 112 is positioned below the humidifying blade 111, the humidifying blade 111 is provided with surface through holes 113 in an array manner, and the humidifying pool 112 is communicated with the circulating water assembly 200.
The chip treatment apparatus provided in this embodiment is disposed near a paper product production line and includes a wet chip absorbing assembly 100, a circulating water assembly 200 and a column frame 300, wherein the wet chip absorbing assembly 100 and the circulating water assembly 200 are disposed on the column frame 300, and a plurality of wet chip absorbing assemblies 100 are disposed in an array on the column frame 300 for enhancing the chip treatment effect, each wet chip absorbing assembly 100 includes a chip collector 102 and a chip humidifier 103, wherein the chip collector 102 is used for collecting the fiber chips of the paper product floating in the air at the position of the chip humidifier 103, and the chip humidifier 103 is used for humidifying the fiber chips of the paper product and then circulating the fiber chips of the paper product to the circulating water assembly 200 for completing the treatment.
The specific structure of the paper scrap humidifier 103 in this embodiment includes a humidifying blade 111 and a humidifying tank 112, wherein the humidifying blade 111 is rotatably connected to the paper scrap humidifier 103, the humidifying tank 112 is disposed below the humidifying blade 111, the humidifying tank 112 stores humidifying liquid, the humidifying blade 111 contacts the humidifying liquid in the humidifying tank 112 sequentially when rotating, so as to keep the humidifying blade 111 moist, in addition, the humidifying blade 111 is provided with an array of surface through holes 113, due to the effect of the surface tension of the liquid, the humidifying liquid forms a water film on the surface through holes 113, when floating fiber scraps of the paper product contact the humidifying blade 111 and the humidifying liquid on the surface through holes 113, the fiber scraps are soaked and enter the humidifying liquid, and then the collecting treatment is completed along with the circulation of the humidifying liquid into the circulating water assembly 200; the wetting liquid in the embodiment is purified water, and can dissolve the water-based glue commonly used in paper products.
It should be noted that, the components of the wetting liquid may be changed as appropriate, and for some paper product production lines adopting other bonding modes, in order to enhance the wetting effect of the wetting liquid, an organic solvent may be added into the wetting liquid to dissolve oily glue or hot melt glue mixed in the fiber chips.
Aiming at the characteristics of light weight and low density of fiber scraps, the embodiment sets the paper scraps humidifier 103 to humidify the fiber scraps, mixes the fiber scraps into humidifying liquid, sets the surface through holes 113 on the humidifying blades 111 to enlarge the contact area between the fiber scraps and the humidifying liquid, and the fiber scraps humidified by the paper scraps humidifier 103 are not floated in the air any more and are circulated into the circulating water assembly 200 to be collected, and the surface tension generated by the humidifying liquid can also prevent the escape of the fiber scraps, so that harmless treatment of the fiber scraps is realized.
In operation, the lint collector 102 collects the fibrous debris floating in the air into the wet type lint absorbing assembly 100, then the fibrous debris reaches the position of the lint humidifier 103, the humidifying liquid is contained in the humidifying tank 112 on the lint humidifier 103, the humidifying liquid is carried to the surface of the humidifying blade 111 and the surface through holes 113 when the humidifying blade 111 on the lint humidifier 103 rotates, the fibrous debris is absorbed into the humidifying liquid when the fibrous debris contacts the humidifying liquid on the humidifying blade 111 and the surface through holes 113, and the fibrous debris enters the humidifying tank 112 and is circulated into the circulating water assembly 200 to finish the collection as the humidifying blade 111 continues to rotate.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the paper dust collector 102 is provided with an air inlet 106 and a collecting blade 109, the collecting blade 109 is rotatably connected with the paper dust collector 102, the air inlet 106 corresponds to the position of the humidifying blade 111, the collecting blade 109 is positioned in the air inlet 106, the air inlet 106 is provided with a horn collecting opening 108, and the horn collecting opening 108 is positioned on one side of the air inlet 106 away from the paper dust humidifier 103.
The collecting blade 109 rotates to rotate the humidifying blade 111.
The paper dust collector 102 in this embodiment is provided with the air inlet 106 and the collecting blade 109, wherein the collecting blade 109 rotates relative to the paper dust collector 102, the collecting blade 109 rotates to drive the humidifying blade 111 to rotate, the collecting blade 109 is located in the air inlet 106, the air inlet 106 corresponds to the position of the humidifying blade 111, when the collecting blade 109 rotates, fibrous scraps in air are involved in the air inlet 106, and because the air inlet 106 corresponds to the position of the humidifying blade 111, fibrous scraps entering the air inlet 106 can contact the humidifying blade 111, so that the fibrous scraps collected by the paper dust collector 102 can be smoothly conveyed to the paper dust collector 102 to complete humidifying treatment.
In this embodiment, the collecting blade 109 drives the humidifying blade 111 to rotate, so that the collecting blade 109 can collect fiber chips and simultaneously keep the humidifying blade 111 to rotate, so as to ensure the retention of humidifying liquid on the humidifying blade 111, and meanwhile, the air inlet 106 is provided with the horn collecting port 108, so that the collecting blade 109 rotates to generate more concentrated suction, and the collecting effect of the fiber chips is improved.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the paper dust collector 102 is provided with a blade motor 107 and a motor link 110, the collecting blade 109 is connected to the blade motor 107 through the motor link 110, and the blade motor 107 drives the collecting blade 109 to rotate.
The vane motor 107 and motor link 110 are located on the side of the paper dust collector 102 near the horn collection mouth 108.
Be provided with blade motor 107 on the paper dust collector 102 in this embodiment, through the rotation of blade motor 107 drive collection blade 109, blade motor 107 has less volume and higher rotational speed, is applicable to the rotation of drive collection blade 109, sets up blade motor 107 on paper dust collector 102 and is close to the one side of loudspeaker collection mouth 108, can keep away from paper dust humidifier 103, avoids the part of the aqueous vapor corruption blade motor 107 that paper dust humidifier 103 produced, increases blade motor 107's life.
When the embodiment is used, the blade motor 107 is started, the blade motor 107 drives the collecting blade 109 to rotate, the collecting blade 109 further drives the humidifying blade 111 to rotate, fiber scraps in air are sucked into the paper scraps humidifier 103 when the collecting blade 109 rotates, then the fiber scraps enter the paper scraps collector 102 to be humidified, the humidifying blade 111 rotates, the fiber scraps adsorbed on the humidifying blade 111 and the surface through holes 113 are brought into the humidifying pond 112, meanwhile, the surface of the humidifying blade 111 is kept moist, a water film is continuously generated in the surface through holes 113, the humidifying efficiency of the fiber scraps is improved, and the automatic treatment of the scraps is realized.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the wet type paper dust absorbing assembly 100 further comprises an absorbing housing 101, a paper dust collector 102 and a paper dust humidifier 103 are arranged in the absorbing housing 101, a top opening 104 and a bottom opening 105 are arranged on the absorbing housing 101, the top opening 104 and the bottom opening 105 are communicated with each other, the paper dust collector 102 is located near the top opening 104, and the paper dust humidifier 103 is located near the bottom opening 105.
The wet paper dust absorbing assembly 100 provided in this embodiment includes an absorbing housing 101, a paper dust collector 102 and a paper dust humidifier 103 are disposed in the absorbing housing 101, the absorbing housing 101 fixes and protects the paper dust collector 102 and the paper dust humidifier 103, a top opening 104 and a bottom opening 105 are formed in the absorbing housing 101, the top opening 104 is located at the top of the absorbing housing 101, the bottom opening 105 is located at the bottom of the absorbing housing 101, the paper dust collector 102 is disposed in the bottom opening 105, the paper dust humidifier 103 is disposed behind the paper dust collector 102, and the paper dust humidifier 103 sucks the fiber dust into the absorbing housing 101 through the bottom opening 105 and humidifies the fiber dust by the paper dust humidifier 103.
The top of the absorption shell 101 is provided with the top opening 104, so that the air pressure balance at two ends of the absorption shell 101 is realized, the normal circulation of air in the absorption shell 101 is ensured, meanwhile, the top opening 104 is arranged at the top of the absorption shell 101, a height difference is manufactured between the top opening 104 and the bottom opening 105, fibrous scraps with incomplete humidification are prevented from escaping to the outside of the absorption shell 101 through the top opening 104, and the treatment effect of the scraps is improved.
As shown in fig. 3,4 and 5, the circulating water assembly 200 includes a circulating water tank 202, a vane pump 203 and a reversing valve 204, the circulating water tank 202 and the vane pump 203 are provided on the train frame 300, the vane pump 203 and the reversing valve 204 are communicated with the circulating water tank 202, and the reversing valve 204 is provided on the vane pump 203.
The humidification pond 112 is connected with a circulating water pipe 114, the circulating water pipe 114 is communicated with a reversing valve 204, and the reversing valve 204 is used for controlling the flow direction in the circulating water pipe 114.
The circulating water assembly 200 in this embodiment includes a circulating water tank 202, a vane pump 203 and a reversing valve 204, wherein the circulating water tank 202 stores humidification liquid, the vane pump 203 is communicated with the circulating water tank 202, the reversing valve 204 is arranged on the vane pump 203, when the vane pump 203 works, the humidification liquid in the circulating water tank 202 is pumped into the circulating water pipe 114, and the humidification liquid is further supplemented into the humidification pond 112; after a period of time, more fiber scraps are accumulated in the humidification pond 112, the vane pump 203 works reversely to pump the humidification liquid containing the fiber scraps in the humidification pond 112 into the circulating water pipe 114, meanwhile, the reversing valve 204 is used for connecting the circulating water pipe 114 to the circulating water tank 202, and the humidification liquid containing the fiber scraps is circulated back to the circulating water tank 202, so that the circulation collection of the fiber scraps is realized.
The embodiment conveys the humidifying liquid through the vane pump 203, and the vane pump 203 works by adopting the rotation of the vanes, is not easy to be interfered by the chips, and can be used for conveying the humidifying liquid containing the fiber chips.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the circulating water assembly 200 further includes a circulating water collector 201, the circulating water pipe 114 is communicated with the circulating water collector 201, a first hose 207 is arranged on the circulating water collector 201, and two ends of the first hose 207 are respectively communicated with the circulating water collector 201 and the reversing valve 204.
The circulating water assembly 200 in this embodiment further includes a circulating water collector 201, the circulating water pipes 114 on the plurality of paper dust humidifiers 103 are all connected to the same circulating water collector 201, the circulating water collector 201 is connected to the reversing valve 204 through the first hose 207, the circulating water collector 201 can balance the water flow from the plurality of paper dust humidifiers 103, the situation that the water flow of some paper dust humidifiers 103 is too large or too small is prevented, each paper dust humidifier 103 can obtain enough water flow, the stability and the balance of the system are improved, meanwhile, the circulating water collector 201 is connected with the plurality of paper dust humidifiers 103, the influence of the faults of a single paper dust humidifier 103 in the system on the overall performance of the system can be reduced, and even if a certain paper dust humidifier 103 breaks down, other paper dust humidifiers 103 can still continue to work, and the stable operation of the system is ensured.
As shown in fig. 5, the circulation water tank 202 is provided with a water outlet 205 and a water return port 206, the water outlet 205 is positioned at the bottom of the circulation water tank 202, the water return port 206 is positioned at the top of the circulation water tank 202, the water outlet 205 is connected with a second hose 208, the water return port 206 is connected with a third hose 209, the second hose 208 is connected to the vane pump 203, and the third hose 209 is connected to the reversing valve 204.
The circulating water tank 202 in the embodiment is provided with a water outlet 205 and a water return port 206, wherein the water outlet 205 is positioned at the bottom of the circulating water tank 202, and the water return port 206 is positioned at the top of the circulating water tank 202; when the paper scrap humidifier 103 is supplemented with the humidifying liquid, the vane pump 203 extracts the humidifying liquid from the water outlet 205 through the second hose 208, and as the water outlet 205 is positioned at the bottom of the paper scrap humidifier 103, the vane pump 203 can be ensured not to be evacuated, and the humidifying liquid in the paper scrap humidifier 103 returns to the circulating water tank 202 through the water return port 206 through the third hose 209 when circulating and flowing back.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the array of the train frame 300 is provided with a housing bracket 301, the wet paper dust absorbing assembly 100 is detachably arranged in the housing bracket 301, the bottom surface of the train frame 300 is symmetrically provided with travelling wheels 302, and the travelling wheels 302 are used for driving the train frame 300 to move in position.
The column frame 300 in this embodiment is provided with a plurality of housing brackets 301, the wet paper dust absorbing assembly 100 is fixed in the housing brackets 301, the efficiency of processing fiber dust is improved, meanwhile, the bottom surface of the column frame 300 is provided with travelling wheels 302, and the column frame 300 can be moved to different positions by the travelling wheels 302, so that the column frame 300 can be conveniently transferred between production workshops.
